Property is well taken care of and perfect for larger groups. The location to the beach and restaurants/bars cannot be beat. The large outdoor pool is definitely the highlight, we spent the majority of evenings swimming and relaxing by it. The hosts had pretty much everything you could need for your day at the beach, which saved money because we didnt have to rent/buy. Our whole group agreed that we would stay here again if in FMB!

Thank you, Ryan, for your wonderful review and for choosing Southern Serenity for your Fort Myers Beach getaway. It's especially rewarding to hear that your group enjoyed spending your evenings together around the pool. Creating a place where families and friends can relax, reconnect, and simply enjoy being together is exactly what we hoped to accomplish when we designed the home. We're also glad the beach equipment made your trip a little easier. If we can help guests spend less time worrying about logistics and more time enjoying their vacation, we've done our job. We truly appreciate your recommendation and hope to welcome your group back the next time you're planning a trip to Fort Myers Beach.

The hosts were fantastic and easy to reach! The house is amazing—perfect for our family of 12! The pool was to die for and we spent just as much time there as we did the beach. There is so much within walking distance, and a quick drive to everything else. The neighborhood was adorable. Shelley & Brad have thought of everything—beach chairs, toys, carts and gear, two kitchens, two washers and dryers, a completely outfitted patio area with grill—it was spectacular. Not to mention the sweet treats they brought us that the family went bananas over! 12/10 recommend. We had the BEST time!

We had a great time staying at Brad and Shelley's place. They were perfect hosts and always responded promptly to any questions we had. We were there for Thanksgiving and the extra kitchen was very much appreciated! The kitchen was very well stocked for a rental property. Lots of beach and baby equipment provided as well. The pool was great as well as the location, which was within walking distance to the beach and many bars and restaurants. The sunsets were beautiful! We would love to stay at Southern Serenity again!

If you want to be close to beach and have a pool (which is huge) this is your place! Plenty of space for our family of ten. Very comfortable beds, second kitchen in lower level a plus. Teenagers enjoyed the lower level playing PS5 on the large TV. Can’t wait to come back!
