We love Sugar Beach with the beachfront access and gorgeous sunrises! The unit was perfect for us and was clean when we arrived. The only issue we had was the door keypad did not work so we just used the keys during our stay! We notified the owner and he responded promptly! We highly recommend staying here for a beachfront, snorkel-friendly ocean access property!

Being able to walk out of our condo onto the beach was the best part! The condo could use some upgrades but they had the essentials. We had a lovely time and would definitely come back given the opportunity.

The view of the beach/sea from the unit’s “gallery” was perfect! The pool and area was pristine! The unit was spacious and much of the furniture was comfortable and updated. There were maintenance/appliance issues which were quickly addressed by the property manager, but did impact our stay, which is why my rating was “good”, rather than excellent.

2nd stay at Sugar Beach

Perfect location on a walk out unit. Being steps away from the ocean with all the amenities of home. We had another wonderful time!

Great Place - Fabulous Location

We had a wonderful time at the condo. Could not beat the view or the location. A few small issues (light not working in one of the bathrooms/dishwasher a bit difficult to use) and the place could use an update but we had a fabulous time. The beach is spectacular - snorkeling,swimming and the added entertainment of occaisional kite surfers!

Vacation at St Croix

Nice property and quick response by property manager whenever we had questions or needed support.The beach sand has some sharp small rocks so bring beach shoes to go walk on the beach.

Amazing views and perfect location!

We truly enjoyed our stay! The view was amazing and the location was prime! We would definitely stay again! The only complaint I would say is that the condo could definitely use a good deep cleaning and maybe some updates. But when you have the view and prime beach location that you do at this place, it's not a main concern.

Great Condo at Sugar Beach!

We previously stayed in another unit at Sugar Beach and couldn't wait to come back. You will love walking out to the beach and relaxing all day to the sound of the waves. The condo was clean, very spacious for two couples and well stocked with everything we might need for the week. Would definitely book again if we come back to St. Croix!

Great Views

Exceeded all expectation. Had one issue that the property manager worked diligently to solve. I would stay again at this location.

Property is conveniently located. Communication was great. We were bummed that the beach was unswimmable due to the sargassum. No major issues.

St. Croix four

Sugar Beach is the best area to stay in all of St. Croix. We have stayed at various units at the same condo. This was our first time on ground floor. We loved it!

Love It

This is our 2nd time at this property, and we love it. Perfect location on the beach as you can walk right out the door to the sand. With Covid, it was a bit more challenging to get there, but we prevailed and had a fantastic 11 days. Thanks so much for a great vacation, and we hope to be back.

Great place!

It was a great experience. We happened to have been there during the week that some staff members were on vacation who clean up the seaweed off of the beach. So there was quite a bit, but other than that it was a great rental, everything we needed and we loved looking for sea shells on the beach!

The sea grass was very bad this week so I'm glad you had a great time despite of that. The sea shells on that beach are great...if you are lucky you can also find pieces of chaney...which is shards of fine china. Old china was once upon a time just dumped into the sea and it washes up and we make jewelry from it...pretty cool. Hope to see you again ! Earl

Location is amazing!

The location and proximity to the beach were great! The pool was nice too. This condo is stocked with all you need to prepare simple meals and drinks as well as go to the beach. Needs a new cooler and an umbrella would be nice. It’s very dated and needs a facelift but clean when we arrived. The property manager was great- very responsive and stopped by when we needed him. Definitely plan to return!
