Such a lovely place! We enjoyed our stay here very much. JoAnn made the stay very comfortable & she was easy to communicate with when I had any questions. There was nothing she didn’t think of. The place was fully stocked with anything & everything you may not have thought of. It was very clean & comfortable. The pool was so refreshing & our favourite part. There is plenty of different sitting areas if you want to sit out front, back or by the pool. Already looking at booking with her for next year.

Very clean & comfortable. My family enjoyed relaxing by the pool, nearby beach, beautiful sunsets and the quiet surroundings. Kitchen well stocked. We cooked &/or baked everyday. Nearby nature preserve & Kal-Haven hiking/biking trail. Host is responsive & made us feel welcome in this special place.

This was our 3rd year staying at White House and we loved every minute. The house and grounds are immaculate. The pool is such a relaxing way to spend the day or evening if you don't feel like lugging things to the beach, but the beach is a short drive and so beautiful too. Jo Ann is such a wonderful host and attentive to every need! We rented the new White House East next door also and enjoyed what we called our little family compound. It was perfect. I highly recommend

This was our 5th year in a row at the White House, and we're already booked for our 6th in a row next year, so what more is there to say?!?! Jo Ann is the best host and has thought of everything. The pool is amazing and the location is perfect. We're already counting the days until next year!

Our stay at the White House was absolutely fantastic! The pool was incredible! Immaculately clean, heated to the perfect temperature, and lots of spots to comfortably lounge. We spent every evening relaxing in the pool. The house is equipped with everything you could ever need - we enjoyed late evenings on the back deck and front porch, cooked almost every night in the wonderful kitchen, and thoroughly enjoyed the high end bath products and robe. Just a walk three houses down to see gorgeous Lake Michigan sunsets. And the location is perfect - less than 10 minutes to stores and lovely downtown South Haven, and a quick drive to Saugutuck and Holland. And Jo Ann is very responsive and lovely! We absolutely can’t wait to be back!

This our second year at the White House! We absolutely love the location (sunsets in walking distance every night!). The house is beautiful, clean and the pool is our favorite place. JoAnn is so accommodating making sure our check in was smooth and that we enjoyed our stay! If you’re looking for a family friendly spot near a beach and lots of things to do this is it! Our favorite spots are south pier ice cream, three blondes brewing, DeGrandchamps blueberry picking and visiting saugatauk and holland as well! We love the private beach access as well, lots of stairs but very doable as there are railings and low foot traffic so you can take your time ! Thank you for this beautiful place for us to visit we will be back next year!!

Great family stay

Perfect and Relaxing

This was our 2nd time staying and have already booked for a 3rd stay. This house is refreshing and well stocked. The pool is amazing and makes for relaxing days.

Pristine and Well Stocked for Families!

This place was a dream. The property, pool, and provided amenities were exactly what we needed. Convenient to private beach, public beaches, South Haven and Saugatuck. Jo Ann was responsive when we asked a few small questions, and the house was gorgeous. We will be back!

Awonderful week

It was very clean and beautifully decorated. The pool was fantastic for my grandchildren who spent a great deal of time having fun swimming. The owners were very nice and we plan to stay next year.

South Haven Oasis

The whole experience at the White House was great! Jo Ann is the nicest and most responsive host we loved our stay there! You feel at home and everything you need is there! We especially enjoyed the pool, walking down the street to the private beach and watching sunsets. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much for opening up your beautiful home to us!

Relaxing stay in beautiful home

This property is even more beautiful in person than on line. The owners have thought of every detail to make your stay feel comfortable and even better than home. The property was gorgeous and quiet, but just a short drive to town and everything you could need. We vacation in South West Michigan every other year and this is by far one of our favorite places that we have stayed!

Gorgeous, comfortable, clean, spacious, well thought out home! This was our second stay in 2 years and we hope to be back again. The property is lovely. The pool is wonderful! We used the back deck more this year and enjoyed every minute. Joann has thought of everything down to the high end bathroom amenities including plush towels and robes! Can't say enough about this lovely vacation home!

Amazing!

Property exceeded our expectations! Beautiful home. Beautiful location. Amazing sunset views. Wildlife roaming the property day and night. We stayed for 7 days for a girls trip and it couldn't have been better.

We had a fantastic week staying at White House! This was our 3rd time staying at White House. JoAnn makes it feel very welcoming. The pool is wonderful, a highlight every trip. We enjoyed going down to the Miami park beach, much easier to get to with the walk way finished. We enjoyed grilling out a few times. The house is well stocked with evrything you could need. Thank you JoAnn for opening your wonderful home, we hope to be back next summer!

This was our 4th year in a row at Jo Ann's White House, and we're already looking forward to our 5th next year. What can we say...we absolutely love this property, its location, and of course, the crown jewel of private pools! Jo Ann is an amazing host and always provides a slew of amenities to make our stay comfortable and stressless. Perfectly located just north of South Haven, it's an easy trip to Douglas/Saugatuck or to the many wineries/breweries throughout the area (Saugatuck Brewing, Modales Vineyard, and Virtue Cider are a few of our favorites). Until next year!

Round 3, as Good As Ever

This was our 3rd time back in as many years, and we're already booked for a 4th. We can't say enough good things about this house and it's pool. Our only regret is not having more time to spend there. Jo Ann is a superb host. The house is always clean and stocked with everythi weng you need to make sure you spend your time the right way, vacationing!

Great home/pool/location

Amazing house and pool, the neighborhood is super friendly! Quick walk to watch the sunset, stairs to beach where you can swim otherwise 10min drive to North/South Beach in South Haven. Provide beach/parking pass which was a plus. 5min from Kal-Haven trailhead. The beds were super comfy and baths/showers were awesome. The saltwater pool was great to chill at and felt nice swimming in. Just book, you won’t be disappointed!

Ahhhhh...a week at White House!!!

We enjoyed every minute of our stay! We’ve stayed in various properties in South Haven for the past 30 years, and this was our favorite! Every detail of the home is as gorgeous as a beautiful South Haven sunset! Crisp, clean white makes you feel like you fresh and cozy after a perfect beach day! Rentals can sometimes be full of discarded, worn furniture...not here! Waking up and coming home here was some of our favorite moments of the trip!! All the heart eyes for all the lovely little details squeezed into this cozy, crisp, chic home!!!

Wonderful property

The property was clean, and well represented on Vrbo site. Wonderful home, close to beach with locked gate to enter to ensure only property owners/tenters can enter. Best stocked kitchen I have ever seen! We had everything we needed to prepare meals, bake pies with those wonderful Michigan peaches. Owner was attentive and always available for questions. Beautiful pool, clean and warm, assortment of bikes in the garage. Our grandkids had a great time in the pool, and on the bikes. Close to town, and farmers markets.
