September trip

2nd time at this house . Nice layout ,big bedrooms and closets. Nice kitchen , good size frig. One block off the beach , bikes provided . Managment group very responsive to any issues . Had a lovely 12 day visit, back to island in December Booked with Once Upon a Beaxh :))

Best House Yet

We've stayed on the island at least 20 times and this was the best house we've stayed in. So spacious and had almost everything you would ever need for a week. The garage was loaded with beach stuff. I only wish there was access to a vacuum cleaner, especially since the down pillows were putting out feathers everywhere, but everything else was perfect.

Will stay again

We stayed at this same house two years in a row because we enjoyed it so much the first year. Very accessible to the beach and the house has everything you could need.

Great People To Rent From. The House and Pool were Very Nice, Nothing Was Wanting. A Beautiful Beach is a 5-10 walk. If You Like to Walk, Pretty Much Everything is Within A Short Walk. Our First Time to AMI and Had A Wonderful Week!

I loved this house and would book it again, but it is already rented for 2027 for the weeks we need it. The pool was delightful, and after the beach, which is quite convenient, I would float and read in the pool. I am a writer and reader, and I spent my mornings on the balcony writing and reading. I loved how spacious the home felt, and the kitchen had all we needed to cook. We also loved the walkability to restaurants. The home was pet-friendly, and my dog loved to sit with me on the balcony. The fenced-in yard gave them room to roam. No grass, so we needed to stay vigilant about waste as it blended with the mulch. Excellent property.
Just a short walk to paradise.
She couldn’t get enough sun, but don't ask her to get in the water.😂🥴

Paradise

This home was amazing and we would definitely rent again. Very clean and very comfortable. The home was updated. The kitchen was well appointed. The layout was excellent. The backyard and pool were amazing. The covered areas allowed us to sit outside while a few short rain showers passed through. The garage/storage space was awesome as we had rented bikes for our stay. The location was excellent, and the area was quiet. Very short, easy walk to the beach. Loved every minute of our stay. Thank you so much for this incredible review—we're so happy to hear how much you enjoyed your stay! It sounds like you were able to truly take advantage of everything the home has to offer, from the layout and updated interiors to the outdoor space and pool. We love that the covered areas made those quick Florida rain showers easy to enjoy rather than interrupt your time. ☀️ The garage and storage space is such a great bonus, especially for bikes and beach gear, and we're so glad the location and easy walk to the beach added to the experience. We had a wonderful stay at this property in Anna Maria Island! The house was beautiful, very clean, and exceptionally well maintained. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions. Fabulous stay
