HELT NY. Great location for pool, golf, beach and all inclusive.

Great value for a well stocked condo. Easy access and location for restaurants, grocery store and PGA golf course all inside the gated community. You can access Bahía all inclusive for additional charge.

Fantastic Vacation Rental Property

We stayed for three weeks in February of 2025. The property was excellent and exactly as described in the post. This was the best equipped unit we have stayed in, and that says a lot as we have stayed in over 40 vacation rental units over the last 3 decades. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything one could hope for. From small appliances like a slow cooker and blender to a good selection of pots and pans, we were able to create meal after meal with ease. The owner also included, hats, snorkeling gear, grocery bags, umbrellas and too much more to list. This unit is located in a gated community that provides for a very high level of security at it's entry gates. We felt as safe or perhaps safer that we do in our own home back in Canada. The owner was very quick to answer questions and provide a wealth of information to make our stay more enjoyable. We received great value for our vacation dollars. We will be back.

AMAZING stay in Bahia Principe!

The condo was beautiful and the perfect home base for our stay. It was so relaxing to have some breakfast out on the patio or to go down to the condo pool and relax in the morning or after a busy day. The adjacent resorts were easy to get to and of course lots of fun! The property manager Kenda thought of every detail. She also provided recommendations for our outings off resort and was extremely prompt and thorough in answering any questions we had throughout. I would highly recommend renting this condo for an amazing getaway! Lots of time to relax but also lots to explore!

Great Place in Beautiful Riviera Maya

My fiancée and I stayed at this property and cannot say enough good things! The condo itself is gorgeous, featuring spacious bedrooms and a patio to sit out and enjoy the sun. There is also access to a pool right outside, which made for some refreshing swims. It's in a great spot because you can easily access all of the Bahia Principe Resorts, but have a spacious condo (rather than hotel room) and are a bit removed from the resorts so it is much quieter. Kenda, the property manager, was incredible in answering all of our questions extremely quickly and having the place set-up for us with coffee and a jug of drinking water. If you are looking for a place to stay in Riveria Maya I would highly recommend this condo.

It was comfortable and cozy just like home .

The process of renting the property was an easy access. Any questions I had Kenda answered immediately .Having access of the pools right there and the relaxing on the Hammock was very rewarding . Being able to enjoy the shops the night entertainment and having transportation to get where you needed to be was a plus .I was so impressed with all the amenities.I felt like a queen living in a beautiful castle. I would recommend this property and I promise you will not be disappointed . I will give this property a five star ratings !!

Highly Recommend- Great Value

It was the perfect place for a relaxing getaway with friends. This was our second stay at Kenda’s place. We really love it! One of the reasons we chose this condo is because both bedrooms have King size beds with en-suite bathrooms (which is rare). Also, the apartment and two balconies offer plenty of space for 4 adults. Everything was as perfect as it shows online. It was very clean, well maintained and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. We bought the all-inclusive pass and spent the day touring around the resort hotels and eating great food. Silent Disco Party was super fun! It is about a 10 minute stroll from the condo to catch the resort tram. The few days we spent at the private Kay Beach Club and/or the condo pool were the most relaxing. One day we took the collectivo ( local bus -super cheap) to nearby Akumul. We had an amazing time swimming with sea turtles and ate at a wonderful restaurant called La Buena Vida. Another day we grabbed a taxi to Tulum where we rented bikes and rode to the beach. There are lots of tasty local food options surrounding the resort. Although, we enjoyed the exercise and adventure of exploring without a rental car next time we are considering it for convenience. We would definitely recommend a car for families with children. Check in was quick and easy with a keyless entry. Kenda (owner) and Craig (property manager) were quick to respond with any questions before and during our stay. This property offers lots of options and will not disappoint!

Spacious condo & great location!

This is our second stay in Kenda's condo. It has plenty of space, big balcony and hammock overlooking pool. The location offers great options... onsite Bahia resort (buy day pass), enjoy the private Kay Beach Club (onsite), swim with turtles in nearby Akumal (5-7 min drive). Condo is also located between the popular towns of Tulum and Playa del Carmen. We rented a car this time since we wanted to explore the area. We visited ruins in Coba & Tulum. New washer & dryer - work great! Air conditioning in all rooms also worked great! Condo is well equipped and like new. Quick responses & communication with Craig, the property manager. We really enjoyed hanging out on the balcony.

Family of 5

As a family of five (two adults, 14yo, 12yo, and 4yo) we were very comfortable with the space and sleeping arrangements. Unfortunately, there is no access to any of the resort amenities without a day pass. The price for our family of five was $200 - $280/day depending on which resort (Tulum, Akumal, or Coba) we wanted to use. That price included a buffet breakfast, buffet lunch, and snack bar, but not dinner. We had hoped to be able to use the pool for a few hours here and there throughout our stay as that was a large reason why we chose this location. Instead we used the pool at the condo and the Kay Beach Club for access to the ocean. We were disappointed that the description was not accurate to the amenities that we’d have access to but we still had a nice time with the amenities that are available. The washing machine/dryer was not operational for our stay so we ended up using a laundromat in Akumal to get some clothes washed. It would have taken nearly two days to get our clothes back so we ended up getting them back wet and hanging them to dry in the condo. The AC worked really well in the second bedroom and mediocre at best in the main bedroom and living room. We spent a lot of time outside so it wasn’t a huge deal, but definitely something to consider if it’s important to you. If using this condo with kids, I would strongly recommend having a vehicle to use.

