Great location and great for two families. Kitchen very well equipped. Views lovely. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the am and drinking my coffee, watching the pelicans fly over!. would be nice if you could enter and exit through all doors not only the one by the parking space, as you cannot lock from the outside and have to walk round and unlock for bikes or if you have been to the beach. Would definitely stay here again. thank you!!

We really love the location of the property and the private pool. The couch and area rugs had stains on them. Definitely could use some paint touchup. The doors were very hard to open and the rear garage door had a gap about an inch that you could see underneath. Living room fan did not work. Master tv remote was not functioning. The dryer door was malfunctioning and would open half way thru the drying process. Bathroom upgrades were very nice !!

All the bathrooms have been fully renovated, we've added a new dining room table, new living room furniture, and updated lighting fixtures throughout the unit. Our unit is located in the heart of Watercolor with only a short walk to the renovated Watercolor Inn, shops, restaurants, and only a block from Seaside! We happy you enjoyed our unit, your stay and look forward to having you stay with us again!

Florida retreat

Loved the beach and pool access! Walking distance to the lake, Seaside, shopping and restaurants. The area was beautifully decorated for the holidays which were great picture moments, especially for the teens!

Perfect vacation spot

I can’t say enough about the property management company and the ease of renting this property. They were very accommodating. The condo is in a great central location- short walk to the Watercolor resort and Seaside.

Watercolor 5

The property is nice in a great location. There was an issue with the wifi not functioning when we arrived but the management company took care of it in a timely manner. Recommend this property and will probably stay here again.

All of the communication was top notch, our unit was very clean and as pictured. Location is exceptional! We would highly recommend as you can walk anywhere! Only suggestion I have to replace the throw pillows on the sofa, they have seen their day.....inexpensive easy update. Other than that, it is pristine, with very comfortable beds. We loved it!

Great location and beautiful space

This unit fit our family wonderfully with my in laws, plus our college kids with their friends, and our tween. Enough space for us all. It’s a great location within walking distance to restaurants and shops and the pools. While the sand dune is beautiful that is my only thumbs down, was to not be able to actually see the beach from the unit. You can most definitely hear the waves and see a little bit of water from the balcony but no beach view. The watercolor area is a great place and the unit provided four bikes to explore which we took advantage of. We will be back.

With 4 bedrooms, a large, spacious living room, and open kitchen, this is the perfect townhome for extended family or multiple friends to travel together. Location is the best

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay at Watercolor Beachside 5.The condo (practically a house) was comfortable with all the amenities we needed. The location was amazing so quick to walk into Seaside. The views are beautiful. Appliances all worked well. We were 4 adults and 3 kids with ample space. Community pool was warm and so close. Thanks for a great stay. Only critique was regarding brief (ONLY 20 min) delay entry into the property. We know staffing is tough these days, but had frozen items when we arrived at 5 PM.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: One matter of concern. The night before we departed I saw 2 large cockroaches on the kitchen floor about 1 inch in length. Very disturbing. I also had about 5 bug bites on my leg, three of which were in a straight line on my left thigh. This made me wonder if there might be bed bugs. We had a wonderful vacation, but concerned about these issues.

Herbert, we sincerely apologize that your stay was less than stellar. All of the homes we manage, receive routine pest control maintenance to proactively keep any pesky bugs away. For better or worse, palmetto bugs are native to our area, and they make their presence known when we receive an abundance of rain- and we have received quite a bit of rain this summer season. Despite the rain, we understand that sharing your vacation with bugs is not fun or ideal, and we would have been happy to schedule an additional pest control visit at the home, had we known you were experiencing any frustrations. Thank you for letting us know now and we will pass this along to our team.
