While the top-notch location allowing walking access to many stores, nice restaurants and luxury hotels, the cleanliness of this particular condo/hotel had something to be desired.
First impressions, the hotel lobby smelled horrible (mixture of various types of mildew and trash). We asked the front desk person what was going on, and they didn't really have an answer. In the condo itself, while it did smell like laundry/clean, there was mildew in the shower. We were supplied very small tubes of body wash, but there was no hand soap anywhere. Also, the hot tub had the black grips pulling up and looked like it had seen better days, so we decided to skip using it. The rooftop deck was nice. In general, the location is great, but it just seemed like the cleaning crew very quickly turned it over and didn't actually clean the condo well.
