The view was beautiful! It was within walking distance of everything. Beds were comfortable. The only thing about the unit was that the sleeping pillows need replaced. Would definitely stay here again!

This was the best view we could have hoped for! We were able to hang out on the balcony if the beach was too crowded and it was close enough to restaurants and shopping that we could walk. We were lucky enough to see dolphins in the water and had amazing sunsets. We had an amazing time and will be booking again!

Hi Trena, thanks so much for staying at our Villas of Clearwater Beach Unit A12! Dolphins in the water, sunsets on cue, and a balcony front-row seat sounds like the best show in town, and we’re thrilled you had it all to yourself. We can’t promise the dolphins will return on schedule, but the view will be ready and waiting for your next booking.

It was so easy to book with the host company! The property was great! So close to the beach - and the pool is great too! Washer and dryer in-unit was a life saver. And the beach gear provided was a nice bonus! Best part…the ocean view sunsets!

We're so glad you had such a smooth booking experience for your stay at A12 in Clearwater Beach, Alexis! The close beach access, the pool, and having a washer and dryer in-unit sound like they made everything so convenient. And those ocean-view sunsets as the grand finale — that's exactly what we love to hear. Hope to welcome you back soon!

Great beachfront location

Steps away from the beach nicely in the middle of town, but not in the very busy area where it's loud. Nice and quiet, able to watch the sunset from the deck

Clean property, well stocked, great ocean view. Far enough away from the busy crowds but close enough to them when you wanted something to do. The pool was a great addition as well. This was our 2nd stay in the building and we will be back.

Great Beach Condo

Beach Time Rentals in Clearwater Beach, FL was an excellent choice for our family of four. There condo had plenty of room for everyone, and the view is spectacular from the master bedroom, and from the living room. The location was convenient, within walking distance to many restaurants, shops and the beach was just few steps away. The host provided the needed information that made out trip enjoyable.
