When we arrived there was soap and towels with hair on it in one of the bathrooms and dirty, smelly clothes in one of the drawers. The host was quick to respond and quick to get someone out there to clean and change towels. Overall enjoyable stay.

The master suite had human hair in the sheets and my Grandson bed had sand in his sheets, I sent a text and they were there the next morning to replace the sheets. That is my only bad review. The view was amazing. Condo was beautiful. We spent most of our time outdoors on the balcony or pool/beach. Thanks for your hospitality.

We had an enjoyable stay. Condo was very nice, plenty of room to spread out and great views of the ocean. Could hear neighbors above, but that could change for each group.

Phoenix Gulf Shores

This was a great property! View from our 22nd floor was spectacular! We had a couple days that were too chilly for the beach, but the indoor pool made up for that. We had a great vacation!

Recent stay at Phoenix Gulf shores

Location was wonderful! Loved the resort and it’s amenities. Condo was very nice, view was spectacular! Only complaint was the master bed was so hard and uncomfortable that my back was killing me by the end of the seven days. Still enjoyed our stay. Will treasure the memories made.

Fantastic Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place is better than the pictures. Usually the pictures look much nicer that the actual unit but this unit is understated in the pictures. We didn’t need anything when we were there that wasn’t provided Has an ice machine separate from the refrigerator that is great. View is awesome. Unit on 22nd floor out of 23 floors. Never waited long on elevators Would stay here again definitely!!
