Søger varmt vejr og smukke karibiske vand? Stop med at lede! Down Island Dream er en nyligt renoveret en værelses villa beliggende på Point Pleasant i smukke St. Thomas.
Villaen er nyligt møbleret og renoveret med alle bekvemmeligheder for en fantastisk ferie. Villaen har en stor privat wrap rundt balkon med udsigt over Coki Point, Lindquist Beach, St. John, Tortola og Jost Van Dyke, dermed navnet Down Island Dream! Nyd de tropiske briser, som du ser ind i de mange nuancer af mousserende blå i Caribiske Hav.

På vej op ad bakken til din villa, vil du se de smukkeste grønne områder og tropiske blomster byde dig velkommen til komplekset. Villaen ligger en kort gåtur fra din bil og kun få skridt ned til hoveddøren. Så, som du først går ind i din ø hjem, vil du blive mødt ved at afkøle handelsbrise og de mest utrolige udsigter fra alle vinkler. Du kan muligvis ikke modstå at stirre i vandet nedenfor og øerne udenfor.

Der er udsigt til havet fra det renoverede køkken, som har granit bordplader, rustfrit stål apparater, kaffemaskine, brødrister, og alle de bekvemmeligheder i hjemmet. Og selvfølgelig en blender og ismaskine i fryseren for at få de forfriskende tropiske cocktails til at nyde på balkonen!

Det ombyggede badeværelse indeholder en glasskålvask og naturstenbruser. Vi tilbyder også gratis toiletartikler til dit ophold for at gøre mere plads til badetøj!

Din ø hjem vil byde dig velkommen med rom, en mixer, kaffe og et par snacks at nyde på balkonen.

Feriestedet ligger på østenden af ​​øen, inden for få minutter af de bedste strande på St. Thomas. Du må muligvis ikke forlade udsigten på balkonen, men du kan gå til Coki Beach for god snorkling. The most beautiful views on the wrap around balcony that you have in a condo of the ocean!

Serious slice of paradise

Perfect location and property was a wonderful natural oasis filled with trails. Beautifully La escaped community and villa was absolutely perfect. Had all the little extras we needed!!!will definitely be back every year for sure.

Most beautiful view!

The view was amazing, host was very communicative, bed was comfy, property was well taken care of and had everything we needed! Couldn’t have asked for a better rental. We will definitely be back!

Our trip was absolutely amazing! Our condo was clean, comfortable and the views from our balcony were breathtaking! Lisa made sure we had everything we needed! We would definitely stay at Down Home Dream again! 10/10

We enjoyed our stay at the property. The condo was very nice. The wrap around balcony was Amazing! The resort itself wss wss hard to maneuver around and the guy driving the shuttle was off putting at times. But overall enjoyed our stay.

Very nice

It is very private for a resort setting. The view is stunning and we really enjoyed the stay. We travel often and this one has more helpful items than we usually see. Like coolers,chairs,extra beach towels,snorkel gear and beach carriers.

Stunning Property

The place was incredible! There was nothing better than waking up every morning to the ocean views. The hosts were always available if anything came up. The location was perfect to explore this side of St Thomas or take a quick ferry ride to St John's. Would highly recommend

Spectacular view

We had a great stay at Down Island Dream. Beautiful views and great condo overall. We didn’t get to spend time on the beautiful deck due to the gale force winds This week but the sunrises were beautiful. Communication was great and the restaurant on site was nice to have.

Amazing views!

The condo at Point Pleasant was perfect for our week away in St Thomas. The views were amazing and the condo has everything you need...a fully equipped kitchen, electric grill, snorkel gear, beach towels & chairs and a cooler to take with you to the beach. The property also has several pools and two restaurants when you don't feel like cooking. A rental car is necessary if you want to go off-property, and walking the property is a workout due to the steep hills. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful place to rest and relax.

Perfect getaway and that view!

We could not have asked for a better view while on our vacation. We had everything we needed and the welcome goodies were perfect after a long day of traveling. Sugar beach was amazing we had it to ourselves for about 3 hours. We ate at both restaurants on property and enjoyed sitting on the balcony to just relax and watch the beautiful scenery. Highly recommend. You are up on the hill so will have to walk up and down a few flights of stairs but the shuttle was always around to help and we enjoyed getting in a little exercise.

