Pets are welcome at this perfect beach getaway! This charming, fully updated 2-bedroom, 1-bath beach cottage is the ideal spot to relax, unwind, and enjoy a true coastal escape. Just a short walk to the beach, the home also features a spacious deck shaded by an old oak tree—perfect for grilling and enjoying the island breeze.

Recently renovated throughout, the home features a new kitchen with quartz countertops and an open-concept layout that seamlessly connects the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, Sub-Zero refrigerator, and a breakfast bar with seating, making it a great space for gathering.

Off the living room, you’ll find a cozy sunroom featuring a twin bed and charming repurposed shiplap walls that add warmth and character. The inviting living area includes a large sectional sofa and a flat-screen TV, creating a comfortable space to relax after a day at the beach.

The home offers two bedrooms and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Outside, the fully fenced backyard provides privacy and includes a spacious deck with a gas grill—perfect for outdoor dining and entertaining.

Additional conveniences include complimentary high-speed wireless internet and streaming/smart TVs. Bed linens, bath towels, and a starter kit of toiletries are provided, including dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and a cleansing bar. A Keurig coffee maker is also included.

Please note the washer and dryer are located in the detached finished garage just off the back deck. Per Isle of Palms regulations, the garage is not permitted for guest occupancy and is for laundry and storage only.

Pets are welcome with a non-refundable $250 pet fee. Guests are kindly asked to clean up after pets prior to departure. No smoking is permitted.

PLEASE NOTE THAT NO PARKING IS PERMITTED ON THE STREET OR IN FRONT OF THIS HOME. THE POLICE WILL ISSUE A CITATION FOR ANY CAR NOT PARKED IN A DRIVEWAY. PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON THE GRASS BUT DRIVEWAY ONLY.

The property was cute, good size for a family of 4-6. Kitchen had a good amount of cooking gear which is great. Overall clean just lots of dog hair rolling around on the ground. Pet friendly. They don't list the converted garage as a 3rd bedroom with a full bathroom, which is also where the washer and dryer are housed as well.Also did not list that the house does have some beach stuff like the wagon, chairs, umbrella and such. 1 block from the beach so very convenient. We had a great stay and would stay again. Love the history behind the house too.

Separate guest cottage has a bed/bath/laundry room. Fenced in back yard. Said "pet friendly" so we wondered if it would smell that way. No! No trace or scent...and it has a fenced in back yard for your pet. We really enjoyed our time there - just 1 block from the beach.

The house had a very strong pet smell and we found dog hair on the area rug and on the couch. Trash and dog poop found in the backyard, empty water bottles found under the bed and closets very unkempt. Small area rug smelled of urine and when I lifted it I found stains underneath. The dishwasher was unusable due to a horrible stench coming from it. The house is in a great location and is very cute but it could use a really solid cleaning.

Another year- another great stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 3rd time staying with our toddler at 6 Palm Court, and we love staying here. The layout is perfect for our small family & this place has become our home away from home! The location truly cannot be beat! So close to the beach but tucked away in a calm quiet cul-de-sac. Everything was super clean when we checked in & the check in process was smooth. The only thing that could have been improved during our trip was the yard maintenance. The grass in the front and back yards were super overgrown, which seemed to make the mosquitos worse. We got a citronella for outside, but did not seem to really help. The only other thing inside that we noticed was that the freezer seemed to be damaged/smashed. Both the fridge and freezer were in working order so we did not have issued with it, but we had to make sure we opened the freezer door carefully. We called our first day to report this to make sure we were not held accountable & to make sure it was known to the office that it was damaged. Again, we LOVE this rental. The yard & the freezer were not deal-breakers or affect our trip in a negative way, just things that could be improved to keep 6 Palm Court incredible! Already looking forward to heading back next year!

Our two dogs loved the fenced in yard. The updated improvements are beautiful. We will stay here again and would recommend it to others. Island Realty was very responsive and easy to deal with.

Wonderful Historic Home with a Great Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented the house to visit our daughter and cook a Thanksgiving meal for her. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is great - right at beach access. We appreciate being able to bring our dog, and she enjoyed the fenced in area. Will definitely come again!

Great Rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great rental. The location is prime(on small cul-de-sac) just across the road from beach access. Plenty of parking and small backyard for your pup. We had a small issue and rental company responded quickly and efficiently to fix it. House was clean but the grass needed to be cut.
