Great stay right across the parking lot from the Watercolor Beach Club. Access to the beach & pools could not have been easier! Condo was well appointed & the host was quick to respond back to any questions. Already planning our next trip!

Your bikes need maintenance. The chains were badly rusted and the tires only had 10psi, when they required 40psi

Perfect location! Beach Club right around the corner and you can take a quick shuttle to Camp Watercolor. Seaside is easily walkable. The unit was great!

Great spot!

Beautiful condo, great location, lovely porch! We loved enjoying coffee on the porch in the morning and wine in the afternoon. The agency made check in and out easy, left coffee and other amenities that helped us settle in.

Our wedding anniversary

This property was perfect for our wedding anniversary get away. Perfect size for 2 adults and great location. Only steps away from the pool area and beach access. Well decorated and furnished. We will definitely go back.

Watercolor

This property was perfect for a couple. It was close to seaside and the watercolor community had a lot of amenities. We would stay at this location again for sure.

Weekend getaway for Seaside Seeing Red Wine Festival

Perfect condo for my husband and I. Great location in Watercolor!! 360 Blue is great to rent from, have rented from them before and will definitely rent from them again!!

Nice1 Bedroom Condo

A nice 1 bedroom condo that sleeps 4, has two full baths, two decks and a full kitchen. Part of Watercolor community so guests have access to all pools and the beach at Watercolor Inn.

Perfect for 2!

This property is a fantastic location for 2 who want easy beach and Beach Club access. Adjacent to shops. Other than occasional loud music from passing cars, it was very quiet despite being on the main road. No problems, would stay there again.

Beautiful! Just beautiful!

Loved the open lines of the home, the comfortable furniture, the great views and the wonderful location! Two generous decks and lots of windows bringing in natural light make the place seem magical, even on a rainy day! It was great that we could walk to so many places, too! 😊

Nice Property with Good location

The property was very nice and worked well for our family. The only issue we had was the fridge didn’t work and we had to throw away some food at the beginning of our stay. The management company told us the problem has been fixed but it was taken care of after we left.

Spring Break Fun

The only thing that needed to be addressed were the balconies and patio furniture. They needed to be cleaned. The management company took care of it. We had a lot of fun and truly enjoyed our time at the condo and in that location. We would come back for sure!

Construction chaos

While the condo itself was clean and in a great location, we were not told of construction taking place on our roof, immediately outside our windows, and on all sides of the condo. It was difficult to relax while listening to saws, hammers, and drills from 6 am to 6 pm. We were unable to use the patios due to construction. On several occasions, we were startled by a man standing outside our door at the top of the stairs who could easily see inside our dwelling. While we felt safe, it was still unsettling as we were two women. I realize this isn’t the fault of the owner; however, the managing company should have alerted us and allowed us to select different accommodations. I would not recommend using 360 Vacations without asking more questions. The condo itself was exactly how it was presented in the listing but the construction was never presented. I was quite disappointed.

Great location with easy access to the beach and Seaside area. A little noisy with being right next to the road on 30A, but was nice to be on the south side of 30a and didn’t have to cross the road to get to the beach so it was worth the tradeoff for us. Great communication with the host, timely to respond when help was needed.

Location, Location Perfection.

We absolutely loved this property for our stay. It was everything we needed for our family of three. Considering it is a one bedroom, it’s HUGE! There are two bathrooms, one on each floor. It was so comfortable, and you can’t beat the location, right by the beach club. It comes with two bikes, which we used every day after attaching our child carrier. Our son loved his first real trip to the beach, and this property made it so fun because we never had to take our car anywhere! Being so close to everything is crucial with a toddler. I stayed in watercolor with my family when it was first developed, and now I love being able to share everything I love about it with my husband and son. No complaints. We will certainly be back.
