We stayed 10/01–10/05 and had a great experience! The location was fantastic, the room was clean, and the host was prompt and responsive. We were glad to be on the 5th floor because we had a really nice ocean view. **One thing future guests should know is that the apartment is located directly above and surrounded by bars and restaurants, so there is significant music and nightlife noise in the evenings and at night.** It was definitely noticeable, especially later at night, but earplugs helped a lot, and the beds were comfortable enough that we still slept well. If you are a light sleeper, I would recommend bringing earplugs. The location was absolutely perfect, and I loved that beach chairs were included. The complex has about four buildings, and the pool is located on the rooftop of the main building, which was a nice bonus.Overall, this was a great value and exceeded my expectations. I went on an all-girls trip, and we all felt safe and had a wonderful time. Everyone loved the stay!Definitely recommend this place, and I can’t wait to come back!

Glad we were on 5th floor, bc we are literally above party bars and restaurants. A pair of ear plugs and we were set to sleep. Great location, literally a beach property. You cannot get anything closer to the beach. I love the beach chairs and umbrella, we used daily. This apartment complex has like 4 buildings, pool is on rooftop of main building. Great value. Great experience. Exceeded my expectations. We went with whole family, they all loved it. Definitely recommended. Slight showers, but quickly sunny again. Warm rain btw!!!

Close to the beach. Fun vibe. Noisy, but we knew to expect that. Would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at this establishment, it was a great location and the apartment is very spacious and clean. I have no complaints with this unit and also the communication with the host was outstanding. I definitely will be staying here again when I visit South Beach in the near future. The rooftop pool has great views and the food is excellent!!

Location, location, location

Overall a great stay! Location is ideal unless looking for quiet. Unit itself comfortable, would recommend replacing blind on patio door, upgrade to complimetary soap/shampoo, less noxious cleaning product. The smell of Fabuloso was overwhelming at check in.

The double booked our room and we ended up with no place or help from vrbo or the host

Do not book. Run away. If you want to travel thousands of miles to be told you do not have a place to stay and someone is in your room, go with vrbo.

Great location/older buidling

Overall stay was good. You will hear the thumping of the music going on every night. Small things need work, the door lock, the elevator (worked sometimes), no working safe to secure personal items, a/c temp control. (was freezing everyday). They provided warm blankets, which was great to sleep in. Coffee packets were great and actual wine glasses for wine. Bring your own paper towels and kleenex. No car needed, great location.

Good location close to beach on busy street

The interior of the property was as advertised: clean and spacious. No complaints there! The partial ocean view from the patio was nothing to get excited about because the first thing you mostly see is the dusty roof-top of the adjacent hotel. If happen to be using the seating provided, you won’t see much the view because patio wall will obstruct your view. ** Please take head the owners warnings and the other reviews about the noise levels. If you decide to rent here, don’t expect much quiet time. This property is located in between two hotels that consistently had partygoers from about 10am until after 3am. I’m not exaggerating when I say the music thumped ALL Day and ALL night long from one side while the cheering for the drag queen show was happening on the opposite side like clockwork every hour. (This is no fault of the owner) ***if you have mobility issues this may not be the best place to stay. Although the owner and staff were gracious and granted us an early check in around 11am at no additional cost, we had to carry heavy luggage up 5 flights of stairs because the elevator was being serviced when we checked in. The elevator outage lasted until the evening so we had to use the hot and humid stairwell several times that day. To make matters worse the elevator always smelled like a urinal and it was out of service again when we checked out. Carrying heavy luggage down 5 flights is stairs wasn’t fun either. I have a back injury,so the elevator issue was very chal
