Gæster vil helt sikkert nyde en uforglemmelig ferie i dette fuldt møblerede, for nylig opdaterede året rundt, 3 soveværelser, 1 og 1/2 bad enebolig.

Det første soveværelse har queensize-seng og en tvilling. Det andet soveværelse har en fuld størrelse seng, og det tredje soveværelse har en queensize-seng. Alle senge er nye og komfortable.

Det dejlige åbne koncept-opholdsstue er møbleret med to udtrækssofaer. Dette elskede sommerhus kan nemt sove 6-8 gæster.

Det velindrettede køkken har middagsvarer til ti sammen med plastplader til at spise op på dækket. Der er en lille grill udenfor til din brug.

Beliggende i udkanten af Rachel Carson National Wildlife Refuge og en gade væk fra den eksklusive Moody Beach, har dette charmerende "hjem væk fra hjemmet" alt hvad du har brug for din ferie ved havet.

Fra ovenpå dækket kan du se solnedgangen over mysken eller høre havet bruse. Medbring din kajak eller SUP og flyd ned i tidevandsfloderne til Atlanterhavet.

We had a great stay! It was even nicer in person than in the photos. Very quiet neighborhood so we did feel like we had to keep it down and make sure the kids or guests didn’t get too loud. It was a nice walk to the beach, convenient to stop over with the kids without having to pack a full car up for the day. Unfortunately the waves were very rough due to storms coming up from the south but we were able to make the most of it. I was a little bit concerned with the beach front property owners giving us a hard time but we didn’t have any issues. We drove to a few different beaches during our stay and it was conveniently located to them. We would definitely stay here again. We felt very at home and it made our stay relaxing.

We loved staying in this house! Great layout, comfortable beds, and supplied with lots of extras like linens, spices, etc. Great location, close walk to public access to the beach. Highly recommended!

We are return renters and again were not let down. Perfect spot to enjoy some time at the beach and all the other amazing things Wells has to offer. House have everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We do lots of eating at the house, because we have some picky kids, and found everything we needed.We will be back (again).

everything was excellent however, if you plan to use the beach, you need a car because the available beach is not really suitable for hanging out. It's very narrow and very crowded.there are public beaches, not too far away

What a charming house near to Moody beach! We had 6 adults and one 3 year old. We all felt cozy and happy at this beach house. Loved the rooftop patio that overlooked the marsh with gorgeous sunsets!The house had everything in place to make your stay easy and relaxing. Everything was spotless and organized. We will plan to return next summer!

July 4th and Family reunion

This little cottage was perfect for our party of 6 which includes 3 adults over 40 and 3 adult "kids". The house was clean, furniture was nice, kitchen was equipped and accommodating for cooking large meals. It's not a big house but the roof deck adds some lounging space. It was a very nice cottage.

Very nice and comfortable.

The cottage was very well organized and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, all beds are as if you were home. Living room furniture looks brand new, all of us 5 adults, one kid and a baby really appreciated our stay. The owner had made available beach chairs and beach wagon that we could use on the nearby beach, not to mention the fantastic roof terrace with a view to the lagoon. Thank you

Family time

Love this place. Roof top deck great for coffee in the morning or cocktails at night. Kitchen has everything you need. Dead end street was very quiet. This is our second year and plan on renting next summer. Close to restaurants. Very spacious open living area. A short walk to the beach.

Great Beach Cottage

This cottage is located in a quiet neighborhood and is close to a great family beach. We enjoyed the roof top deck - great for watching the sunset. The kitchen is well equipped. The outdoor shower is so handy for washing off the beach sand. We enjoyed our stay and would stay

Place was perfect. Everything you need from dishes to linens. Rooftop deck was great for early morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Staying next year for 2 weeks.

Great cottage get away

Our family of 6 (3 adults, 3 kids) felt at home in Patti's cottage. It is as described and roomy enough for our large party for 3 nights. The morning dew does get the deck furniture quite moist so remember to bring a towel to wipe off and there is a partially obstructed view of marsh refuge. We hardly sat on the deck as we were out enjoying Wells and Ogunquit. Only comment is beach towels or mats on site would have been an extra special perk! We had a great time and beds were very comfortable. Recommended!

