Dette elegant indrettede og rummelige enfamiliehus ligger i det eneste golf resort samfund i den lille by Bethany Beach, Delaware. Køkkenet, stuen og soveværelserne er blevet omfattende opgraderet med nye møbler og apparater. De store soveværelser er bevidst indrettet på en ikke-sovesal for at sikre et behageligt miljø. Alle værelser har enten dronning eller king size senge. Sæt dig ud på det ekspansive bageste dæk og se ud over den 12. fairway og nyd udsigten over en dam. Klubhuset, swimmingpool, tennisbaner og motionsrum er kun en kort afstand. Hvis flere aktiviteter er nødvendige, Rehoboth Beach (outlet shopping!) er kun en kort køretur mod nord langs naturskønne Ocean Highway. Lige mod syd er Fenwick Island og Ocean City, Maryland, som har næsten ubegrænset shopping, restauranter, aktiviteter, strandpromenade, osv.

Dette hus blev bygget i 2000. Den brede indkørsel giver masser af parkeringspladser. Samfundet er bygget op omkring en golfbane, der giver en masse åben plads og en rolig, udvej føler. Bethany Stay

Our family had a great time relaxing in this house. Golfing was a highlight for our family in addition to the beach. Great place to relax, quiet and friendly community.

Thanks so much.

This is a beautiful house in a great location. Our stay surpassed all expectations. The Salt Pond community is conveniently located for all the best things that make Bethany Beach a great place to take a vacation and we were blessed with gorgeous September weather. The house perfectly maintained with comfy beads. We were visited by deer every evening (they don't seem to be bothered by the golfers at all) and geese landing in the pond. Thanks so much !

Time w grands

Took sons and daughter in laws with the grand kids 9 year old loved the beach and pool and 2 year old loved the deck cause we put up a small blow up pool for him and we could enjoy watching him play in water. The house was big and clean and beautiful well kept up. You really are next to green on golf course we enjoyed watching them play golf also the deer and fox were great as well! Enjoyed front porch for mit ing coffee we will be back .

We loved it!!

Beautiful, well maintained home in the wonderful location of the quiet and peaceful Salt Pond. This is our third time in this home and have never been disappointed. The homeowner has a very quick response time when needed. Looking forward to 2019!

Favorite Vacation Home

We have stayed here twice now. We love it here. I was late in make our reservations this year. We are so disappointed that we will not be staying in the year of 2023. The house is so beautiful and peaceful. It is not far from beach, stores, and restaurants. We used the pool and tennis courts. Perfect place for a family. See you next year!

Not A Clean House!

Our family was very disappointed when we arrived for our family vacation. We booked it for a week. The house itself and location were nice but when we arrived inside it was filthy! We had to clean 2 bathrooms, the oven, floors, and a bedroom. When we went to make one of the beds we found urine on the mattress pad. We could not use that bed so two of my kids had to share a room. We contacted the owner and he told us that the cleaning ladies have three hours to clean 22 houses and the one that does his has a daughter who is sick with cancer, plus we decided to rent at the end of the season. We got so many excuses. He also mentioned the previous renters had pet rabbits with them and that’s why the floors had rabbit poop. The cleaning ladies had to focus on getting that taken care of before we came so they didn’t get to everything else . I told him I did not expect perfection but the cleanliness was unacceptable Even if we are renting at the end of the season! We are charged the same amount as everyone else. He said we’re just worried about getting some money back. We told him because of the bedroom and so many things that were not taken care of we should get our money back. He sent us a $30 check with a rude reply that took a month and a half to receive. Our family rents a beach house every summer and we have never had an issue like this. Ask about the cleaning procedure before you book your stay!

Home Away From Home

The front porch and back deck were so comfortable and well-used. Interior is very spacious and beautifully furnished. Two of my family members have homes in Salt Pond so I rented this house so I could invite additional family members. We had a great family reunion!

Good until the end

The home is as described. It is in a good location right on the golf course. Deer and a fox can be seen in the backyard or driving to the house. Some hiccups occurred during the week stay which we have not had even during the pandemic with other VRBO properties in the area. The pool was a huge hit for us all. The cleaning staff will be there prior to the 10 am check out so be out!! John is very responsive and so is the property manager Barry.