Down Island Dream

We've enjoyed coming to STT for 13 years. After the hurricane(s) we did not know what to expect. Down Island Dream was as advertised. Great location, well equipped and simply very enjoyable. Though there was still construction and clean up activity going on, it really was business (and vacation) as usual. Do not hesitate to visit the island nor should you hesitate in staying at Down Island Dream. The islands need you more than ever. We will be back soon. Thank you for a great week!

Paradise- it’s in the name!

We had a wonderful week at this resort. Clean, spacious, and those views! The two sided porch was fantastic. It was nice to arrive to some goodies in the fridge. We also ordered with a local provisioning co. and the condo manager worked with them so everything was there & put away upon arrival. The bed was very comfortable and the unit amenities were great. The resort shuttles were a Godsend. This unit it high up on a hill -so you have outstanding views but you may have a workout getting around if not for the shuttles. We got around just fine! The on site restaurants are great too!

Great trip

The property was clean and the view was amazing. Showing up after a day travel and finding the goodies that were in the fridge was a nice surprise. The host and manager were very quick to answer questions and very accommodating. All the beaches we visited were beautiful and the snorkeling was amazing. We also did a few hikes. We didn’t have a car and found that the taxi drivers didnt want to take us directly to our room and would drop us at the lobby. If you don’t like climbing steps this could be tiring as the trip up from the lobby had lots of stairs but we didn’t mind the exercise. It was a wonderful trip and I highly recommend this property.

Perfect honeymoon

Absolutely perfect spot to honeymoon. Lots of privacy , sunrise and sunset views over nearby islands from the bed , lots of amenities that make day tripping to nearby beaches easy! Everything was as advertised , and the property was actually larger than expected! Cannot rate more highly and would highly recommend to all family and friends!

Our week in St. Thomas

The property is located near Red Hook which was very convenient for us. We enjoyed going there to catch the ferry to St. John, to the grocery story when we needed supplies, and for dinner since there's a variety of restaurants to pick from. We feel that the location of the condo was ideal because even when we went to Water Island and to Megan's Bay, we were no more than 20-25 minutes away from our desired location. A few things that I thought were included and wish were included were a dishwasher, washer/dryer, and an oven. All of the other places we've stayed at through VRBO had these items included. Given how warm it could get in the condo, I can see now why there wasn't an oven, but it would have been convenient for cooking breakfast and some dinner items if there had been one included. I had also asked prior to checking in if there was a beach umbrella included with the beach items that were available to use and was told there was one, but there was not. When I reached out to the property manager about this she was very responsive and brought her personal umbrella over for us to use at the beach. I thought this was very kind of her and appreciated that they tried to make things right.

Nice apartment

Very nice and spacious apartment. We enjoyed it as it is only a few minutes driving to both Coki beach and Smith bay. It has a large balcony with amazing ocean view and the amenities in the resort is decent. The property manager was very helpful when we had questions and problems. The only drawback is you can hear large noise sitting at the balcony, but it is bearable when all doors are closed.

Perfect Honeymoon!

This place was beautiful! Lisa was the absolute best host. She gave us more than enough helpful information about where to go, what to eat, and what to do. The apartment was nice and clean and the view was absolutely amazing! The area was lovely. We liked being so close to Red Hook, Coki Beach, and Coral world. The only downfall is that there is a big loud generator on 24/7 next door because the property there is still recovering from the hurricanes. But other than that, I really would recommend this place. We loved the restaurants. We loved the pools. We loved the place. Perfect little getaway for our honeymoon!

As for the generator next door, they were running on a backup power system after the storms, which is now silenced! Perfect place to call home for a week

We loved our stay at the point pleasant resort. This unit is at the top of the hill with an amazing view of St John and the BVIs. There are several pools but the hilltop pool was very convenient and clean. Location was great. Felt very safe. A quick drive to red hook and 20 Min drive to Megan’s bay. Our host was very responsive. Strong winds ripped one of the screen doors and they fixed it within hours. I definitely recommend this place.
