We had a fantastic stay in this wonderful place! It was very clean and the location is perfect. We also appreciated the designated covered parking spot during such a hot summer. Communication with the host was superb and we would definitely stay here again if we return to Virginia Beach in the future!

A lovely quiet condo on the beach, well placed and just fantastic for a week away. The host was very communicative and worked with me on check-in. The beach outside the condo was also very open and calm, compared to further north on the boardwalk. Fast internet as well. I definitely will consider booking again if/when I make it back to Virginia Beach. Highly recommended!!

This apartment was ideal for our vacation down at the beach and provided us with a very casual, relaxing stay. The condo is located in an older building; however, the cleanliness, convenience, comfort (great king-sized bed) and the spaciousness of the bedrooms were great perks. Kitchen and bathrooms were smaller but nicely stocked and the bath/shower pressure was good, as was the hot water! The view from the ninth floor was wonderful even on stormy days, and the sunrises were just beautiful. This area of the boardwalk is a lot quieter and more serene which we really appreciated; plus, watching the dolphins frolic was always delightful. Communication with our Host was easy and thorough. (He even reached out to us during stormy weather to make sure that everything was OK.). We would definitely stay here again.

Being right on the beach was amazing and so relaxing. The property is located close to a lot of attractions and the condo is spacious and perfect for our little family to enjoy a trip away! Definitely recommend!

This condo was in a great location, convenient to many restaurants and shops and overlooking the boardwalk and bike path. The beds were comfy, bathroom linens abundant and kitchen well equipped. The indoor pool was appreciated on the one rainy day we experienced. One great surprise was our being able to watch fire works from the balcony! Jessica (the onsite manager) was extremely helpful, especially in helping us get a second parking space.

The place has roaches, like tiny baby roaches, saw a few huge roaches. The microwave doesnt have a turn table. The coffee pots don't work. The bathtub in the guest room doesnt drain properly. The unit had a bad smell in the kitchen. Floors where dirty, walls dirty, and the cabinets dirty. You my dear need a very bad deep cleaning. Your place could be very nice. Overall the location was perfect, the view amazing, the beds are comfortable. Just so you know alot of guest in the building were complaining about dirty rooms and roaches. It is sad because this could be a nice place fixed up. Perfect for a family of 5.

Thanks, also. letting me know about the small leak in the master bath. It was a loose bolt on the toilet tank which my manager corrected. We enjoyed our stay here very much. Great ocean view, bedrooms were clean and very large, extra beach toys and chairs if you needed anything. I also really appreciated the extra help with additional parking at the property. Would definitely stay here again.

My fiancee, mother, and I stayed at a unit from September 17th until the 23rd. The two bedroom unit is in great shape with a breathtaking view of the ocean from the balcony. The unit is very clean and organized. The furniture is comfortable, with the beds being especially so. I got some of the best sleep, falling asleep to the waves crashing against the shore. The living room is big with a good sized dining table. We didn't see it right away, but it appears the table pulls out and the extension is under the bed in the master bedroom. The bathrooms are a proper size. The bedrooms are huge, and are located at opposite sides of the unit. Each guest gets their privacy. Entering the building and the unit was easy. When entering the unit, make sure to wait for the lock to lock/unlock. There is a delay after entering the code. All the windows open, and they have screens. There is a pool that my mother used. She said it was very nice. The property is quiet. We rarely heard the neighbors. Last, but certainly not the least, Howard is a fantastic host with a great response time with questions I had. He's very helpful and polite. I would rent from him again, if he allows me to. Overall, we had a wonderful time. I didn't want to leave. Thank you, Howard!

Great location. Nice ocean views. South part of the strip a tad less crowded. Wateremans right next door is awesomeI am a local who moved from the area and come back a few times yearly to visit friends and the beach so I know the area well and places to stay on the strip and this is a great option.

Great location

The place was neat and everything we needed was included. Check in/out was very easy. You can’t beat the location- beachfront with a playground for kids! We would stay here again.

Beautiful views

The stay was great. Awesome views, perfect location and easy access to the beach. Only negative was there was still sand on the counters upon arrival but that’s all
