this Pet-friendly house was just steps from the sand. I spent early morning hours on the front deck drinking coffee and watching the sun hit the beach. People and pets were like a parade, and I talked to so many people. It was great fun. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking if you want to cook. Be aware that there is no Air Conditioning in this home and the house was pretty warm and humid but there are no better views!! Ocean, Birds, Dolphins and dogs! I ended my day watching the sun slip into the ocean.

Perfect property to enjoy the ocean. Sounds & view of the surf 24/7. King-size bedroom and full-size bunkbeds room on the first floor with a shared bathroom. Third bedroom and bathroom on the third floor . Kitchen, dining room, living room and bathroom on the second floor. There’s also a folding cot and an air mattress. Be aware that, like all of the houses on Ocean Walk, you are right on the pedestrian/bike/skateboard path which can be noisy as people go by. We found the trade off of being so close to the ocean to be totally worth it. Property was clean with dishwasher, washer/dryer, beach towels/chairs, sand toys, etc. And, like all the properties in the area, a narrow garage off a narrow alley. Highly recommend a smaller rental car (sedan) or a very skilled driver. Host responded quickly to an email and a call made during the stay.

The location was amazing. We had our children and grandchildren with us and we all had a great time at the beach, along the walk and at many of the local restaurants. As others have mentioned, the inside is in need of a little repair and updating, with some musty dressers in need of replacement, but nothing the overall functionality and location of the home doesn't more than compensate for.

The refrigerator was dirty on check-in… crumbs and caked on food. The floor in kitchen had multiple spots. The view was spectacular

Great location and views

Our family enjoyed the location, the middle floor living area allowed us to gather for meals, games and movies. The master bedroom is so nice and private.

Prime location!

Can't beat the location! House was a bit small on first floor....layout was not the greatest, but it was nice for a couple of days directly on the beach!

Location makes it!!

We had 8 adults, not all coupled up so that made it cozy yet comfortable with one taking the couch. Highlights: parking, beach chairs & boogie boards, Hot Tub!!! 2.5 bathrooms and the location was awesome.

Perfect location

Thanks, the house was fully equipped and in the perfect location. We had a great time. And so close to the bay and restaurants and the pier is walking distance. The hot tub to watch the sun go down, was a five star luxury.

What a view!

We loved our stay at Mission Beach - central to so many activities and literally steps to the boardwalk and beach. People were friendly and we enjoyed local restaurants and shops -- truly considering a second stay! Property is dog friendly, beach is open to dogs before 9am and after 4pm.

Family graduation getaway

We love the neighborhood and the house. The house location was excellent because it was close to everything. We love the house and plenty of rooms for everyone. Each floor had a different views and right on the boardwalk. We will be back.

Beach trip

Very nice. Location is great, I could look out the front window and see my grandkids playing on the beach. The lifeguard station was right in front of the house.

Little Piece of Heaven

We absolutely loved staying here! They had everything we needed, and it was clean and comfortable. You can’t beat the view or location, and the hot tub was such a nice touch. The property management company was easy to work with and contact if we needed help. Super easy check-in and access, and an all-around easy and relaxing vacation! I only wish we had booked for longer!

Beautiful Ocean Front Townhouse

This is a very beautiful and clean townhouse, but felt more like a house because you don't hear anyone above or below you. Parking was a little tight, but arrival was easy with photos and access instructions that the management sent a few days prior. The place had everything we needed and was very comfortable for our group. We'd like to thank Surf Style again for a relaxing stay.

Great Vacation Spot

Beach Break 2 is a fantastic house and the location in PB is great! We were within walking distance to everything we needed! The house was clean and comfortable! The only problem we had was with the air mattress not blowing up and Surf Style came to the house with a brand new one! There was nothing like enjoying the hot tub every night as the sun set! We would definitely stay again and plan to!

Great Location

The location of the property is amazing!!! The house does have a few problems that from reading previous reviews have not been fixed suck as the fireplace in the living is not functioning, the Wi-Fi is definitely not functioning well, and the garage is a tight fit for most vehicles ( this is something I expected for a beach front property). They do have some decent beach toys in the garage but the spa on the deck is amazing to enjoys the beautiful sunsets in SD.

Family vacay!!

Honestly amazing location! Biggest and only Complaint is that 1. The hot tub seems to have a small leak and we had to keep filling it. And 2 we could not find any extra blankets. Other than that great house great location!
