Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear that parts of your stay did not meet your expectations. We understand how disappointing it can be to experience noise, inconsistent air conditioning, and fluctuating shower temperatures while trying to relax and enjoy your vacation. We also appreciate you mentioning the condition of the area rug and the absence of a vacuum in the unit. Your comments are important to us and will be shared with our team for review and improvement. While noise from neighboring units or the surrounding area is unfortunately outside of our direct control, we sincerely regret the inconvenience this caused during your stay. We also wish these concerns had been brought to our attention during your stay, as we would have been more than happy to assist and help make your experience more comfortable. Thank you again for your valuable feedback. We truly appreciate it and will use it to continue improving the guest experience moving forward.
