It was very clean and nice that every single bedroom had a bathroom. We loved the ocean views, and the host was very communicative. The check-in process could have been more clearly laid out. The multiple codes were confusing. I also thought the option to check in early for 300 was way too steep and it would’ve been nice if they offered an early check-in as a courtesy since there was nobody staying there the day before, and they could’ve easily made those arrangements. Overall, it was a lovely place and we really enjoyed ourselves.

Thank you for staying with us and for the helpful notes. We're happy the views, layout, and cleanliness made for an enjoyable stay. We appreciate the feedback on the multiple access codes and early check-in fees, as guest input helps us refine our processes. We are glad you overall had a wonderful time and would be happy to host you again in the future.

Beach weekend

We had a great long weekend in Oceanside. The house was clean and comfortable for our group. We enjoyed the balcony and common spaces and easy walk to the beach and downtown.

Beautiful Location and property

We were in town for the weekend for a high school lacrosse tournament. It was very convenient to SoCal Sports Complex and very comfortable for us to unwind, cook our own food, but also easy to order in food. Nice to have the secured parking. Would stay again.

Great place and the view is incredible

We stayed at this property for my husband’s 60th birthday. There were 5 couples and it was so nice that everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The only issue we had was with the wi-fi. We had a terrific time and would definitely stay here again!

This is a gorgeous property in a beautiful location. The house itself was immaculate and well equipped. The view was exactly as pictured. The location near Oceanside Pier was fantastic.However….not everything was smooth sailing.- The code given to enter the property was incorrect. Thankfully, customer service for the rental company was very responsive — but cell reception is very spotty and this created challenges entering the house.- The WiFi network name was not correct and WiFi did not work well (which was a challenge with spotty cell service)- There is a 250 pet fee that is in the registration documents received only after booking and paying for the reservation.- Bedrooms do not have televisions, which were not well received by some guests. The beds are very high and difficult to get into.- The listing states “beachfront”, but in reality it is “oceanfront”. The beach is a 10 minute walk away. There were elderly guests hoping to be able to walk down a beach that was simply not there.I don’t want to make it seem like this was a bad stay — it was very nice overall. But at the price point, there were significant flaws.

perfect week

This worked perfectly for our family. We had several family members staying, and it was great! The view was amazing.... right on the water, it was nice for every bedroom to have a bathroom, and everything was clean, and really set up just right for us to enjoy each other. We could all gather in the family/dining room.... and did I mention the view! Wonderful stay that we all enjoyed!

Oceanside

The house was beautiful and clean, great location with an incredible view, plenty of space for five couples, and we had a great time. The owners responded quickly to our minor issues. Only complaints were the internet was out for a day, and while it is the ground floor unit, there is still a flight of steps to be in the great room with the awesome view. We’re planning to stay there again in the future.

Family vacation

Unit very nice. A little confusing finding the entrance. Easier to go to garage first. Would be nice if there was a continuity book with necessary information. (Info on lights, TV, ac/heating ) and local service s and attractions.

Not as advertised

The sandy beach was a longer walk than we were told. The unit was on a dead end street and that was nice. There is not enough parking for the units. These are large units so extended families rent them. The additional parking at the rental office was nice but it’s not always convenient to have another family member take you there. When unloading and loading the “parking police” threatened us with tickets if we didn’t move our cars. The codes for the doors didn’t work at check in time and had to be changed so we didn’t get access at the check in time and yet we’re told if we stayed later than check out time we would be charged extra.

Review

We loved this property. It was great that everyone had their own bedroom & bathroom. The only real issue we had was the check-in process. The codes were not working. We had to get on phone with someone & still have some issues there. Our checkin was at 2 & I think it was close to 2:30 by the time we finally got in. A few suggestions: 1. Leave instructions on how to get to the shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers 2. Maybe a few more pots & pans. The only skillet there is old & is not flat so it was hard to fix things in it as it sort of “twirled “ around on the flat stovetop. Just a remember that on the bottom floor, first bedroom the door needs to be fixed. It doesn’t shut tight Also, on the 2nd floor, first bedroom, it could use some WD40, as it squeaks every time it was opened. Thank you again, we did have a fabulous time & would rent again if we need this big of a place.

Host was great and very responsive. The home was very clean. We were a bit confused that there were 2 units in our building. We thought we had the entire building but we had the bottom 2 floors of the 4 story building.
