Oceanview Condo med en master og gæst suiter på øverste etage i 4 etagers bygning, ende enhed m / masser af vinduer, stor balkon med seks stole og bord, Ocean View, Elevator, to overdækkede parkeringspladser under bygning, svømmebassiner. Pool og Oceanside Restaurant og Bar på ejendommen.

Gratis trådløs internetadgang. Fuldt lastet køkken, vaskemaskine og tørretumbler. Soveværelserne er indrettet, så hver har sit eget tilknyttede bad. King Bed in Master, to tvillinger i gæstesuite kan trækkes sammen for at skabe en konge. Der er en dronning sovesofa i stuen. Sover højst seks. Terrific

Very friendly- cleanness- very enjoyable- view was very nice. Walk on the beach was amazing. We had not had a vacation in such a long time it was so much needed. I also appreciate the owners calling the day we arrived making sure we had everything we need and if everything was ok. That was grand… Thank you for our trip and especially the memories we now have.

Great place on the island!

A wonderful place to stay in Tybee Island!A very close walk to the beach, with a view of the ocean, great set up inside , with fully stocked kitchen equipment which allows you to cook in if you want. We did for a meal and sitting outside to eat was relaxing. My 84 yr old mother-in-law also loved sitting outside to look for Dolphins…If you eat out.. I would highly recommend eating at the Deck and getting the Deck burger.. it was big but it had a delicious taste. The key lime margarita was yummy too.We would definitely stay here again.. Mike was a communicative and a very pleasant hostThank you Mike and Sally for allowing us to share your space!

Girls Trip Granddaughters Adventure

We had great weather. The condo was clean and had ample equipped kitchen for 4 teenage girls and two grandmothers! The owner Mike was very gracious and checked in with us. Our only complaint was the three remotes for the TV in the main room. On our last day the teenagers were finally able to figure them out and we watched a movie. Maybe labels would help. Will visit again

Great Beach Week

Top notes on the week: Easy Check in with Mike, the beach is close and easy access. Loved the pools and the bar/restaurant on site was good food and convenient. Nice grilling area and playground across the street. Condo is big, bright, and has just about everything you might need. We walked to everything. Trip to the lighthouse and museum and took some great photos. No downside to report. Thanks for a great stay!

Relaxing Oasis

This property had the best of both a condo and a resort. You had your own private space but were then able to go down to the pools and enjoy the bar and restaurant space that a resort would have. It is centrally located on Tybee Island which allowed us to walk to most sights such as the lighthouse and pier. The owners, Mike and Sally, were very responsive and provided excellent advice to make the most out of our stay. Savannah is a quick half hour drive so you can plan a daytrip to explore the city. We did the Savannah for Morons Tour and thoroughly enjoyed it (I would suggest watching the reviews- you do not get much history but you laugh from beginning to end). We then did the more serious golf cart tour of the cemetery. It was a nice mix of fun and learning. I would suggest watching Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil before going into Savannah. The movie provides insights into Savannah and the history is found everywhere around town. The seafood on the island was excellent and I would highly recommend both AJ Dockside(for sunset dinner) and Bubba Gumbo's. Neither place looks like much from the outside but the food is excellent and the settings are even more spectacular. We regularly visit HHI but were looking for something different. Tybee was small enough you felt like you really got to know the island. I highly recommend a visit. The owners, Mike and Sally made the stay extra special and the owners were very responsive.

Short get away

This condo was perfect for our trip. Close enough to everything that you can walk to it but far enough away that the busy late night bars at the south end are not an issue. The walk to the beach Is so short and I loved the fact that even at peak times the beach wasn’t crazy busy and you had room to move around on the beach. The condo itself was so well stocked and well organized. The furniture was very easy to relax in. Most beds we have a hard time sleeping on when we go out of town but that was not the case with these beds. They were amazing.

Home away from home!

We stayed in this lovely condo for four weeks. We enjoyed every minute of it. The location was amazing being just a few steps to the beach. It was so nice to have garage parking. The entire campus of Beachfront Colony Resort is stunning. Having the deck restaurant on the property was so convenient. It was always busy but yet we never had a problem getting seated. We thought that we would spend more time in Savannah than we did. However, we enjoyed being at the condo and at the beach more. The condo, itself, is so warm and welcoming. Being that it is an end unit, the sun that filtered in was amazing. The beds were extremely comfortable and having three large TVs was wonderful. My husband could watch his playoff BB games in any room. We feel so lucky to have found this place and our host, Mike, was very attentive. You can tell that he really wants people to have the best experience possible. We were so pleased with the many good restaurants on Tybee Island. We felt spoiled to try a new one everyday. Thank you Mike and Sally for sharing your very special place.

Great condo and easy beach access!

Two adults and one 8 year old (but there was plenty of room for more people) - We stayed here for four nights. The condo was very clean and well stocked with essentials. There was easy access to the pools and The Deck restaurant and bar was great to have at our disposal. It is the easiest beach access we’ve ever had at Tybee and the beach area wasn’t overly crowded and had chair and umbrella rentals. The luggage carts and elevator were also very handy! The owner is super nice and called us personally after check-in to welcome us and see if we had any questions. We would definitely stay here again and would actually prefer it to anywhere else we’ve stayed on Tybee!

Wonderful condo on Tybee

We stayed at Gulf Reef 636 during spring break. The location was great and our host Mike has thoughtfully equipped the condo with everything we needed to have a great stay. There were even beach chairs and some beach toys in the guest closet that we used. That was a great bonus since we were traveling with a three year old, a pre-teen and a teenager. The condo was super clean and well maintained. We have not been to Tybee in several years and were pleased to have a welcoming and nice place to stay. We all enjoyed the heated lap pool and the older kids played in the other pool as well. I would recommend this condo to anyone and hope to stay there again some time.
