All You Need is just that, all you need to enjoy the perfect beach vacation!!! This property is truly the best location in Barrier Dunes!!! This uniquely situated town home has breathtaking panoramic views of the beautiful blue-green waters of Cape San Blas from every room!

The spacious deck on the first level has a gas grill and loads of outdoor seating, bar-height table that seats four for morning coffee or evening drinks with an amazing view, two chaise lounges and an outdoor dining table that seats six when you choose to dine "Al Fresco".

The living area has two sofas (one is a sleeper), large flat screen TV, large farm-style dining table that seats 8 comfortably, and 2 additional kitchen counter seats. You'll all have amazing views through the large window seat in the dining area as well !

The kitchen has all the standard appliances you'll need, and is well-stocked with cookware, blender, glassware or plastic ware for the kids. We provide a Keurig coffee maker and a regular drip coffee maker. We've tried to anticipate your every vacation need!

The unit has 2 master bedrooms both with beautiful panoramic views of the beaches and Gulf from each of their own private balconies. Both masters have king beds, nightstands, large flat screen televisions, and en-suite bathrooms with full-sized showers. One of the masters also has a love-seat that pulls out into a twin bed - perfect for kids or just an extra spot to relax privately!

The laundry area is conveniently located on the 2nd level, complete with a full sized washer and efficient dryer.

There is a newly remodeled standard size stairway that leads to the large upper level area, which is bigger than any original lofts and perfect for the kids ! The top level has two twin beds, a full size bed, large flat screen TV, bean bag chair and over-sized windows for beautiful Gulf views.

We provide you with some toilet paper, paper towels, liquid hand soap, laundry detergent, plastic wrap, and foil - enough to conveniently get you started. Beach chairs and misc outdoor beach equipment are also provided for your convenience !!

50% of balance due is due at booking and the remaining balance is due 60 days prior to check-in. Our standard pet Fee is $150.00 and is non-refundable once checked in.
