We're sorry to hear some aspects of your visit didn't meet expectations. During your stay, our team promptly responded to the dishwasher issue and worked to resolve it as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, a replacement part was required and was not available before your departure. We understand the inconvenience of hand washing dishes and offered to send cleaners to wash for you regardless, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Regarding the home's temperature, the thermostat settings are in place to help protect the HVAC system in Florida's extreme summer heat while still maintaining a comfortable indoor environment. We appreciate your feedback and will continue to evaluate guest comfort. We also apologize if the cleanliness did not meet our usual standards. Your comments have been shared with our housekeeping team so we can reinforce our quality inspections. As for the nearby construction activity, we understand how frustrating that can be. Unfortunately, road traffic and work taking place on neighboring properties are outside of our control, but we recognize the impact it can have on a vacation.
