Papakea D404 er en rummelig lejlighed, der sover 6 gæster og er blevet opgraderet med et ekstra tredje badeværelse. Det fuldt udstyrede og smukt renoverede køkken har nye skabe, overlay køleskab, nye apparater og brugerdefineret belysning. Bliv afslappet med aircondition i de vigtigste opholdsstue og loft fans overalt.


Det store soveværelse har en behagelig king size seng og tilbyder et fladskærms-tv. Stuen er komfortabel med ekstra siddepladser. På badeværelset finder du to håndvaske og en kombination af bruser / badekar. Den komfortable gæstesoveværelse har en kingsize seng og i det andet badeværelse finder du toilet, håndvask og walk-in shower. To enkeltsenge og et komplet badeværelse med bruser findes ovenpå i loftet. Dette er helt sikkert en unik funktion, da de fleste tre soveværelser kun har to badeværelser! Lejligheden indeholder også en vaskemaskine og tørretumbler, gratis WiFi, dvd-afspiller og kabel.



Papakea Resort ligger på North Ka'aanapli Beach og har 11 hektar frodige anlagte grunde, ferskvandskoi damme, 2 svømmebassiner, 2 store boblebade, 12 gasbryggerier, 2 putting greener, 2 shuffleboardbaner og 3 tændte tennisbaner, gratis concierge-tjenester og en døgnåben reception med masser af åben parkering. Lejligheden ligger inden for gåafstand til restauranter, købmand, bondens marked, snorkel gear udlejning butik, gavebutikker og en ocean side park. Hver aften tiki fakler lyser op for en udsøgt hawaiisk tropisk atmosfære. Der er en sandstrand kun få skridt fra lejligheden. Strand sand niveauer kan variere afh��ngigt af forholdene. Great spot

Nice access to pretty much anything you’d want to do. On the property are a few pools and hot tubs, putting green, shuffleboard, and beach access to snorkeling. And it’s not a far drive to other fun things to do and see. Restaurants are near by too. Like I said, it’s a great spot.

Great unit, enjoyed our stay!

Unit was as described, very spacious for our 4 adults and 2 kids. Beds were comfortable, upscale appliances and included beach and kitchen items made for a great stay. The view from the balcony is wonderful and bonus that it didn't get direct sunlight. Resort was conveniently located and walkable to restaurants, shops and grocery store.

Love Papakea

Having 3 bedrooms each with their own bathrooms was great. The teens stayed in the loft and overall the whole condo was quiet.

It’s a nice unit with upgraded appliances. The view of the ocean is beautiful and the unit provides plenty of space for 6 adults, each couple having their own bathroom.

Marvelous View!

The condo was exactly as expected. The best thing about this is the view. You overlook the well landscaped property, the pool and the ocean with mountains behind. The sunsets were so amazing!

Great place!

This is our 4th time staying at the Papakea resort, and the first time we've had a 3 bedroom unit. It's great for the kids to have their own bedrooms and not have to share. The unit has everything you could need - beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, coolers of various sizes, plastic cups, laundry soap, everything! And the view from the balcony is spectacular - highly recommend!

Love Papakea Resort

Papakea Resort is a wonderful place to stay. Our condo unit was just as described. Only bad point, it was hot and humid while we were there and there was NO WAY that small AC could cool that unit. We did open all the windows, but it wouldn't cool down until 4 am and hot again by 10am. I would definitely stay here again despite that issue.

The grounds are beautiful-the pool perfect.

The condo was fine but the couches need to be replaced. They are very uncomfortable. The tv was ridiculous to figure out. Twice someone came to show us the details. The kitchen is very nice.

Comfortable, Clean and Great Location

We've stayed at Papakea numerous times but this was our first time booking through VRBO and My Perfect Stay. The process was easy and the communication from My Perfect Stay was perfect. The unit, D404 is well situated on the property. The rooms are good size, bathrooms nice and a very well equipped kitchen. Bottom line, we'd stay there again. The only one negative would be...you have to launder your own towels and bedding if you want. But all in all, it wasn't a big deal. I highly recommend this unit at Papakea.

Maui Papakea D404

Air conditioner was undersized for the size of the unit. The bedrooms were extremely hot. Cockroaches were everywhere in the unit. Overall the unit was dated and the pictures must have been taken years ago.

