Great location, beautiful views and very responsive host! We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the studio unit we stayed in. The large wrap around deck was perfect for morning sunrise coffee, the small functional kitchen was used to make breakfast each day and the bed and pillows were wonderful.

Very private location, but with easy access to all the East End beaches (with a rental car). The door lock didn't function properly and the management company didn't get back to us until 2am. Fortunately, the security guard on the property was able to help us get back in. And, we were never able to swap out our beach towels, despite an ok that that was going to happen. The owner was very responsive, though. We would return because of the excellent location, excellent shape of the condo, and nice amenities on the resort property.

My husband and I had a great stay at Villa Lattitudes. The place was as described, clean & had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The views from the porch were stunning! Even though you couldn't swim at the beach on the property, there were several other beaches close to the property that you could drive to. The owner was very responsive and gave us reccomendations for places to eat and visit. We would definitely stay again.

The stay was excellent with the host being very responsive prior and during our stay with any additional questions. We loved the location the ease in which we could go to other parts of the island.

Ideal location at a great value

Very conveniently located making for a very unique experience. You hear the waives and feel the wind even though exploring the island is what you should be doing.

1st visit to St. Thomas

We chose this rental for the privacy and location it had everything we needed and more. The 3 patio doors we left open 24/7 no need to use the ac with a breeze from the ocean and the waves crashing soothe the soul and rock you to sleep at night. Wake up to sunshine and enjoyed coffee and meals on the deck. Sugar Beach and the Nature Trail were also highlights of the property. The host was easy to work with and provided above and beyond our needs. Hope to visit again one day and would pick the same rental because it was perfect.

Place was great but noisy

The place was clean and everything worked great. There were things we could use that were very helpful.I hate to dock the host for the noise coming from Margaritaville but we had to leave the premises every night because the thump-thump-thump was endless and could even be heard from the shower with the bathroom door closed.The view was beautiful but could use some trimming so the water view could be unobstructed. The host should mention that there is a dishwasher because we almost didn’t choose it until I enquired.

While the next door resort has an evening live music it always stops by 8 or 9pm. Once in a while the neighboring beach will have a Saturday night party that lasts a little later but most guests don't have issue with it. The trees are trimmed on a regular basis and have already been trimmed.

Great stay!

Host was very communicative and responsive. Easy check in with the keypad. Unit is steps from the beach and restaurants on site. Walk-able to Coki beach. Only down side is one set of bath towels for 5 days was not only kind of gross, but disappointing that there is a fee to swap them out. Also, one roll of toilet paper in the unit was frustrating. The power will go out if too many lights/fans are on at once and you have to turn the switches in the control panel off and back on to fix it, happened to us quite a bit. Could be an issue with wiring or a loose switch but should be looked into.

Thanks for your review! Note to future guests: Beach towel swap is FREE, and a Bath towel swap has a "laundry fee" since the cost of water on this island is VERY expensive and housekeeping will charge me a fee for extra towels and as a result this must be passed on if you require additional bath towel services. (As stated in listing, Its how I keep my rates low). There is Always extra T.P. provided under the sink and more if you need it just ask! (I just think guest didn't look) Power situation was not mentioned during stay, however now that I am aware of it, the issue has been resolved. (Wish guest brought this to my attention so I could resolve it for them as it was a simple fix) As always , if you stay with me I am always reachable and if you have any questions or comments during your stay please say something and I will do my best to make it right. Unfortunately guest didn't reach out during their stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The unit was clean and our host was very responsive when we had questions. We did not swim in the pools, but we visited each one just to see the views. The Terrace pool view was our favorite. In January it was cool enough in the late day and evening to have the doors open and screens pulled to get a great breeze. We slept to the sound of the waves just below the deck. There were iguanas in the trees outside the back deck. A perfect island experience! Several very nice beaches were less than a 10 minute drive. We went to Cokie, Sapphire, and Lindquist. But really most beaches on the island can be reached in less than 30 minutes. We had great snorkeling experiences at Lindquist (green turtles, cow nose ray, and manta ray) and Brewers Bay (green turtles). If you're feeling adventurous, check out the Mermaids Chair. Even though the drive there and the walk to\from the location was a bit challenging, it was well with the effort. It's a tiny spit of sand maybe 50 ft wide with the Caribbean on one side and the Atlantic on the other. It was a really unique experience.Red Hook is a short drive away where you can find many restaurants. XO Bistro had great food and excellent craft cocktails.

Excellent stay

My husband and I had a wonderful 20 year anniversary at your villa. We had our honeymoon in St Thomas and came back on our 20th anniversary to celebrate. Location was very convenient to Red Hook which is where we took the ferry to St John island. We visited many beautiful beaches during our stay. Your home was exactly as described….beautiful panoramic views of the water which is especially a favorite of mine. Check in and out was easy. Recommend understanding use of shuttle during stay as the steps can be challenging going to the lobbby to get cabs. Cab drivers are very aggressive in their driving (gave me a little anxiety)…but very pleasant. You can ask them to drop you off at your villa instead of lobby which is helpful. Thanks for a wonderful relaxing stay. Had everything we needed. We hope to be back soon as we are able!