Loved it!

Condo is beautiful and everything we needed. Balcony has lots of space and hammock was perfect for relaxing. Great pool and had it to ourself most of the time. Can’t wait to return and stay longer next time! Property Manager (Craig) was quick to reply with any questions.

This place is gorgeous, spacious, clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, and as they say, location, location, location! The Check-in process is a breeze and attention to detail is spot on. You even have some suntan lotion in the bathrooms in case you forgot yours. The rooms are big and it has a huge terrace overlooking the pool. They thought of every detail to make your stay memorable! You even have bicycles ready for you to enjoy the community. The gated community is perfect and gives you access to Bahia Principe, so you can make reservations at the various restaurants there. A 10-minute drive from Akumal with great restaurant options and right in the middle of the best part of the Riviera Maya. Beaches, Cenotes, Mayan Ruins, Xel-Ha, Xcaret, Tulum. You name it, they have it all! Kenda and Craig are amazing!!

Awesome

Stayed February and most of March, 2020 until forced to come home because of the virus. Everything about this place was amazing! Roomy, clean, newer appliances and furnishings. Having the bike was such a plus! I was able to communicate with the owner very easily. Kenda and Matt are wonderful! I truly love the area and will be back for sure. I was able to use the pools and beach areas of Bahía resorts and it was easy to get there. I did rent a car for March to make it easier to get groceries. I have nothing negative about it except the washer dryer unit didn’t dry very well but Kenda said she was going to consider replacing that. Can’t say enough good things and I highly recommend this condo!

Girls getaway in beautiful Mexico

We had a fantastic stay! The condo was beautiful and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hostess (Kenda) gave us tips on the best snorkeling, restaurants, , beaches, even down to the bike rental suggestions. We were able to experience Tulum, Playa del Carmen, and Akumal and enjoy the onsite resort when we wanted to relax. Amazing vacation. 🌞🥑🏝

Peaceful and relaxing

Beautiful condo and property. We loved the layout of the condo, the full kitchen, stylish furnishings, and private balcony overlooking the pool. We swam everyday in the pool and often were the only ones there. Great location to day trip to the many attractions (Akumal, Tulum, Playa del Carmen etc). We rented a car which we felt was essential to getting about with a family. There are two bikes which was a nice addition, and our kids enjoyed the water rings to chase in the pool. Very easy to relax here. Kenda was easy to reach and super responsive to any inquiries we had. One week stay was too short!

Home away from home! Beautiful and comfortable!

Having two bathrooms, one next to each bedroom was a dream! The kitchen was spacious and modern with a nice deep sink and large refrigerator. Even though people were staying in the adjacent condo, we never heard them because there is a lot of space between units. The pool area was amazing! It was clean and refreshing with a private shower and toilets. The lounge chairs were cushioned and luxurious! The concierge was available all day from sun up to sun down to help with any of our needs. There were nice homey touches like a hammock and table and chair on the deck and plenty of storage. There were even bikes to use! We will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful 2 Bedroom Condo

Our stay here had everything you could want. The 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is beautifully furnished, very new, modern and clean! The kitchen and bathrooms have all the amenities you need. The Wi-Fi worked great and the pool was only steps away. I really loved relaxing in the pool with the built in lounges. When you stay on the resort your options are fantastic. They have a stunning golf course which you can view right off the patio. It is a huge complex with four exclusive hotels. Each hotel has its own special events and activities all day. The beach is beautiful and I really enjoyed swimming in the Lagoons with the little fish all around me. There are water activities, bars, night time bands at the pool, live shows, amazing pools, a yoga studio and even a night club and casino. You can purchase passes for the all inclusive program or enjoy the privacy of your condo. The buffets have high quality food and drinks. I could not stay away from the sushi, but all the food was great! Their are shuttles that transport you around the resort or you can use the bikes available to you at the condo. The condo is in a great location near Akumul and Tulum which was great for dinning and exploration. If you choose to rent a car you can shop for groceries in Tulum and head to some gorgeous beaches. We fell in love with Akumul and the great restaurants. Some great adventure tours are Chichen Itzel (2 hours), Sian Ka’an biosphere ( 40 minutes) and Tulum ruins (20 minutes). I look forward to my return and highly recommend!

Swimming, boating, wake boarding, tubing, jet skis, kayaking, fishing, beach volleyball, snorkeling and viewing sunrises/sunsets on the water. The location... we were first introduced to Akumal on a snorkeling tour at Yal-Ku Lagoon about 20 years ago. We immediately fell in love with this quaint and cozy beach town. We enjoy the snorkeling, quiet walks on the beach, turtles, friendly people, phenomenal local Mayan cuisine and laid back atmosphere. Even after 20+ repeat visits to Akumal, we still seem to make a new discovery each trip. It has now become our true home away from home with the purchase of our condo which was completed December 2017.
