Phoenix IX er et af de mest luksuriøse ejerlejligheder på Golfen! Du kan nyde en spektakulær udsigt over Golfen fra balkonen eller gennem gulv til loft vinduer i enheden. Med over 2.350 m² er enheden meget rummelig og nyindrettet.

Faciliteterne er rigelige på denne Phoenix IX condo: Enheden er udpeget med fuld størrelse apparater, våd bar med ismaskine, 50 "fladskærms HDTV i stuen med nye fladskærms-tv i soveværelserne, vaskerum med fuld størrelse vaskemaskine og tørretumbler . Nyd to master soveværelser med kingsize senge, dobbelt forfængelighed i badeværelserne og spektakulær udsigt. To Queen senge i det tredje soveværelse, der er også en dronning størrelse sovesofa i stuen.

Der er en udendørs pool med en sikret kiddy pool, opvarmet swimmingpool i døren, to jacuzzi og topmoderne fitnesscenter. Der er også en 12th floor indendørs tennisbane.

For store grupper har vi også en anden 3br enhed på samme etage og 2br enheder i hele komplekset.

Der er en 25 år gammel aldersgrænse for at reservere enheden, som vil blive håndhævet uden tilbagebetaling for overtrædelse.

2025 Beach trip

Property is nicely decorated and the view is Awsome. Parking garage is tight for a large vehicle. The ice maker had an issue and management had to run drying fans for 5 days of our stay which was very annoying.

1st Time Family Vacation in Orange Beach

Good points:Location is excellent. Private Beach. Much more relax than Destin.Property is spacious, 1M view from balcony and all bedrooms Points of improvement:Difficult to contact host prior to arrivalWine cooler not workingWiFi didn’t work on 1st daySeveral recessed lights about to fall off. Not attaching to the ceiling well.One baseboard not attaching to wall wellMaster bedroom door panel not clued together Need to disclose 50 parking per vehicle up frontIf these base items fixed, when we return next summer It will be excellent

We had a great stay. I can say that yes, they have added silverware. We felt like we had plenty for the week lol.

Needs cleaning

The unit was not clean. Mold in the master bath. Furniture not dusted. Dining room table light not working. Wine fridge does not work. 2nd bathroom toilet paper holder not mounted properly. Pieces under sink. Door to master bedroom needs replacing. Had to replace batteries in remotes. DVD and surround sound not hooked up.

Spacious and comfortable

We were pleasantly surprised on how big the condo was. It’s a corner condo, so you have the wrap around balcony. The layout is perfect for our family of six. We had one time when the middle bathroom shower wasn’t working but maintenance was sent up to fix it immediately. Otherwise the stay was wonderful, condo was nice and clean, and we will stay again.

Dirty Condo need a good cleaning and Repairs

Family vacation 2023

Property was not clean floors dirty and stove greasy and pots and pans were not in good shape the electrical sockets most didn’t work and air conditioner was very hard to regulate cold on one side and hot on the other and fridge leaked water on floors other than that we loved the lay out of the condo

Stunning property, must stay!

Pictures do not do this property justice! I was thinking the living room view would’ve been exaggerated online, it was not. The most spectacular view from inside and from the large balcony. The beds were comfy and the 3.5 bathrooms were a great convenience for 7 of us (5 of us female)! There were actually enough seats for our family with bonus of recliners which was so nice! There were a few issues but they were taken care of right away. If you have a large family and you want some space this is for you! Oh, huge perk was the ice maker, awesome for keeping up with the coolers in the heat or for fishing! Only drawback was on the beach you could not use canopies unless you were in the back of the white poles ( behind chairs that you pay for) but we should’ve checked the rules, even with this by an umbrella and stay here!

Very dirty but great view!

Bar area ( where wine glasses, etc were was very, very dusty. Floors were sandy. Very, very disappointed in the cleanliness. We have stay in this exact condo before and had no issues . The view is the best on the beach, quite as it is on a corner.

Amazing Views and Huge Rooms!

Our party of 6 enjoyed a wonderful family vacation. The ocean views from this unit are amazing from every room! It would be nice to have more deck seating, as there are only 5 chairs, at present. We enjoyed sitting out every morning and watching the dolphins play, and every evening before retiring. The place is beautifully furnished. There is an ice maker and wine fridge, which are very convenient! You can easily fill up a small cooler to take to the beach. Beds and bedding are quite comfortable and rooms are huge! The closets and bathrooms are very spacious as well. There is a full length mirror in the entryway closet for a quick check before exiting to dinner. The kitchen is stocked with many pots and pans but the skillets do need replaced. They either stick badly or are very warped. Good excuse for not cooking if you ask me ;) I addressed a small cleanliness issue which was responded to quickly by our host. Over all we could not have asked for a more comfortable or relaxing stay. We loved this unit!!

We love Phoenix IX!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have enjoyed all of our stays at Phoenix IX. The seating was great, the cookware was nice and non-stick, and there were great views! There were a few minor details that did not at all detract from the trip, but may help the owner to improve the experience even more! There were only 4 coffee mugs, the television had difficulty operating (also so many controllers!), two lights in the guest rooms were blinking, and one cabinet under the bar sink was broken. Like I said, this did not detract at all from our trip. I would definitely stay again!

Great Area, Beautiful layout of the Condo just a few issues.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo has so much potential but just like past resident reviews it definitely needs a deep cleaning/dusting and some of the living room furniture is old and worn. This shouldn't be an on going problem considering the price you have to pay.The fridge still leaks water(we had to put towels down on the floor) and the A/C temp is hard to adjust to the right settings. One part of the condo is freezing cold and the other side is hot. There were not enough chairs on the balcony to accommodate us all at the same time.Didn't bother to reach out to management because these issues have already been addressed quite a few times in the past. Now the good part. My family of 8 loved the views from this condo and it was super spacious We would LOVE to stay again if housekeeping and maintenance problems are taking care of.The check in- check out process was super easy. We couldn't of asked for a better location.

The condo is very spacious, the views are exceptional and the beds were comfortable.I would recommend that they get new skillets in the kitchen and it definitely needs a good cleaning. Those little things would not keep me from staying here again. Charlie from the management company was fantastic to work with and we can't wait to come back next year. Charlie, the property manager, made the whole process easy and was available for any questions.
