Welcome to your peaceful escape in Waikoloa Beach Villas, tucked right inside the gorgeous Waikoloa Beach Resort Golf community. This airy, island-inspired condo places you in the perfect spot for sunshine, relaxation, and effortless access to all the resort perks.



Step onto your private lanai and soak in sweeping views of the lush golf course, shimmering lake, and the graceful egrets that visit throughout the day. It’s the kind of view that eases you into vacation mode the moment you arrive. Fire up the built-in Viking grill for easy outdoor dinners, unwind with a drink in the warm breeze, or just enjoy the calm.



Inside, tall ceilings and generous natural light create a bright, open space ideal for families, couples, and friends. Start your morning with a brisk walk around the resort or head to the open-air fitness center for a jog on the treadmill. When it’s time to cool off, the shared heated pool with a waterfall, hot tub, and tennis courts are all yours to enjoy.



And of course you’re just a short stroll or quick drive from Anaehoʻomalu Bay (A-Bay), world-class golf, shopping, dining, and scenic coastal paths.



Waikoloa Beach Villas N23 is located on the second floor of the N Building. There is elevator and/or stair access to the second floor. Offering views of the golf course and tropical resort landscape. This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!



What's nearby:

Waikoloa is a very walkable area. Queen's Marketplace is just across the street and includes a movie theater, grocery store, Starbucks, and plenty of shops and restaurants. Even more shopping and dining options, including A-Bay's grill with the ice bar, are found at the King's Shops just another block away. You'll want to spend at least one sunset at Lava Lava Beach Club where you can drink and dine in the open-air bar or at one of the many tables right on the beach. Just a mile away, you can swim with dolphins at Dolphin Quest, or get a different perspective of the entire island on a Blue Hawaiian helicopter tour less than a mile and a half off the highway.

There was excellent communication and questions were answered quickly. The condo is very spacious, quiet, and comfortable.

Could use some extra towels, some lotion or something, Ziplocs coffee grinder, more comfortable outside chairs on the patio. The backings are very hard to sit. Dining room table base is loose and wobbly needs to be repaired. Outside grill needs to be cleaned heavily from the bottom it caught on fire buildup of grease, etc.. we did very much enjoy our stay. We love the pool area in the convenience of being so close to the shops and market restaurants Thank you.
