The house is exactly as described! We enjoyed the house and the community and always had something to do. The house is fully stocked, and all the beds were very comfortable. The house is very close to all the parks as well. We will definitely rent tots house next time we come to Orlando.

Great house in Windsor Hills. We've stayed in Windsor Hills several times and this was one of the better houses we've rented. Kitchen was well equipped and things throughout the house were in good condition. We didn't really use the game room at all since we were in the parks nearly every day, but it was in good shape. We appreciated the dual washer/dryers. The pool heat worked pretty well, but it was so cold the week we were there the kids only used the pool once. Will definitely check the availability of this house next time we visit the area.

We loved the house. Beds were all very comfortable. The pirate room for kids was so cute. The cold snap the week before made it very difficult for the pool to ever get warm during our stay but tolerable enough for the kids to get in. We had a couple days where the hot tub got “warm enough to be relaxing.” Mark was good about communicating that the heating was going to be difficult due to the cold snap. Only thing I found to be interesting was the checkout process. We were expected to sweep the floors, clean all dishes and put away (nearly every other rental just requires loading and starting the dishwasher prior to leaving), strip bedding, start load of towels, etc. it just seemed like a lot when we paid a cleaning fee.. unfortunately the slides at the community pool were down the entire week we were there but this has nothing to do with the house itself, just a bummer with young kids. Overall, this was a nice rental very close to Disney!

Great Spring Break

This was the perfect vacation because of this house. We spent many hours around the pool and enjoyed every minute. I would definitely recommend this location to everyone.

Wonderful stay!

The property was as described! House was clean, lots of space. We loved having the spacious en-suites to the bedrooms, which were lovely and comfy. Easy walking distance to the resort pool, which was fun, lovely and warm. Walmart and a variety of places to eat in minutes driving distance. Only 15 minutes drive to Disney! We really didn’t want to leave..!

We didn’t want to leave!

This property had everything you could ever need and more! We appreciated all of the little details throughout our stay, like the very private pool, high chair, location to the water park, incredibly comfortable beds, pool dishes, etc. If we ever return to Florida I will definitely look to rebook this house.

Great location

Family of 10 had plenty of room. House was perfect for us. Close to disney and 45 minutes from universal on heavy traffic. Kids lived the pool and hit tub after a day of parks. The beds were comfortable and plenty of towels .a great place to stay.

Best Place for Family

This is an amazing place to stay for families!!! It had everything we needed. It was very clean. The beds were comfortable. We all loved the pool and hot tub (which is actually hot)! The location was perfect!!! A very short walk to the complex pool and very close drive to Disney parks. The hosts were nothing short of AMAZING!!! Very easy to contact and quick to respond. We are very much hoping to come back again and stay here next year!!!

Clean, spacious house in a great location!

We had a great time staying at this house for a Disney vacation! The owner reached out often just in case we had any questions and to make sure everything was going well. We've stayed in other houses in Windsor Hills a couple times. This house was cleaner and more well-supplied than the others. And the hot tub actually works!

Awesome place to stay!

We (Two families. Four adults with five kids aging from 4 to 12) had a great time! The house was perfect. All of the bedrooms were very good sizes. Kitchen well stocked with the basics. The pool and hotub were warm and clean. We also liked the security features around them with having young kids. The distance to the community pool/splash pad area was only a couple minutes walk down the street and so convenient. We would highly reccomend this house and stay again ourselves.

Absolutely perfect!

Imagine planning your Orlando vacation for your daughter's cheer comp, then your son breaks his leg, and is in a full leg cast. That was us. So immediately our housing plans changed. We needed a house with an accessible first floor bedroom and bathroom. Mark and Erin's home was our perfect match! Their communication was incredible and as a stressed out Mama, I was asking a ton of questions! As a Realtor for 19 years, I scrolled thru every picture, and read the details... From the moment we unlocked the front door we knew this home had every detail planned. The bright, spacious foyer was just the right space for all our shoes and hooks for our bags. The kitchen, while not overly large was just the perfect space for all my cooking. The drawers and cabinets were well stocked too! The dining room was fabulous for our family of 6 to eat in and still had space to move around! The living room has comfy furniture and a beautiful view to the pool/patio area! Two primary suites, and a pirate themed bedroom with bathroom and an amazing game room complete the first floor. The game room has the right amount of fun items to keep you busy for days! I personally loved that the washer and dryer were in there too, to get that job done while playing with my kiddos! Upstairs you'll find two additional bedrooms with bathrooms! The towels and linens were a super nice bonus, one less thing to pack or rent. The pool was delightful! The perfect temp, with clear water. The hot tub was a nightly treat after walking so much all day! A charcoal grill was an awesome touch! This is a beautiful well maintained home, located close to the community clubhouse. We had everything we needed for a perfect vacation! We will be back! Hands down, you won't go wrong by picking this one!

Exceptional Experience!

This is a great house in a great location with great hosts! Our family loved celebrating Christmas here. This house is welcoming and well appointed. The rooms are large for gatherings, and with 3 bedrooms on the first floor and 2 on the second, and you have plenty of room (inside or outside) if you want quiet time. The neighborhood offered security and loads of extra amenities to enjoy. The best part was being so centrally located to the amusement parks which my family went back and forth to. All Disney parks were at most 15 minutes away and Universal was about 22 minutes away. Everything you could want in a home away from home. Far exceeded expectations! Oh, and the owners were super communicative.

We recently had some friends who were staying at a Disney Resort come and take a tour of our vacation house on one of their non-park days. They expressed significant regret regarding what they were experiencing compared to what they saw at WellHome Parkside. In response to that experience, we decided to make this comparison list for you to compare Disney Resorts to our vacation house at Windsor Hills.
