We had a wonderful stay in Clearwater Beach! The condo was perfect for the 5 of us. Only about a 4-5 minute walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants within walking distance as well. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions and even answered a phone call after hours to help with an AC issue when we noticed the unit was leaking water. A HVAC technician was out the next morning to sort it all out. The furniture is comfortable (love the living room chairs/couches). We were even able to see manatees and dolphins right from our balcony. If we vacation down here again I would definitely rebook this condo.

Excellent place to stay

Great place to stay. Everything you need they have it. It was a very beautiful place to stay. Super clean spacious and close to the beach. Furniture is up to date beds slept well would definitely stay again. We love staying at Harborvriw Grande!

Great for family! Central location to everything, shops, food, beachfront. Everything within walking distance. We will do it again!

Our group of 5 adults stayed for 6 nights and we all loved our stay. We have stayed at many rentals before and I am a host of a rental property myself so I would say that we have high standards. This was one of the cleanest rentals we have stayed in and the beds were very comfortable. The rental was newly updated with new appliances and fresh paint and we had plenty of space for our group. We loved sitting on the balcony in the morning and saw many dolphins during our stay. We appreciated the beach towels and chairs available to use. The location is perfect and walkable to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The host was very detailed, kind, and responsive. We would definitely stay again!

Awesome condo!

First time in Clearwater and the condo was lovely! All the comforts away from home plus the large balcony offered the perfect spot for morning coffee! The unit was spacious, clean and well-maintained, nicely and modern furnishings! Plenty of space for a family! The walk to the beach is just a short jaunt and about a half mile from the main strip - plenty of restaurants and shops within close distance. Host was very responsive and accommodating! I would definitely recommend if you are staying in Clearwater Beach!!

Clean, secure vacation condo with spectacular views in the heart of America's best beach

Harborview Grande is a spacious, modern and luxurious condo with spectacular views of Clearwater's bay and intercoastal waterways. The building sits close to the Gulf of Mexico and Clearwater Beach, perennially rated among America's best beaches for its white, sugar sand, is walkable from the condo. Jill and Isaiah had the unit stocked with all amenities needed for a wonderful vacation on the Gulf. The property manager is making sure that the pool and hot tub area is kept exceptionally clean as we deal with COVID-19 and they are policing to make sure the pool area is limited to 20 guests or fewer at a time. The location is perfect and most everything is walkable. I'd suggest you save on a rental car and Uber from the airport to the beach. Hope you enjoy the stay in this really well-kept unit.

Excellent Stay

My family of 4 and our 4 nieces and nephews came down from WI for a quick getaway before school started. This place was a great location. Far from all the noise and close enough to walk everywhere. We loved that we were close proximity to multiple beaches. On days we wanted a quieter beach we went to the park beach and then on days we wanted to end our nights with lights and music, we went to Clearwater Beach. The condo was perfect for us, not too big and not too small. We had 3 teen girls who we let stay in the master bedroom. They loved the huge closet and the spa bathroom with separate toilet room. We hardly saw our girls because they loved their room so much, especially with their own patio slide door. Then our 3 teen boys enjoyed stay in the room with the bunk beds and just hanging out in the living room and patio. My husband and I got to have our own room with our own TV, so we could still have our alone time. The kitchen was perfect for our 1 week stay. We cooked our breakfasts and lunches, then went out for dinners. One of our favorite restaurants was just a few blocks to Salty's Island Bar and Grille. Delicious food, fun live music and an amazing wait staff!! The extra wall storage was great for our all water bottles and just miscellanious items since there were so many of us we were able to avoid clutter just lying everywhere. Only con for us was the small swimming pool. It was overly crowed with the other guests, but we spent most of our water time on the beaches so it wasn't too bad. Overall... excellent stay! The host was also great at responding in a timely manner. Our questions were answered and instructions were made clear as well as posted in the laundry room for all of us to check off as well. Definitely will have to rent this place again!!

Sugar sand and lots of sun—Amazing!

The condo was beautiful and far exceeded our expectations! It was close to a beach full of sugar sand and the grandkids enjoyed every moment. This is a fabulous accommodation and we are hoping to return.

Wonderful stay

Condo was very clean and property well protected. We felt very safe. We were within walking distance of absolutely everything we needed or wanted. Sunrise on the deck was spectacular. Walked to the pier at night for sunset. Couldn’t ask for more. Except for one thing: never got any sun on the deck. It was always in the shade. Other than that, you will love it there.

This was a easy process from the booking , the payments and the very nice up graded condo with a lot of nice amenities such as the luxury bedding and pillows to the decor style and lovely kitchen with items needed and some beach items as well. Great Host and Hostess Thank you ☀️🌴

We really enjoyed our stay!

The condo was very clean and larger than expected. The location is wonderful and very easy to get everywhere. We didn’t rent a car just Uber when needed. We saw dolphins every morning while drinking coffee on the balcony. We loved the place.

Like so many others, we value a relaxing but entertaining vacation and could not find a spot that was just right. We visited Clearwater Beach in 2018 for the first time and realized it was that place. We had an amazing time and are reluctant to try anything different because it usually doesn't measure up. Please experience this for yourself by staying at this home and enjoy it like it's your own.

Though, we respectfully ask that you stay elsewhere if an animal will be a part of your vacation. We have two very young beautiful girls who suffer from allergies. Any animal in the condo will cause problems for them when they get to visit.
