We are so sorry for everything you experienced during your stay. This is truly not the Oahu welcome anyone deserves. The leaking ceiling, fire alarms, power outages, and elevator situation were all building-related issues outside of our direct control, but we understand that doesn't make it any less frustrating to live through. We're glad you were able to relocate, and we take situations like this seriously. We hope you'll give Oahu and us another chance under better circumstances! Mahalo
