Such a cool house that had just about everything to make our family trip a memorable one. The little ones loved exploring the house and property. Located near so many spots to enjoy on our fall weekend! Would love to come back again!

My friends and I had the most fabulous stay this weekend. Olia was kind, responsive, and extremely accommodating. We could not have had a more incredible weekend staying here.

Family vacation

The house was a comfortable fit for 8 adults and 2 children and the pool was a hit with the kids. The location was easy to get to with plenty of restaurants and breweries near by. Olia was responsive to all our inquiries, a real sweetheart!

Beautiful 70s style home

The home and location was wonderful. The home was very unique and had different art work throughout the house. Really enjoy the jacuzzi and host was super accommodating. Exciting to come back in the summer!

Beautiful property. The view was so peaceful and the interior of the house was so welcoming and everyone felt so comfortable. The yard was abundant with flora and fauna. We saw deer and even a bobcat. We experienced an amazing lightening show over the mountains and the pool was perfect. Anything we needed, we only had to reach out and they'd provide it, from floats to umbrellas for shade. We had the heat wave week. Olia and Abraham are really great hosts. Even with unforseen medical emergency, they still kept in touch and made our stay wonderful. They're communication is too notch. I highly recommend this vacation rental. You can stay in and have pool days or go to a river, walk the quaint towns or see some great waterfalls. We even went to the really cute aquarium about 40 minutes away. We didn't even get to do everything we were hoping and may have to come back again!!Thanks so much, Olia and Abraham and your pool person and cleaning people. Everyone was so helpful and kind!

Wonderful Catskill getaway

Our group of 7 adults and a baby had a wonderful July 4th weekend here. Thoughtfully decorated with quirky retro vibe, cool arts, musical instruments if you feel like jamming, lots of space to spread around and enjoy. The kitchen is well stocked with tools, appliances and basic spices. The pool area is great and stocked with a grill, lounge chairs, pool floats and an air pump. The owners were super communicative and truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time.

Beautiful mountain views

The owner, Olia made sure everything was organized and comfortable. A bottle of wine and a welcoming note we’re awaiting us. All six of us enjoyed our stay and we especially liked the feathered blankets on the beds. But the best feature was the spectacular view from the front of the house and the relaxing view by the pool in the back of the house.

Mountain Views

We came for Mountain View’s, peace and reflection and that is exactly what we got! Olia was very responsive to any of our questions. The hiking was wonderful! The bird watching, amazing. The night sky, unequalled! Thank you. We will be back!

Wonderful family vacation!

Let's begin to say that this home is not your average vacation home. The minute we walked in we felt very comfortable with it' '70s vibe. Olia's home is full of art, literature and music!! This home is spacious for our large family, clean and just plain fun. Loved the pool, ping pong, hot tub and the beautiful scenery. Olia was very responsive and gracious. We all enjoyed staying in this home in the Catskills and look forward to returning!! Thanks Olia for everything!

We loved this place!

This rental has sooo many positives! We (family members of 10 adults and one 12 year old) were here for a week in July. The house has a vintage 70's feel (the bathrooms are so cool!) with all the modern comforts you'll need. It has all the things that make a rental property great, plus much more. It was clean, had large rooms, comfy beds, and a large,very well stocked kitchen. Having the private pool and hot tub was fabulous and we used both every day. We also took advantage of the other amenities. There are books, games, instruments, and art work to enjoy. Olia is a wonderful host who sincerely wants her guests to have the best time possible during their stay. Some of our group enjoyed sights in the Catskill area, but others in our group got to the house and didn't leave "the hill" until the week was over. It's just such a pleasant setting filled with mountain views, walking paths, and wildflowers that attract butterflies and dragonflies. Those who have mobility issues/difficulty with stairs will want to note that to enter the house you have to go up about 15 outdoor steps from the driveway. The steps are stone and sturdy, but not uniform and there is no banister. This should not deter anyone from renting this fabulous property unless using steps is a real issue. Our family has rented properties for a week each summer for over 25 years and this place is definitely on the top of our list of favorites!

Beautiful and magestical

We stayed at magical Mountain View for the weekend of October 12 with some friends. The house is absolutely amazing! Spacious with a 1970’s vibe. The large fireplace is extra special, great to wind down. The kitchen is fully equipped and has ample room for people to gather around and enjoy each others company. The dining room has a lovely wooden table which seats 12 people comfortably. The bedrooms are spacious and very clean. The land surrounding the house is beautiful and the mountain view is breathtaking. My only regret is not being able to stay longer. If you are looking for a getaway from the city, look no further. This is truly a magical place.

Wonderful, family friendly home and beautiful location!

We are thrilled to recommend Olia's home. My family and I stayed at the house for a week, and it was the perfect getaway for us. The house was clean, spacious and bright, with a nice, big kitchen and lots of space for each person to relax as well as for our 1.5 year old grandson to safely play. The pool and backyard area is great. Catskill is the perfect location for a family location, with lots of activities in the surrounding area.
