"Banyan Beach" - Nyd smukke solnedgange over bugten fra den rummelige wrap around dæk på begge niveauer af dette helt smukke, nyrenoverede hjem på Cape San Blas.

Denne rummelige 3 soveværelser, 2 bad hjem funktioner smukke katedral post og bjælkelofter i stue / spisestue og master suite. Dejlig flise pejs og trægulve i stuen. Skydedøre i stuen åbner på overdækket dæk med masser af pladser. Der er en dobbelt sovesofa i stuen. Læder sektion omfatter to hvilestole.

Køkken, bad, hall og vaskerum har nye klinkegulve. Køkkenet har alle nye apparater og er generøst lagerført. Begge vigtigste niveau soveværelser har queen-size senge sammen med twin rollaways. Smukke master suite på øverste niveau har king-size seng, med dobbelt håndvask og skabe i master bad. Alle værelser er udstyret med nye tv med dvd'er og fjernbetjeninger, ur / radioer og en telefon og har glasdøre på dækket. Der er også et keramisk flisebelagt vaskerum på anden sal.

Bare lidt over 100 meter til stranden har dette hjem masser af parkeringspladser til båd eller jetski, og ligger en kort afstand til statsparkens offentlige bådlancering. Banyan Beach er professionelt anlagt og har udendørs varmt og koldt brusebad og kull parkside grill. Bekvemt placeret tæt på købmand / diverse butikker på Cape men kun 20 minutter fra flere shopping i Port St. Joe eller 30 minutter fra Appalachicolas restauranter og butikker.

This house was perfect for our family! It was in a great location for all the places we visit while in Florida. Everyone had plenty of space, but the living room was wonderful for gathering in the evening. We will absolutely be returning!

This is a wonderful place to stay with a family and a pet. Spacious bedrooms, plenty of linens, nice furnishings. Just steps to the beach. The host was helpful, and made great recommendations on fishing gear and bait.

Just because this property is not directly beachfront,it is only steps to the beautiful beach, it may be the nicest on Aruba Drive.The property was extremely clean very well stocked and the pictures don’t do justice to the size of the property. I cannot thank the owner enough for making this a perfect family vacation!

Wonderful Beach House

Banyan Beach house is even better than the pictures. It is spacious and so well stocked with plenty of nice pans, dishware, coffee cups, flatware and cooking utensils along with both a keurig and a Mr. Coffee maker. There are extra blankets and pillows to select from choose from.

The owner was very responsive to an issue with a toilet not flushing correctly and somebody was there to fix it the following day. The house inside was nice but needs a deep clean. The bed skirt in the first bedroom has a stain that can’t be missed when making the bed. In the master bedroom there were feathers and an uncrustable wrapper on the floor at the head of the bed. Thick dust and cobwebs on the fireplace mantel. I cleaned these myself as I always leave a house cleaner than I found it and feel housekeeping should have caught these in a routine inspection after guests checkout. The description claims the house is newly renovated and has new appliances. I don’t find this to be true. The pictures the owners have showing the view from the second deck claims you can see the sunset over the gulf. This picture is pre 2007. Many houses now block that view. Just check google earth history and it will confirm this timeline. Description also claims professional landscaping. There is no landscaping. The decks are questionable in many areas and the stair railing is wobbly. The chairs on the first deck near the entry door were very wobbly and not really usable. I personally would not rent this house again.

