Fantastisk strandhuslayout med 3 soveværelser og bonusværelse med andet tv, 2. 5 badeværelser, stue med gaspejs, stort veludstyret køkken med spisebar og spiseplads med bord med plads til 10 åbner ud til et indhyllingsdæk med udsigt over golf udsigt til banen og stranden.
Der er et stort stueetagen vaskeri / doggie clean off værelse med direkte indgang. Huset er
beliggende i et lukket samfund på Highlands, som tilbyder tennisbaner, basketballbane og 9-hullers sjov golfbane. Der er 5 minutters gang til strandpromenaden, der tager dig til miles af urolig strand .. Senge er 1 konge i master, 2 dronninger, 1 fuld murphy, 2 tvillinger i trille ..
Huset har en følelse af plads med udsigt til havet. Gearhart er en charmerende ubeboet strandby ..

Amazing Place

The place is amazing for both larger or smaller parties. The views were amazing and you’re not to far from stores, restaurants, etc.

Amazing beach home in Gearhart

We had a fabulous time with lots of family fun in this lovely home. The views were spectacular, the home was nicely appointed, and the location was perfect. We would absolutely stay here again. The owners were communicative as well.

Home in Highlands golf community

The house is very spacious and great for our family get together. The beaches are very private, even during the summer months. We enjoyed the ocean view.

Beautiful home in a quiet location

The owners and property manager were wonderful to work with! The home is in a nice little community with easy beach access and is very spacious. The setup in the home was very welcoming and it felt like home for my family!

Great views, great location

Perfect for families and for grandparents with a master on the main floor. Everything you need to enjoy the beach with a short walk to the golf course and Gearhart area. Hopefully, we’ll be back!

Perfect house for family gathering

We loved this beach house. We spent Thanksgiving with our adult children and grandchildren. Kitchen is well equipped, bedrooms offered comfy cozy beds and the view is amazing! We will be back!

Great Family Getaway

The house is in a great location, a short walk from the beach with incredible views, and is well-equipped with everything you need for a family getaway. The owners were super accommodating, allowing us to postpone our trip when a snowstorm hit Portland the weekend we were supposed to go, and also allowing us to check in early to accommodate our two-year-old's nap schedule. I highly recommend this home.

Great house for special family gathering

The house and experience with owners and manager were all timely and very good. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the house, porches, view and all of the amenities! The house and kitchen items for guests (and pet) was well thought out and much better than most other rentals I have stayed in. Thank you!

Large comfortable home, beautiful grounds

House is very comfortable with many indoor and outdoor seating areas for reading, visiting or enjoying the beautiful sunsets. Very well equipped kitchen and large dining table. Private but also close to golf course and short walk to beach. Would love to return!

Amazing weekend!

This vrbo home is a wonderful layout for a large family, or for a small extended family vacation. The access to the beach, tennis courts and proximity to the Gearhart Links course was perfect! This home had plenty of extra blankets, sheets, games, and supplies, which was a bonus as well. Thank you for the wonderful week of memories!!!

Best Place in Gearhart

The views, the amenities, the space are all top notch. If I could rate above 5 stars I would! But don't want too many people to find out about the best find in Gearhart and then not have it available for us. Shhhhhh

Well cared home for with gorgeous view

This comfortable, well-maintained home was perfect for our family. They supplied enough seating, linens, dining space, and supplies for our whole group. Bedrooms are ample size and nicely appointed, as is the whole home. It's truly the nicest vacation home we've had the privilege of staying in, and we hope to return again and again. Thank you!

Short mishap when we arrived. Owner and Property Manager went out of their way to fix issue. Resulting with no hiccup in our stay. Excellent Property. Great owner and manager. would definitely stay again.

Awesome weekend

My family and I (2 adult children and their partners, 14 year old son, wife and myself) where at the coast for a wedding. The house was perfect for us. It is clean and bright. The layout of the house is so family friendly. The house is also well stocked which I appreciate as a vacation home owner and renter. We all all talking about staying there again. Thanks Larry

Outstanding house

We've been coming to Seaside every year for the past 10 years, and this is our favorite place that we've stayed. Beautiful ocean views, quite neighborhood, easy access to the water, really clean and well updated house with lots of room, nice kitchen, and plenty of bathrooms for us and our nearly all grown children. The owners were a delight to deal with, as was their manager. I don't want to leave such a glowing review as this is now likely where we'll be trying to stay every year going forward and I hate to compete with you all :)

Gearhart at it's finest!

This property was wonderful for our family group of eight. There was plenty of room to accommodate everyone comfortably. The kitchen is well supplied with all needs and we especially enjoyed viewing the full moon with the telescope and seeing the elk herd. It's a short walk to the boardwalk and then on to the beach. My husband and son-in-law enjoyed the golf course. Additionally, the artwork in the house was appreciated. This property is highly recommended and we all hope to stay again!

Simply Amazing

This house is a 10 out of 10! The property owners are friendly and communicative. They provided a customized list of things to do in the area after learning why were were visiting. The neighborhood is clean, safe, and close to the beach with amazing amenities ... we even saw elk on the property. And the house ... the house is absolutely perfect. Smart layout with two master suites, spectacular views of the ocean, and decks with clean and comfortable furniture to enjoy the evenings. The furnishings were top-notch and everything was better than expected/advertised. We will definitely be staying here again!

Wonderful!

We arrived on Wednesday before Thanksgiving and were so happy to be in such a lovely house with a view. It's so well-appointed that I walked around admiring the art and, of course, the view. We had a great time until we arrived back at the house after Thanksgiving dinner only to find the inside temperature at 62 degrees. Brrr! It turns out that the furnace fan had broken earlier in the day. Sadly, there was no fix until the next week so we had to leave early. But the manager and owners were great about it all, and we hope to return in the future.

Wonderful home, loved the location, want to come back!

Home was perfect for our needs. Loved the location within the subdivision and of course the view. Totally fun to find the "surprise room" off the garage. Kids found it and thought they had such a discovery of the "Hidden Room" and the ghosts in the locked closet. lol House was clean and comfortable and kitchen was easy to work in. Really liked the utility entrance for "sand control" Used that constantly instead of front door. Appreciated having a washer/dryer available as well. One thought for our adult kids....full length mirror in upper level bath 2 would be helpful for getting ready...or perhaps in the bedrooms for extra getting ready space close by :) Really enjoyed our visit with the owners and the manager, they are from our home state, so felt a tie to them. We have a reunion in 2 years probably the same week, early August and would like to reserve again. Thanks, Paula

Vært: Kandi and Pat Walters

We are new co-owners of the Gearhart beach house with neighbors from Hayden Lake Idaho. Pat is originally from Kalamazoo Michigan and Kandi was from Portland Oregon We raised our kids in Portland and headed to the lakes in Idaho.. Our co-owners, Wayne and Deanna, are kite flyers and past owners of a condo at Cannon beach..We are all retired and enjoying winters in Palm Springs and Arizona. Pat owned an environmental company and Kandi worked in Social Services. We all are crazy about Gearhart and the beach house and look forward to sharing it with you.

We bought the beach house first because of the beautiful view and secondly because Gearhart has kept its small town charm and nothing beats the miles of beach where dogs run free and you walk till you drop.

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

The house has a great floor plan and flows well. Almost every room has a view and it sits up high so it has a great outlook. The gated community has the benefit of a fun 9 hole golf course and sports courts, tennis and pickle ball and basketball for the kids . We can walk to town about a mile to the special bakery and good restaurants. Also Gearhart 18 whole golf course is very close as well.
