Great stay!

Fairway Villas was a great accommodation in Kona. I was appreciative that literally everything we needed for the beach was included. Hope to come back again!

Fabulous Vacation on the Big Island

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We continue to rent this same unit every year because we love the location of the unit, the beautiful grounds and unit itself. We love this particular unit because it is well appointed with everything you need in the kitchen to cook with, tons of extras things like boogie boards, golf clubs and coolers to use for going to the beach or somewhere to picnic. The unit is always clean and very inviting. The property management team is always available and punctual for any need that you may have. All of our friends that have come to visit or stay with us, all love this unit and have asked how to go about renting this unit for themselves in the future.

The beds were comfortable, extra sheets and towels were provided and the kitchen was well stocked. We spent most mornings and evenings relaxing on the lanai. The location is perfect. It is within walking distance of shops, restaurants, a grocery store and shoreline access. We love working with Michelle at Kohala Coast Properties. She is always available and is very personable and knowledgeable. Her level of service cannot be matched. We will continue to plan our vacations thru Kohala Coast Properties. We would recommend this property to anyone that wants to spend time on the Big Island.

The condo was clean and well organized. It was incredible that the condo included such extras as golf clubs, boogie boards, snorkel equipment, coolers, etc. As a visitor, we had everything we needed. This is our 2nd vacation in this condo. We love the location and the management company is responsive and very easy to work with. Our vacation was absolutely amazing. We will be back again next year.

The accommodations and location of the condo was spectacular. The kitchen was well equipped with everything that we needed. The unit was comfortable, clean and the beds allowed for a good nights sleep. The location of this property is perfect. We were able to walk everywhere within the Waikoloa Beach Resort area. There is access to shoreline, A Bay and some great restaurants and shops. The snorkeling this year was spectacular! This is the second year that we have booked our stay through Kohala Coast Properties. Michelle is fantastic to work with. We will continue to work with her for years to come. Thank you for a memorable vacation.

We own in a home in the south side of Big Island, but this location, amenities, proximity to so many hot spots on the BI (many of which are walking distance) made the stay so worth it.Sunrise to sunset, we enjoyed the lanai everyday. Having beach chairs and boogie boards to ride were a huge bonus. And my husband and daughter throughly enjoyed the golf privileges. Will most definitely be looking for a reason to stay here again!

Lovely condo

We were very happy with the cleanliness and comfort of the unit. Property manager, Michelle, was wonderful to work with. The unit was well-stocked with cleaning products and extra blankets, plenty of beach gear, and staples for the kitchen. We had young children and felt the unit was accommodating to them, too. Great view of the mountains, very close to beach (with shade) and shops/groceries. This is our second time staying with Kohala Coast and would recommend both the unit and their services.

Loved the vacation home!

Perfect place for our family. Location was perfect…. Walk to Kings/Queens shops, minutes from beaches, the pool has such a lovely view. The house was stocked with all the cookware needed for our family to prepare all meals. There were even beach bags, snorkel gear, beach chairs and boogie boards for us to use!!!We would 100% come back to this unit. Really was such an amazing family getaway with all the comforts of home.

Shopping and beaches were in close proximity. The PM answered all my questions and her knowledge of the property was invaluable. I would definitely stay there again. I did get an unexpected maintenance service visit at 8pm that seemed odd but that was a minor inconvenience while I was entertaining friends.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Michelle and Alice were all over several issues we had on arrival as the unit had not been rented in nine months due to CV19. View is nice as in the picture. The AC compressor unit is on the deck right next to the table so you can't cool the unit and be out on the deck at the same time. Pool is small for such a large complex. The unit is very close the shops.
