**Reservations are available in weekly (7 night) increments with arrivals and departures on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays only.

Beginning Aug. 21, 2026 to Jun. 26, 2027, the resort will be undergoing villa refurbishment. Work will occur daily during daytime hours, so please anticipate construction noise during this time. All other resort amenities are expected to remain open and fully operational for your enjoyment.

Relax in our stylish two-bedroom villa, each offering deluxe amenities including complimentary Wi-Fi. Our homelike villas feature full-sized, fully equipped kitchens, a living room with a fireplace, a dining area and separate bedrooms with private bathrooms.

Take advantage of our ski-in, ski-out access to the slopes in the cooler months, but make sure to enjoy all of the other activities that our resort offers, too - including a refreshing outdoor pool, a whirlpool, and a sauna.

Our tranquil escape is perched upon the dramatic hills of Park City, offering a quiet and exclusive vacation experience. Cozy interiors call to mind an inviting mountain lodge, welcoming you after a day of skiing the pristine slopes or exploring Park City. Any issues with resort service, accommodations, physical plant, amenities, etc. are the direct responsibility of the developer and must be handled through the resort, not Concierge Realty. Photos are thought to be truly representative of the resort and accommodations. Any variation from the photo and actual property are unintentional, so guests are encouraged to do their own due diligence prior to reserving including but not limited to contacting rental agent at Concierge Realty and contacting the resort. Any variance or disruption including but not limited to renovation, unavailable amenity, change in decor, etc. during the stay, whether announced prior to reservation, occurring during the stay or announced after confirmation, is a matter strictly between the guest and resort, are not deceptive advertising, breach of contract or the responsibility of Concierge Realty.

Note that the images are representative of villas at the resort and that a specific view type is not implied nor promised by virtue of the images. Specific view categories must be addressed with rental agent. Concierge Realty reserved the right to reserve any view category unless one has been discussed and agreed upon in writing. The resort confirmation will show the view designation and the villa will placed within that view category unless, in a rare instance the view will be noted as "not guaranteed" in which case the resort reserves the right to place the guest anywhere within the property. Issues regarding view within the guaranteed view category are to be addressed with the resort management as Concierge Realty is not responsible for villa placement.