I wanted to take a moment to respond to your review. We take every review, good and bad, seriously. I do not agree with your assessment as to the cleanliness of the property. Before your arrival, every surface of the house was cleaned and dusted including all furniture, mantle, tops of TV's, bedframes, ceiling fan blades, the baseboards, and even the top of the refrigerator. I know this because I did all of this myself. My wife and I were the last people in the house before your arrival and no one cleans a property like the owners. There were no cobwebs on the mantle when we left. It is possible that we missed a wrapper behind the headboard against the wall. Both the refrigerator and stove were purchased in November of 2025. Yes, that was an older picture on the listing and it has been removed. Landscaping comes every two weeks except in the winter months and they were at the property on 04/08. If the house was accidentally skipped on it's next scheduled maintenance, I apologize. Just like with the toilet, which I'm not sure why was not flushing correctly since we used it the entire week prior, if you had any issues on arrival, all you had to do was contact me. The cleaning company we usually use lives on the cape and could have been there in 10 minutes to address any concerns, including picking up the wrapper, that you encountered.

This home was exactly as pictured and met all our needs for our family and grands. Clean and well stocked. Short walk to the beach. Only complaint was our vacation was too short ! Until next time

We enjoyed our stay at Banyan Beach House so much. The house is so spacious with decks all round. The swing on the deck is just heavenly. Location is a plus. A very, very short walk to the beach! And last but not least is the ease of booking our stay. Paul was so easy to work with and responded to inquiries quickly. Will certainly stay again!

Property management was excellent and super responsive. Home needs a lot of updates. Notes not to close bedroom doors, closet door fell off, during rain storm water was leaking from light above sink. Needs a deep clean. Dog poop on top deck and lots of stained carpet. Reasonably priced.

We were surprised to receive such a bad review from you concerning your stay considering the guests before you left 5 stars. We value all of our guest reviews. In all of our correspondence, including the rental agreement and entrance instructions, we ask that if anything needs our attention to please let us know immediately. We never heard that anything needed addressing. Unfortunately, some guests cause damage and then try to hide it. We have an excellent maintenance team that lives on the cape and could have addressed any of your needs including repairing the closet door. We did not put any notes in the property about not closing the bedroom doors. We have no idea what that means. I'm sorry that the previous guest did not clean up after their dog. In fact, they didn't even indicate that they were bringing a pet. If they had, housekeeping would have walked the decks to make sure that no accidents were left. Dog waste on the deck is unacceptable. If you had let us know, we could have sent someone to remove it for you, the same with the stains on the carpet. I do appreciate the information on the leak. I will have maintenance inspect the window in the kitchen for possible leaking. All we ask is that if something requires our attention, we are allowed to remedy the situation before leaving a bad review. We are sorry you did not enjoy your stay.

Family Gathering Place by the Sea

Our whole family enjoyed a long weekend in Cape San Blas. The house is exactly as depicted. The master bedroom and bath was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The kitchen had every thing needed. The only reason not 5 stars was that it is not ocean front. A new house under construction blocks the view of the Gulf But from the upper deck still got amazing views of the sunset. We were a little concerned that because pets are allowed there might have been pet odors but I have to say that if I had not read that pets were allowed we would never have even guessed there had ever been animals in the house. A very good choice for our family. Just a short easy walk to the beach and only about a block from a Trading Post that stocks groceries, tackle, and liquor. I can see us coming back some day. Thanks for taking the time to leave us such a nice and fair review of our property. We try very hard to make sure that everything is perfect for your stay. If they asked me, I wouldn't allow any new construction on the cape. But, I guess everyone wants to come and enjoy the area. Paul is an excellent host—responsive, communicative, and quick to address any concerns during our stay. The home met our needs and its location, just steps from the beach, is a definite advantage.That said, the property is somewhat dated and would benefit from a deep cleaning and a few updates, such as replacing the window screens so the windows can be opened without allowing insects inside. We also encountered some cleanliness and insect issues, which Paul addressed promptly.Overall, if you're looking for an affordable place in a great beach location and don't mind a home with a bit of wear, this property offers good value.

So much character and space! The porches all around both floor as they cater to all tastes and moments, shade, full sun, partial sun... And the shooting stairs...Hope to be back soon!!

The property features two levels of wrap-around decks. This makes for a great opportunity for family to relax and spend time together. This is also one of the few dog friendly beaches on the Florida coast.