As noted in the listing description: "Stay cool with air conditioning in the main living area and ceiling fans throughout. " As Maui is a tropical environment there is a natural presence of pests. Needs an update

Living room furniture is really outdoor furniture and very uncomfortable. The resort and the owners need to communicate the same thing to renters. Ex: Check out time not the same Asking renters not to wash towels and then not allowed to get clean ones

Our guests are only advised to stop at the front desk for check in, or to use some of the amenities on property (i.e. tennis courts). Great Pick on Maui

Great pick on Maui! I feel the place is better than what the pictures show on the listing. Great kitchen with everything you may need. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Great patio and living area. (Sofa set has some wear and tear) Beach chairs and coolers provided for those chosen beach days. The place has a great ocean view from the patio and master bedroom, which I loved. The location has places within walking distance. The grocery across the way is more reasonable than going to Safeway. There are also plenty of restaurants or food options within walking distance. Take advantage of watching the sunset every night with just a quick stroll down to the water. Overall great option! I would stay there again! Thank you!!

Really Enjoyed Papakea D404

This unit was great for our family. It's a bit dated, but functions very well and we didn't have any complaints. The unit was well equipped, including beach towels, coolers, kids beach toys, and some snorkeling gear. I do recommend bringing your own spices from home if you like to cook. There wasn't much in the unit and the stores are so expensive on the island. The resort facilities are nice: pool, grills, shuffleboard and mini-golf. We didn't visit the tennis counts, but they are available as well. We didn't realize that the ocean front property is only a sea wall and no beach, so that was a bit disappointing for us. Beaches are nearby however. Overall we were very pleased with this rental! Mahalo!

A comfortable spot in paradise

The property is old but well maintained. Wonderful location. There were two areas that did not meet my expectations. The television in the living room was terrible. Maybe it’s a bad cable box but three old golfers had nothing but trouble with it for the entire stay. Second, the air conditioning unit is inadequate for the size of the unit. Not sure what can be done to improve this. It’s a split system unit, not central air. Most everything else was fine and we did enjoy our stay. As they say, Maui No Ka Oi!!!

Nice place in a nice resort.

The condo is nice, it totally serves the purpose but for a few reasons, I wouldn't stay there again. It wasn't spotless as in dust and toys under the couches and in corners, socks under a bed. I don't think the cleaners really move anything to clean. The information available in the condo is written out by hand which is hard to read the handwriting. It was a nice place but just not really nice which is what I wanted. I always figure you want to stay in a place as nice or nicer than your home. The photos made me think this would be it but staying there made me realize it was a little tired. The main room is pretty small with the couches, chairs and table. There is no light over the table so playing games or doing a puzzle was not possible. Even eating at the table wasn't pleasant because of the lighting. We ate out on the lanai. The TV was a little complicated to run even by my millennial kids! The bedding and towels were great. The king size beds were nice and you can't beat the view from the master. The twin beds upstairs are not very comfortable and my 6'2" son was happy to leave them. The extra supplies like cooler and chairs were nice to use. The boogie board was broken but those are inexpensive. We had a nice time but I don't think I'd stay again. More because of the location and not really having a beach there to use. You have to drive to a beach. I also would like to be on the boardwalk so you can walk along the ocean's edge.

Exceptional upscale accomodations for six

A very pleasant residence that has been updated nicely to accommodate up to six. Beautiful views of the ocean, Molokai in the distance, and frequent rainbows from this top floor lanai. A/C helps at night for the upper loft sleeping. Great airflow throughout the day with cross ventilation. This entire complex has many amenities it provides to visitors; pools, shuffle board, putting greens, new and clean BBQ grills for cooking out (several that are typically used each night by guests), and an elegant series of water ponds and landscaping that is exquisite. Some of the tropical plants and bird life views are just amazing here. You feel like your are on your own little island of paradise. Guests generally follow a custom of quiet time outside of pool usage hours. Strolls along the coastline provide extremely bright and crisp sunsets, along with deep ocean blues. This residence was provided with all the pots/pans, dinner ware, BBQ utensils, games, books, and two new color TVs. The facility has exceptional internet service, along with up to the minute broadcasting reception. More equipment and supplies if you want to go to the beaches that are nearby. Beachfront at this complex is limited to times of low tide. We also appreciated the friendly contact by the My Perfect Stays staff to assure us that we had everything that we needed. The parking lots appear secure with limited access. There is a quick secured gate access to the nearby ABC Store that requires use of room cards to get back onto the property. Recycling bins are available. The entire complex has a staff that continuously clean, maintain, and make your vacation encounter truly enjoyable. In addition, there is a concierge service provided in the main office that is great for planning ideas and scheduling events for the family. We had made our own advanced schedules for two luaus; but employed them to plan the best zipline for our family along with a combined helicopter flight out to Hana via Blue Hawaii and back on the road with Temptation Tours in order to save time and avoid the hassles of driving the Road to Hana ourselves. We truly felt like we were at home in this residence. Nice having a washer/drier in the unit itself to dry wet clothes or catch up on selected items for two of us who planned another week on the Big Island. This was definitely the best value and excellent location for the six of us to stay in proximity to Lahaina and centralized to other events and activities. Mahalo
