Great House and Stay

House was fantastic - great outdoor areas (love the front porches) as well as clean and well designed indoor areas. Location was great - walking distance to the beach / town area and easy / fun bike ride to the other parts of Watercolor and Seaside (& Grayton). Would love to return. Thanks for a great stay.

Loved the property and the location. 2 blocks from the beach and walking distance to the Food Truck and Retail area. The house had great public spaces so plenty of room for our group of 10.

Great stay

Great house, Watercolor was overcrowded at the beach and pools. Has nothing to do with house, but the community has overbuilt and as a result it’s a competition for beach and pool access.

Perfect Space!

This property was beautiful inside and out! There is a plethora of quite outdoor spaces with the wrap around porches upstairs and on the main level. The hanging beds are a perfect addition for just relaxing on the porch of your choice. The layout of the house worked great with the carriage house above the garage a personal favorite of our single son. The location was perfect with a short walk to the Inn and beach as well as Seaside. We had a reception at the Lakehouse, which was also a short walk. Overall this was a great property! We loved our stay!

Great large house for older kids

Loved the house and location. We had eight adult children/significant others and had plenty of space. Really nice house. Grill could use some new "guts", but it worked. Would like to have some more than one parking spot on the property, but we ended up parking the other two cars in the street. Would highly recommend this house.

March 2020 Stay

Wonderful home & fabulous location! Would love to rent again! I do not really see two parking spaces in back, though. Only room for one car, unless owner decides to let renters use garage. We didn’t have any problem finding close parking this week, but I could see summer being more challenging

January 2020 Stay

My children joined me in Watercolor for a family wedding held at the Boathouse. My sister has a home next door to 99 and other family members rented along Mystic Cobalt as well. We had a wonderful time and we all enjoyed the week long celebration. All of my children have been married on this beautiful beach and it is always a pleasure to return.

October 2019 Stay

Wonderful home! First vacation with all our 3 adult children, spouses and one grandchild in ten years. Very convenient to the beach and great outdoor spaces for gathering. Love the bed options - not many homes have this many queen beds or two king masters. Beautifully decorated. Two suggestions - carriage house apartment sheets need upgrading - very scratchy. Second, would be nice to have instructions for the music system as it is very confusing.

June 2019 Stay

This was our third year in a row for a family trip to Watercolor. Our group of 11 absolutely loved the house at 99 Mystic Cobalt. It is beautifully decorated, and the layout was wonderful for our large group. The proximity to the beach was perfect for the 5 kids in our group ages 2-8, and the carriage house was great for grandparents to have their own space. We are already considering renting the same house again next year. Thank you!!

December 2018 Stay

The house at 99 Mystic Cobalt was perfect for our group of 10 adults. With two master suites and a private carriage house it gave us the space we needed as well as two kitchens to store and prepare holiday meals. The location was a very short walk to all the activity yet far enough to escape the crowds. A perfect bike ride to Greyton Beach and an artsy adventure with the Shard Shop is a MUST! The people at 360 Blue were incredible to work with from helping find the perfect home to final check out. This group is spot on in the service department.

September 2018 Stay

99 Mystic Cobalt did not disappoint. This was our 3rd visit, with the same group of 9 girls and we love this house. This time was my 50th birthday celebration and was the best time yet!! The location is fantastic, we love all the porches, bed swings and the guest house is very convenient. the amount of bathrooms is perfect for a large group of friends! We will be back! July 2018 Stay

Our family of 13 including grandparents and kids ranging from 12-19 absolutely loved staying at 99 Mystic Cobalt. The house is set up with so many amenities, designed so smartly, and beautifully decorated both indoors and out that it made our stay not only comfortable and worry free, but even more so, amazing. Lots of room and well thought out spaces for storage, and the location is awesome too - so close to Water Color, Van Ness beach, and Seaside. You can tell the owners really care about their home and about allowing their guests to have the best vacation possible. I must mention the impressive customer service from both the owners and 360 Blue when initially the wifi signal was weak in the carriage house. Both worked together quickly and thoroughly to address the issue even upgrading equipment to make connectivity a breeze for the vacation. If we have the chance to return we will definitely look at this property or only 360 Blue properties again, and highly recommend the house!
