Nice beach view. Great balcony! Very short walk to the sand and surf. Unit was nice. Well stocked kitchen if you plan to cook and eat in.

We enjoyed our stay in condo East 13-c. We were away most of the days watching our grandson's college golf tournament in Pensacola. We would highly recommend Luxury Costal and this Beach Colony condo.

The complex is nice and well-maintained. The condo was very clean, although the decor could use some updating. We had a maintenance issue that was fixed very promptly.

Outstanding Property on the Beach 🏝️ in Perdido Key

We booked online and so glad we chose this property it is the most beautiful and gorgeous condo on the beach , so amazing, fully stocked and has washer and dryer , the most awesome feature you can take a shower in the primary bathroom and look out 👀 the window to a beautiful beach and ocean view . Will definitely book this one again !

Best views

Closest to the beach, the condo was very clean and felt like home away from home. This was our first time staying in Perdido Key. It’s much more private than Pensacola Beach but the water isn’t the iconic emerald. Still beautiful just not the same as Pensacola. This property is extremely secure, gated community plus each floor requires a unique code for the elevator to work. Overall it was fantastic and we will be back!

Dated interior uncomfortable bed and couch. Misleading about fee for chairs (40 per day) one roll of toilet paper. No staff to speak with prior to check in. Challenging to use elevators with codes. The saving grace was the spectacular view and large balcony. I would not consider this a luxury unit

We apologize the furnishings felt dated and that the bed and couch were uncomfortable — the owner and maintenance have been notified and an inspection is being scheduled to assess. We also apologize for the confusion around the chair fee; we will review the listing and booking notes so any third‑party rental costs are clearly disclosed up front. As for the one roll of toilet paper, yes, we provide start-up supplies to get your stay started. This information was on the confirmation, rental agreement and the arrival instructions. Awesome property

Condo was better than as seen in the pictures. Property is incredible and location is convenient to everything. The beach is outstanding and we can’t wait to come back. Very relaxing location.

Great Location

This condo is in a great location with an amazing view. It is fabulously maintained. I would highly recommend this unit. The management company was super easy to deal with as we were a last minute booking.
