It`s A Shore Thing!! Regency Isle #402

Welcome to Regency Isle #402, one of the premier properties in Orange Beach. This is a privately owned condo on the fourth floor, and there are three elevators for your convenience. The unit is on the east end of the building, two floors above the parking garage. It overlooks the relaxing ocean view, outdoor pool and hot tub.

This is a beautiful 2 bedroom and 2.5 bath gulf-front condo. The condo overlooks the majestic, sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. It features an expansive balcony where you can enjoy watching the waves or sipping a refreshing cocktail. There is a lounging area that includes a high top table with four chairs, so there is plenty of room for every guest. Regency Isle provides a grilling area with four grills and picnic tables. Additionally, there is a spacious grass area for the kids to play. The property also includes a small gym on the third floor for guests to use.

Our main bedroom has a plush king bed with plenty of floor space for air mattresses if necessary. The guest bedroom has two full beds. For extra guests, the den couch pulls out into a comfortable queen sleeper. There are two full baths, a half bath in the front hallway, and an attached laundry room. Each room has a big screen television. For further entertainment, the condo provides a vast library of movies, books and games.

The condo offers a fully stocked kitchen with any materials you could think of, even the ones you forget! There is a toaster, two kinds of coffeemakers, blender, air fryer, waffle maker, and griddle. A cabinet full of spices and sprays is provided as well. The wet bar area has a sink and a full service ice maker. Also, there are placemats, koozies and towel clamps if you need those items.

Regency Isle is located just a short walk from the Flora-Bama. In addition to the beach and pools, you will enjoy world class golf courses, deep sea fishing, and shopping at the Wharf. As well, Tanger Outlet and OWA is a short drive into Foley. For your younger guests, they can enjoy the nearby zoo, arcade, go-karts and miniature golf course. A few of the best restaurants in the area are Louisiana Lagniappe , Playa, Costal, Tacky Jack`s and the Shrimp Basket.

Come for a few days, a week, or even a month. You will love `It`s A Shore Thing,` and you will not want to leave. Please reach out if you have questions about our condo or the surrounding area. Regency Isle requires wristbands to be worn by all guests over 5 years old (March1-Sept 30) while using the pools, hot tubs, beach chairs, grills, gym, etc. ONLY ONE PARKING PASS IS INCLUDED IN YOUR STAY. YOU CAN PURCHASE ONE ADDITIONAL PASS FOR 30.00 UPON BOOKING NOT UPON ARRIVAL.

Rene was very nice and accommodating. Communications were excellent -- informative and timely. The condo itself was very clean. Furnishings, fixtures, appliances, etc., are up-to-date and very nice. It was nice to have the extra touches like books, puzzles, etc. Would definitely choose this unit again for future beach trips. Thanks, Rene!

AMAZING

We were so pleased with our stay here. The location was perfect. The views were incredible. The beach never felt over crowded. We spent all day on the beach and every evening in the pool. My absolute favorite were the early mornings and later evenings spent on the balcony enjoying a book and the sounds of the gulf. We never felt like we were too far from places to eat or things to do. Overall the condo was clean and perfect for our family of 4! 10/10 would absolutely recommend. The chair service for the beach was also worth it!

"Shorely" Awesome!!

Beautiful condo with outstanding views, shopping, and restaurants all just a short drive away. "It's a Shore Thing" condo had everything our family needed for our trip to Orange Beach. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom accommodations were perfect. The living room and kitchen had everything and more! Cooking was a breeze with all the kitchenware available. Walking to the pool and beach was easy and not a long haul at all. Also, Rene was the perfect host and quickly responded to questions that arose during our stay. I can't express enough words for how wonderful this trip was staying at this condo. Looking forward to another stay in the future!

Best Host on the Gulf Coast

Our month long stay at It’s A Shore Thing was highlighted by not only a beautiful condo, but also by Rene, the most gracious owner/host. Communication with Rene was easily available if or whenever necessary. Our tenth year of snowbirding to this beautiful coastal area of Orange Beach was clearly the best. Every comfort and convenience was provided in #402. Kitchen was wonderfully stocked with every amenity. Beds, linens, towels, pillows, blankets, and even start up toiletry supplies were high quality and generous. The furniture in every room was comfy and convenient (we loved the swivel chairs and recliner in the living room). The televisions were large and reception was excellent. We caught a few sessions of dolphin swimming lessons from the spaciously gorgeous balcony…watching leaping dolphins always delights me. Nothing better than coffee, a cocktail, or a tasty brunch or two while enjoying views of the beach from above. Thanks for helping us to spend a fantastic February in a delightful part of the country, Rene.

Highly Recommend!!

The condo is roomy, very well equipped, conveniently located, comfortable beds and the balcony is a dream! Plenty of family room on the balcony as well as space for our grandson to toddle around and play. Rene is extremely responsive and very pleasant to work with.

Great place

We enjoyed our beach week with family. Unit was perfect and very clean. Had a little issue with washing machine which Renee was very accommodating in getting things resolved. Lots of extras and will stay here again.

Beach in April

Condo was clean, nicely furnished, and very well stocked. All instructions regarding the stay were very well laid out and easy to follow. We have been coming to the gulf coast for 30 years and the owner/host was by far the best we’ve dealt with. She communicated with us in detail several times and made the whole process flawless.

Family Spring Break Trip

Traveled with my hubby, daughter 13, son 11, and our foreign exchange student 16. The girls shared the bedroom with 2 beds w/ adjoining bath. This was perfect for them. My hubby and I enjoyed the master with a very comfortable king size bed, large bath and entry to the wonderfully large balcony. Our son slept on the couch and found it comfortable. The den also had an entry to the balcony and we enjoyed spending time out there. The kitchen was the best stocked we have ever stayed at- plenty of cookware, strainers, waffle makers, spices, oils, dishwashing packs, dish soap, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, wax paper, I could go on and on. Made cooking for my family do much more convenient. There is a Publix about 3 miles away so groceries are easily obtained. The towels were fluffy and the unit was nicely decorated and clean. Plenty of games/. We played board and card games every night. Had a slight hiccup and the owner was very responsive- seriously could not be easier to deal with. Lovely unit- if we ever return to Orange Beach we will definitely stay here!

Great week in Orange each

All as advertised. Lovely condo, really large deck with nice furniture. Everything we wanted/needed was available. The Info Book was especially helpful for restaurant recs and TV instructions. ONLY thing I'd suggest is to add a couple of extra coffee mugs. If ever in Orange Beach again, we would stay here in a heartbeat.

Our new favorite Orange Beach condo!

This property is exactly as advertised and more. The condo is lovely and well stocked. Rene is very responsive & super helpful. The balcony is spacious and relaxing. We slept great on the master bedroom king size bed. The master bathroom was everything we wanted with a huge closet and ample hangers. We've already booked this condo again for our 2023 trip. Great location & covered parking
