Had a great time. Everything was within walking distance. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean. Definitely would rebook again.

Fantastic location, very clean! Pretty much every review of this property is on the money. Definitely recommend. I would also like to add that is was very easy to baby proof for our 19 month old granddaughter. Loved it!!!

Great Spot

This location is great! It is central to both the beach and many shops. The owner is friendly and very helpful. I recommend bringing some headphones/ear plugs as the noise from the street (cars/motorcycles) could be noisy

Excellent property with a great host

Accurately described and pictured property with a helpful and responsive host. Primo location right on the beach and walkable to just about anywhere in the oceanfront area. Property was clean and well maintained too. Even the WiFi works well, which is often claimed by many hosts but has rarely been accurate in my experience on the site.I would return to this location again. We were all very happy with the experience.If you have light sleepers in your group know that along with the prime location comes the associated sounds throughout the night of a busy area full of nightlife. There are automated shutters installed that do help mitigate this partially, and that too was an effort I appreciated. You can watch the sunrise from your balcony, join the morning cardio crew running or walking the boardwalk, then go get some calories back at the prosperity bakery, all in time to walk to brunch and then hit the Beach for the day. Makes for a perfect day.

Great but also not so good because of noise

Condo is very nice. It was clean. Furniture is good. Patio next to the beach is great. The location in relation to the beach and the boardwalk is very good. However, the noise off of Atlantic Avenue late at night is very loud inside the condo. The noise makes it impossible to sleep if loud noise bothers you. It finally quiets down about 2:00 am. The noise is from cars & motorcycles on the street and mostly from very loud music from nearby clubs. The owner's recommendations for restaurants is very good.

Great Location!

Perfect location! Right in the middle of the action. We were here Labor Day weekend, an extremely busy weekend to end the summer & the noise didn’t bother us at all. The kids room is located in the center of the condo which also worked out great ! We only had one trash bag and one dishwasher pod & it would have been nice to have one more of each. Overall, would definitely recommend !

Best location in Virginia Beach

I was a bit sckeptical since almost everybody gave 5 start for this location, but after I've been there, I understood. Excellent location in the center of the beach, and we could enjoy sunrises every morning from the balcony. Property is much bigger that we can see from the pictures. Erik was very helpful and responsive while we checked in. Definetly we will go back on the same place

Better than described

First off, this condo is way bigger than the pics. Eric met us as we pulled up and took is on a tour and gave some great recommendations on places to eat and things to do. Absolutely gorgeous sunrises every morning, complete with dolphins all day everyday. The only thing I would change is the couch, but we didn't spend too much time there to care all that much Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely condo in a perfect location

We found the place clean, comfortable and well decorated. Just steps from the beach, we could come and go as we pleased. The keyless lock meant we didn't have to take the keys to the beach. Dolphins could be seen from the balcony. Secure parking. The welcome from the owner was much appreciated. The only negative point was the noise coming from the street (music) as the window in the 2-bed room didn't close properly (the mechanism was broken). This made it more difficult for the teenagers to fall asleep. Beach chairs were provided, which was much appreciated. We had a great vacation. We plan to return.

Hidden Gem

If you’re looking for a place in VA Beach, don’t look any further. Like the other reviews, it is larger than it appears from the photos. We had a detour from our original plans, so I made this a girls trip with me (mom), my two teenage daughters and their friend. Our weather wasn’t ideal, but the condo made it so much better. When we had to hunker in during the storms, it truly felt like a home-away- from home…. With way better views. I miss my morning coffee on the patio watching the MANY dolphins. Eric was the perfect host and very attentive.

Such a convenient location!

We had a great time at this property! The space was clean and larger than we anticipated. It was super close to the beach and plenty of food options within walking distance.

Perfect location by the sea, clean space, and great host.

We stayed here for a week with our family of four. The location was perfect… right in the heart of all the action of Virginia Beach, including a gorgeous balcony overlooking the beach. Not to mention that the ocean is just a few steps away. The space is wonderfully maintained, and is way bigger than the photos even make it appear to be. Erik is also a wonderful host. If we make it back to Virginia Beach, we will try and book this location again.

Spacious condo with an incredible location and view!

The owner met us at the condo and was extremely helpful and gave us quite a bit of insight regarding the surrounding area. The condo was bigger than we had originally anticipated and our family of five had more than enough room for all of us to be extremely comfortable. The condo is perfectly placed right on the beach and there are lots of fun things to do nearby. Our first day there we were able to see dolphins right off the beach from the front balcony. Amazing experience!

Great Beach vacation

Great condo right on the beach. Right in the middle of the boardwalk. Very spacious. All the beds were comfortable except the sofa bed, the boys opted to just sleep on the couches instead. Stayed with 2 grown kids and 2 teenagers and had plenty of space.