Great vacation location

House was exactly as described. Contained everything we needed for a comfortable week. We enjoyed the pool, golfing, outdoor dining on the deck and the proximity to the state park.

Another great vacation at Salt Pond

This property has everything you need, literally a 2nd home! Our family continues to enjoy staying here year after year. New carpet on 2nd floor and new bedroom set in front bedroom. If we don’t drive on beach we usually hang by the pool. Great pool!

2021 Vacation

We really enjoyed the peace and quiet in the development. Everyone was so friendly. The house was roomy and relaxing. Very beautiful home. Short distance to grocery store. Also a short drive to the beach and using the phone app for parking is such a great idea. You don’t need to leave the beach to put cash in meter. Would definitely rent again.

3 Generations on Family Vacation

My wife and myself (mid 50s grandparents), 2 early 30s adult daughters, one son in law, 3 elementary school aged grandchildren, one 1 year old and a baby 2 months old stayed at 435 Canal Way West for a week. Our daughter and her 10 year old girl shared the king bed. My wife and I took the BR with a queen bed. 3 grandsons slept in the room with two queen beds. Our daughter, son in law and the infant slept in the first floor BR/den. We enjoyed the deck, grill, long front porch and kitchen the most. The kitchen and grill got a workout from us since we cooked most of our meals for the week. We took many early morning or evening walks (before/after golfers were done for the day) and utilized the cart path. it was so convenient just walking out back, entering the cart path from the convenience of our back yard. In spite of the ENORMOUS protective netting along the back of the property, some golf balls managed to elude the net and hit the house during our stay (3 times this happened . . .that we know of anyway . . .probably happened more since we were at the beach or pool during the majority of the day each day). I would not let that deter you from renting this house, just beware that some golf balls may invade your space! The pool and fitness center were excellent and we utilized the pool with the grandchildren. Having Hockers grocery store and Liberty gas station at the mouth of the Salt Pond community was FANTASTIC and quite convenient. The kitchen was OUTSTANDING (VERY well stocked with everything you will ever need) complete with lots of storage, high end stainless steel appliances (5 burner gas rannge/oven, microwave range hood, quiet dishwasher, side by side Frigidaire). Terrific assortment of small kitchen appliances in the lazy Susan corner base cabinet.

Clean; new, everything you need for every day life experience !

Respectful neighborhood not rowdy , peaceful! Folks walking & bicycling. Golfers on golf cart paved trails utilized after hours by bicyclers. Short distance (1.25 mile) to grocery store by bicycle , 3.25 miles to the ocean beach and local stores. Local wild life deer; turtles, turkeys, blue crabs, local golf course water ponds. A short distance to all kinds of entertainment. The landlord couldn’t be better !

Nice Neighborhood

I stayed with my extended family. We had plenty of space. The neighborhood is quiet, and I enjoyed daily walks around the community. I would recommend this property.

A beautiful home

Our stay was wonderful. The house had everything we needed. The kitchen was a great size and had enough dishes and utensils. The neighborhood is lovely. I felt very safe. The only thing missing for us was the 1 minute walk to the beach, which the owner did tell us about. You have to drive to a public beach and pay to park. There are a lot of choices on the beaches to go to. Unfortunately, we were here on Labor Day weekend and a lot of the parking lots were full. Overall, a very nice stay!

Beautiful home and location

Our group really enjoyed our stay here! It was our first time using Vrbo and renting a house together and John made communication and check in very easy. He was very accessible and always willing to help! This house was the perfect size for our group, and the location in a country club was gorgeous. The backyard has a beautiful view of a pond and golf course, and only a short drive to the beach. The house was super clean upon arrival, and had basic necessities like coffee filters, detergent, etc. which was unexpected but very convenient! We had an amazing time on our vacation here. The master bedroom was huge, and the rest of the bedrooms were decently sized, including the room with two queen beds. Enough space for everyone to sleep comfortably. There are also TV’s in the master and double bedroom. As well as the kitchen and living room. The only thing I’d warn future people of is golfers accidentally nailing your car with a golf ball! My friend’s windshield unfortunately cracked because of a golf ball, so try to park in the garage if you can! All in all, this house was perfect for us. We definitely look forward to (hopefully) coming again next year. Thanks John!

Happy Stay

Our family needed to be together and have conversation. Grandparents needed to play with the kids. Lovely house, deck used the most. Everything we needed included in the house Location good.
