We love this property. I would say that it is really good for families. This trip was just my husband and I. The studio was great and was well equipped. It was really nice to have a full kitchen in a studio unit. The unit has a nice patio and partial view of the ocean. (It's not a full view but very nice for the location and price of the unit). The property is quiet - we did not experience any noise in our room. The staff is very kind. The tower that we were in has a nice shop to buy gifts or items for the room - they had a very extensive choice of food and beverage items. There is also a nice gym and spa in this tower. I would recommend this unit for a couple or single. Thanks so much for a wonderful trip.

Resort was Beautiful! The condo had everything we needed, it was clean, the bed was comfortable and the view was nice! The staff was very friendly.

Fun in the Sun at Honua Kai

We had a wonderful time! People were friendly the room was clean and Honua Kai is just a wonderful place to stay!

Hawaii stay

We had the best time staying here. The Studio was clean and had a perfect view! It was close by the elevator so it was easy to get to the pool or down to the parking garage. We would definitely stay here again!

The view to the Pacific Ocean is exactly as portrayed. Our Host was very accommodating as there was an odor of tobacco left in the condo from the previous guest and he immediately provided a room deodorizer and spray fragrance. The kitchen cabinets were well supplied with dishes and pots/pans. A few more lounge chairs at the pools would be a good addition. All in all the stay was marvelous and well worth the money invested. Mahalo!

Great location. Property has beach chairs and cooler that we used daily. Pool not to busy. Grocery store and food trucks walking distance outside property gates. Room was exactly as described.

The room layout is poor. Trying to get to the side of the bed along the wall and having to squeeze by the giant TV stand makes no sense. Would suggest mounting the TV on the wall. The place was as listed/advertised. Better communication about the 36 hours per outage would have been nice. The freezer needs cleaned dirty inside. Instructions for the washer and dryer would have been helpful. Also no dryer sheets available. Warning if you have to suffer through an extended power outage like we did there is little wind that comes into this unit due to it's location in the complex. You cannot see the sunset from the room. Highly suggest a new shower head as well the one that is in the unit is painful. The piece that goes on the blow dryer does not fit. Maybe from a old blow dryer? There were several burned out or missing lamps from the hallway fixtures. This made it difficult to see and causing a safety issue during the power outage.

Great studio stay at Kannapali Beach, Maui

This accommodation was great! Comfortable bed and pillows, washer and dryer in room, and fully stocked kitchen supplies. We especially appreciated the beach chairs and lunch cooler provided. And ice packs ready in freezer as needed. We would definitely stay again!

Great location and very well kept grounds. Very clean property.

The rental process was simple. We had a problem with our door code, but the staff was very helpful and got us in the room in no time.

Great weekend getaway

I have stayed at Honua Kai multiple times and each time has been a good experience. Safe location, clean property with many amenities. The property is as described in the listing and photos. Check in was easy and the management company quickly responded to emails. I booked at the last minute with no issues.

Hawaii Vacation

We had a fabulous time during our stay. The condo was perfect. It was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Beach chairs and a cooler were a pleasant surprise that we used multiple times on the beach. I would definitely stay at this condo again.

Paradise

Our studio was perfect, well stocked with everything you need with beautiful views! Just a stones throw to a wonderful beach and lovely pools. Great location and everything is available on the property, grills, restaurant and a convenience store. The staff are wonderful and very accommodating! Definitely a place to comeback to.

Maui Trip

Great unit!! As advertised, will book again in the future. The resort complex was excellent. Nice pools and beach. Don’t have to leave the complex if you don’t want to! Highly recommend!

Wonderful Accommodations

Our condo was very nice and we will definitely return to this property. Check in was a little confusing as it was hard to know where to go and to which building. Our air conditioning didn’t work for two days but was fixed quickly after notifying management!

Absolutely perfect!

This rental exceeded our expectations! We were thrilled to have such an awesome view of the ocean from the balcony! The room was very clean and stocked for cooking meals if needed. Check in was easy even though we arrived pretty late in the evening and communication was great with the property managers! We even had a bottle of champagne waiting for us in the fridge! We loved how close it was to town and shopping and loved walking to the food trucks right next to the resort. The pool was great, never super busy. There was always some empty chairs by the pool which was nice compared to other resorts that are always packed!! The Dukes restaurant on site is great to have as a breakfast and dinner option as well. Overall, we would definitely stay at this resort again!

Great place

We loved our stay. Nice ocean view. Very spacious studio with a full kitchen. Appreciated the cooler and Tommy Bahama chairs. We hope to return in the near future!
