We visited right after the hurricane and the communication was great about the status of the property. She was willing to work with us if the trip was not doable. We arrived and everything was great. Would definitely stay in the Watersound area again.

Hands down our favorite spot to date! House is so cute! I mean the DETAILS felt so luxurious but sooo comfortable! This house has everything you need for a great day at the beach!

Perfect location!

Really enjoyed our stay. The convenience of having a pool, the beach and the Big Chill all so close to the condo was super beneficial traveling with my two young granddaughters. Beautiful condo and great weather was also a plus!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beach house! The home was perfect in every way—beautifully maintained, clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The location couldn’t have been better, with easy beach access and stunning views that made every day feel special.One of the highlights was the neighborhood. It was quiet, safe, and incredibly welcoming, making it easy to unwind and enjoy our time away. We loved taking walks around the area and appreciated how peaceful and well-kept everything was.Overall, this property exceeded our expectations. If you’re looking for the perfect beach getaway in a fantastic neighborhood, this is it. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone considering a visit!

Great stay!

We had a great stay here! Owner was very communicative prior to trip and house was great! The closest beach entrance was blocked by the creek that runs past but the next beach entrance is only a 5 minute walk. Great location to walk to beach and pool!

Like Home

Clean, comfy, and everything you need for beach fun. Nice, comfortable beds are a big deal with our group and these were just right! Great kitchen with plenty of room to enjoy a family dinner after a busy day of play.

Felt just like home!

We liked that it was near the pool and had a beautiful view of the ocean. It was quiet and peaceful. We spent a lot of time out on the balcony which is very large.

Terrific

Just a terrific time. Close to the pool and as close to the beach as possible. Roomy and well equipped kitchen. Everything worked, no issues, and close proximity to restaurants and shopping.

There are so many wonderful things I can say about this house. The view is amazing, the bedding is so comfy, my husband and I are ordering the mattress in the master bedroom, everything in the kitchen is super organized, and we love the pink wine glasses. Everything is beautiful and so put together. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful family beach trip!

This beautiful condo was the perfect location for our family on 30A. Fun in both directions! The condo itself was immaculate with everything we needed and comfortable for all! We loved spending time on the porch when we weren't at the easy to reach beach or pool right outside our door! We hope to come back to Watersound and "Afternoon Delight"

Annual 30A vacay

We visit 30A yearly with family and love the beaches but wanted somewhere with easier and quieter beach access and watersound was perfect! This condo was very conveniently located. We loved being so close to the big chill and just a quick drive or bike ride to Aly’s and Rosemary. Communication regarding the stay before, during, and after was far better than any other rental experience we’ve had.

Family getaway

The condo was actually more beautiful than online. Lucy was amazing! She was very responsive to emails. I loved that the pool was so close. The beach was a 5 minute walk, but was easy with the wagon that was included. We would definitely book again!

Afternoon Delight - Great Stay!

This property was amazing for our family (5 adults, 4 kids) vacation! Would definitely stay here again. The location was outstanding for the pool. A little bit of a walk to the beach but having a wagon to carry beach items was key. We rented an umbrella and chairs for the week so everything was set and ready when we arrived to the beach. Lucy was very helpful and response time before and during our stay was amazing. Thank you for an amazing week!

Fall Break 2022

We love the location of the condo and the private beach. The condo came with plenty of chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and beach toys if you needed them. The condo was very spacious and perfect for our family. Loved having the Kerig coffee pot!

50th Anniversary with family

I was so pleased with everything from Check in to check out. The condo was beautiful and so clean and fresh!! It had so many amenities. It felt like home. I was very sad to leave especially the comfortable bed in the master suite. The communication with the property manager was great. I can’t say enough about this beautiful place we will be back

Gorgeous!!

We absolutely loved this property! I don’t believe I have ever stayed at a short term rental that was cleaner that this place was. Comfy beds and plenty of room for activities! I love being directly on the beach, but that is a rarity for 30A. This one was a short walk to the beach and they have fantastic amenities already stocked. Lucy was a fantastic host! We will be back for sure!!
