Welcome to your classic coastal getaway! This inviting 3-bedroom, 2-bath beach house offers 1,457 sq ft of comfort, including a bright sunroom just off the living room featuring a cozy twin daybed — perfect for relaxing with a book or accommodating extra guests.

Enjoy serene lagoon views with ducks, turtles, and cranes right in your backyard, plus a fire pit for memorable evenings outdoors. Located in the private neighborhood of Beachside, you'll love the peaceful setting with no public beach access or parking, yet still enjoy walking access to the shore. As well as just a short stroll to local stores and restaurants.

Inside, the home boasts hardwood floors, covered parking, and an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach.

Stay connected with wireless internet and stream your favorite content on smart TVs in every bedroom and the living room. While there is no dedicated cable service there is a Roku for plenty of free streaming content or login to your favorite streaming apps.

As part of the community, you’ll also have access to a community pool, tennis courts, and a pickleball court — perfect for staying active and having fun.

Pet-friendly with a $200 non-refundable pet fee. Linens are included. No smoking, please.

Rentals are stocked with small ‘starter packs’ that include: toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, soap, dishwashing soap, and dishwasher detergent.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As always, Island Realty Staff provided excellent service. The location of the property was great for us...walk to beach, to grocery store, and to dine. The only inconvenience was the stairs. We are getting along in years, and it was a little difficult getting the luggage up on arrival and down on departure. I would recommend it to friends and relatives; as long as they promised not to reserve it on our weeks. :-)

Home was a good size for our big group. Pet friendly and close to the beach, pool and pickleball court. Conveniently located near shopping, restaurants and groceries. Would only recommend some maintenance/updating. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this location. Check in and out was a breeze.

The property was close to the beach and grocery stores. It felt safe and was in a nice neighborhood. The kitchen was stocked with a variety of dishes and utensils. The house shows some wear but was very comfortable for my family.

Fun stay in older home

We had a great stay. The best thing about this place is its proximity to the beach (.22 mile walk). It was lovely.

The location was amazing, but the house definitely needs to be updated. It was cleaned just fine but things are falling apart a bit, not to mention the black mold on the HVAC vents in the kitchen definitely need to be taken care of. If you're getting this place because you want to spend time in the house itself, I would pause on that, but if you want it for the location, then absolutely grab this place, it was a 4 minute walk to the beach that you can do without ever leaving the community, access to the community pool, and places to eat literally right there in walking distance.

Great Location

PROS: The best thing about this property is its proximity to a very nice beach access and the pool. There is ample comfortable seating in the living room, a large dining table, the beds were comfortable and plenty of towels were provided. There were plenty of glasses, plates and bowls. CONS: The property is in need of some TLC. It is very tired and dated. There were no steak knives or corkscrew; limited cutlery, coffee cups and pans. There was a broom, but no dust pan. It would be nice if they provided a patio table on the large front deck. It was supposed to have a blender but didn't. However, when I reached out to the property manager, someone brought one right over. We had a great stay at the beach.

Nice layout

Really nice layout and clean. After hours lockbox was a dilapidated mess and would not work so we had to contact property manager who gave us a code. I would have preferred to get the code via email or text beforehand and not wasted this time. When we got to the rental, the code would not work. We had to call PM again. Finally after many attempts jiggling and twisting the deadbolt, we were able to get in. The heat was running at 75 degrees. We had to open all the windows most of the night to get the temp down. Then on the next morning while having brunch, the property manager texted and said I had to come back to the realty office to get the packet and sign. This should have been emailed for electronic signing and not wasted more vacation time especially since it was not our fault we couldn’t do that on our arrival day since the lockbox wouldn’t open. The rental is in desperate need of paint and new, better mattresses. There should definitely be a better lockbox situation and new door lock along with digital door code delivery with contract. Other than that chaos after an 11 hour drive while tired, hungry, and hot, and having to go to the office a second time, we enjoyed our weekend. Also, someone’s packet with all of their information was in the box next to ours and was wide open and unlocked. I wouldn’t have wanted my information available to anyone who walked into the office.

Reviewer Comments: I'll start with the positives: Island Realty, as a property mgr, was very professional, easy to work with and communicative (even during an island-wide power outage). They addressed the small maintenance issues we had quickly and well. The house is in a great location to beach, pool, and groceries. The AC worked great and appliances were new. The bedrooms had nice furniture and water pressure in bathrooms was good. I could tell some effort has been put in to some " beachy" decor ( wall art, etc.). That being said the unit looks " tired" and outdated, and in need of updates. We suffered from " neighbor envy", seeing porches with big comfy outdoor seating and nice landscaping (the unit has old rusty metal chairs out back and basic webbed chairs on front porch- we haf to call for a small side table table to set drinks on, which we did get an old rusted one brought to us). The mirrored walls in the main room, broken, faded couch, outdated dining furniture ( only ONE bar stool, spackled walls, peeling paint, moldy shower curtains, and a depression in the master shower floor that felt unstable all detracted from our stay, not to mention an electrical outlet in the main room that is literally coming out of the wall! We had to put something in front of it for fear our toddler would get hurt. Overall, the house was fine, but basic. The words "fine" and " basic" are not what I wish for our familiy's one vacation a year.

Easy to walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Getting in and out of the neighborhood is also very easy. The house is a great setup for our family to stay at and we love the beachy themes of course. Beautiful new shower area downstairs to wash off all the sand, and great for washing off our puppy after she walked on the beach with us. The only negative I would have is the finishing of the updates. There was one area of the floor that I kept catching my foot on. And maybe the mattress in the primary bedroom could use updated. It wasn’t the most comfortable for my husband and myself.
