We understand how frustrating it was to deal with maintenance concerns, relocate guests, and adjust your plans. We do want to clarify that management reached out directly 10 days before this review was submitted to discuss the concerns from your stay and offered compensation in an effort to address the disruption. We take your feedback seriously and appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention.