Another great trip to Wells

We stayed here for the third time this summer! We continue to enjoy the rooftop deck, the wonderful beach, and the comfortable beds. One of the bathrooms was updated this year and it's great. We found everything we needed in the kitchen. The whole space is appealing and clean. Thank you!

Amazing Vacation

House was perfect, location was perfect, host was perfect! Great vacation. Walk to beach was very short and easy ( even for my 7 year old niece who does not like to walk places). The beach was beautiful and not crowded at all. Many open areas to set up chairs and blankets. Patti was an amazing host left recommendations for places to eat and things to do in the area. Would highly recommend renting this cottage.

Lovely Beach Escape.

This place was perfect for my family of 4 and my mother to spend a few days enjoying the Wells Area. Beach was great for kids and a very manageable walk. House was clean and had everything we needed for a fun comfortable stay. We would return for sure.

We love this house and location. Has everything you need for the perfect Maine vacation. Short walk to the beach and quick drive to restaurants and shops. Patti is a super responsive host if you ever need anything!

We had a fantastic stay @ Pattis cottage . The cottage is well maintained, well built , clean and comfy. The cottage is located on a a short walk to the beach and conveniently close by to Kittery and York . I would love to stay here again.

Moody Beach Cottage

We had a lovely week at Patti's cottage. It is located on a quiet street with spectacular views of the marsh, and a short walk to Moody Beach. The house is well taken care of, spacious, and has everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The kitchen is well appointed which we really appreciated since we do a lot of cooking. We really enjoyed the roof deck, and we saw beautiful sunsets over the marsh and loved being able to hear the waves crashing from the nearby ocean. We would highly recommend!

A Slice of Heaven

We found this house to accommodate 6 adult family members traveling from Boston and San Francisco to attend an outdoor family wedding in the area. It was perfect. The 3 large bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and the open floor plan accommodated our family meals perfectly. Two bathrooms and a large well-appointed rooftop deck rounded out our 5 star experience. And we were less than a 5 min walk to the beach. The house was well stocked and we wanted for nothing. It was close to the beach and Route 1 so easy access to all the nearby attractions you may want to see. We would highly recommend it and will definitely keep it on our short list for the next visit. Thank you Patti for being so accessible, accommodating, and allowing our family to reconnect during this unprecedented time.

Perfect Wells Getaway

We had a great week at Patti's home. The property was nicely decorated and super clean. Did not have to do much baby proofing for my two-year-old twins and no stairs inside which is a bonus at this age. You can't beat the location - truly a 5 minute walk to to the beach. It was perfect and we would definitely recommend this property. Thank you!

Cottage at Moody Beach

The cottage was much nicer in person than the online description. It was very clean, the kitchen appliances were modern, and the heating and cooling systems seemed more than adequate, although we had lovely weather and did not really need them. Only suggestion: a couple more folding chairs would have been useful.

You have chosen the "House that George Built". I am George's third out of four. I was fortunate to be able to keep this charming seaside cottage and relive many childhood memories.

I currently reside in the mountains of the Southwest; but, make my way back to beautiful Moody Beach early Spring and late Fall to get everything ready for your enjoyment.

My Dad George built this home. You will experience many of my Dad's special touches-- Maine slate floors and bricks that were brought in from historic areas of Boston. Purchased in 2017, I have updated it from top to bottom, still retaining the old school charm that my Dad put into it.

Come enjoy the upper deck. Listen to the roar of the Atlantic and smell the fresh sea air. Watch the sunset over the Marsh or observe kayakers paddle along the Tidal Rivers, while enjoying your freshly grilled fish and cocktail.

His four children enjoyed many Summers at beautiful Moody Beach, which is a 5 minute walk to either Public Right of Way. After a full day at the beach you can rinse off at the outdoor shower, with warm water! I know you will cherish this home away from home!

This darling single family home is perfect for your family vacation! There's a grassy yard to kick a ball around, a picnic table, and two grills are provided. The upper deck replete with Adirondack chairs and eating places is the perfect place to relax, morning or night.

The kitchen is equipped with anything you could possibly need. My Mom, Gloria, was a great baker, so she would approve of the new glass top stove/convection oven. There are puzzles, games, and art supplies, along with two Smart TVs for that occasional rainy day.

We offer everything you could want to enjoy your seaside vacation!
