First of all thank you for choosing our house Le Tibalou. We are delighted that you enjoyed the magical view. We have done everything to make your stay as good as possible, answered your many messages. We confirm that Beynac car parks are chargeable for everyone. The rate for our customers is modest: €35 per week. During your stay, we encountered our first plumbing problem in 10 years and it was resolved as quickly as possible. We are happy that our commercial gestures have given you full satisfaction.

It was a pure pleasure to have you with us here in Beynac. A thousand thanks for your trust and your appreciation.

Thank you Adrienne for choosing my house. I m glad that you enjoyed spending your holidays in it.

Thank you larry for your trust. We are very glad that you enjoyed your stay in Tibalou. Our customers from all over the world appreciate this very authentic house and the magical view from each room and from the terrace. We offer 3 other houses in Beynac, one of which has a panoramic garden. It would be a pleasure to see you again

We are delighted that you had a good holiday with us. A terrible storm has unfortunately damaged our WIFI connection. Everything was indeed arranged very quickly. Thank you for recommending our cottage. We're looking forward to seeing you again,

Thanks a lot Lynn ! Very pleasant review. Tibalou is an old and typical house with special distribution of rooms. If you are in love with old stones you migh succomb to its charm of the past ! Take care .

Thank you very much Barbara for your very complete comment. Yes the view from each room and also from the terrace is breathtaking. To deserve this, you have to make a little effort. Our house is located in the heart of the medieval village. We do not recommend for the elderly or disabled.

Thank you very much Carey. You are adorable. We are delighted that you liked our original and atypical house. We have equipped it with my grandmother's furniture to add more tradition. Lucky that you were delighted with the view from the terrace but also from all the rooms. The bathroom is indeed small for 4 people, suitable for 2. We have also planned to completely refurbish it this winter. Many thanks for your superb photos and our very pleasant exchanges.

A real pleasure to have received you and entrusted you with the keys of our house the TIBALOU. We are glad that you loved our area and enjoyed the view from all the rooms of our house but also its comfort. We plan to redo the bathroom next spring. We wish you a good continuation and we will be happy to welcome you again!

Thank you for stay in the Périgord Noir and for having, like many American guests, chosen TIBALOU among our 4 houses in Beynac. We value your visit. Tibalou is the most authentic house. we host guests from all over the world in this house. We have numerous repeat clients, our operation started 11 years ago. Guests who chose our properties want to experience life in a timeless cottage in a medieval village. You grated us 3 stars, let me please revert on your review. About your stay : * Martine, our housekeeper made at utmost to make your stay as pleasant as possible but it seems like we partially succeeded. We deplore this. * We received 1 to 2 special requests per day and 103 messages ( day and night) during your stay. We never had demanding clients of this level. May I add that you rented a self catered house, it is not a 5-star hotel with concierge service. * As far as kitchen utensils are concerned, I even suggested to pay back what you purchased. It seems that you booked a property not suited to your needs. Tibalou has a record number of delighted clients on all applications. I wish you would have looked more carefully to the numerous pictures posted on all the platforms and détailled description before making your reservation. Nonetheless we trust that you will cherish good memories of France, the Perigord region and our village. All the best,

First of all thank you for trusting us and delighted that my house offered you an unforgettable view. I am surprised and very disappointed by your review. You sent me during your stay at least 5 messages a day for everything and for nothing. Sometimes in the middle of the night! My housekeeper was at your disposal for all your requests. Today we read that nothing suited you? Yet we have put all our heart and time for you. Why not take advantage of our 34 email exchanges to tell us what was wrong? What were you missing? We have decorated and equipped the Tibalou with our heart and it has been rented for 10 years on 7 platforms including Abritel. You are the first customers who do not find in our house the spirit of the village of Beynac and it is a shame. Have you thought about opening all the cabinets? You would have found several dishes there. The oven was in a closet because very few tenants use it! You are Madam and sorry to tell you this in very bad faith. I confirm that in view of the time that my housekeeper gives you every day ... I asked you in exchange for a check out at 9.30 instead of 10. Just to arrange Martine in her schedule. And I confirm that you refused! We are really disappointed that you have confused a rental house and the services of a hotel!

Merci beaucoup.

Thank you very much Jonathan for taking the time to detail your stay in our house. We are delighted that you have enjoyed your stay in Beynac and have enjoyed all the activities and visits of this beautiful BLACK PERIGORD. However, I want to specify that I speak English and I write English without any problem. You have chosen to communicate in French. Payments are made either by Paypal or by bank transfer. For the cat of the neighbor, it comes very very rarely in our garden except when guests feed it. We do not wish it. We sincerely thank you for entrusting us with your holidays.

Parfait !
