Tracey our villa manager works hard with help and advice to ensure all our guests are able to appreciate the space the villa provides. We all look forward to Covid free holidays in the near future, and return to the usually vibrant atmosphere of the marina.

Thank you for your review. The villa is located in a wonderful location with beautiful views. We are very sorry that you were unhappy with the condition of the villa. Our maid service team have been with us for many years and usually do a great job, cleaning and preparing the rooms for guests. I apologise for the delay in attending to the problem with the toilet. Our aim is to provide a comfortable and pleasant place to stay, and we sincerely apologise that our hospitality and attention to details left something to be desired on this occasion - this is very unlike us. Tracey usually does see our guests on the day after their arrival but I am aware now that this was the first time she was unable to. I will amend our correspondence in the future and I am sorry for the confusion. We extend our heartfelt apologies for not achieving our goal of providing you with a comfortable stay, but we appreciate your visit to us, and remain committed to providing an enjoyable stay for guests.

So pleased you and your family enjoyed your stay at the villa. It is in a wonderful location being so close to Albufeira marina and the beaches. Thank you for bringing to our attention the ping pong bats and wi-fi. The reception is usually adequate for use throughout the villa but we will look to address both these issues with the villa manager. The property is set slightly into the hillside and we have found the temperature remains fairly consistent through the season. There usually is a cooling breeze in the evenings and the fans provide a back up in very warm weather. The pool is not heated. It is quite large and a lot of clients appreciate the fact that they can swim lengths and cool off in the hot weather. Glad you had a fabulous stay! It is a spacious villa to relax in and enjoy the beautiful views and sunsets.

Thank you for your comments. As you say there are beautiful views from the villa and plenty of space for everyone to relax. Much praise must go to Tracey our villa manager and her team who are always on hand to help and advise. Her local knowledge allows guests to fully enjoy their holiday.
