Quiet and Relaxing

A nice place to chill and relax. Definitely the smallest 2BR we’ve ever stayed in but it’s cozy. Concrete style furniture and bedding with padded cushions and mattresses. It’s older but comfortable enough and there aren’t enough good things to say about the view and the sound of the waves at night. It’s about 10 minutes back and forth to the romantic zone and there’s a variety of transportation options. It’s much cooler on the water than in the town. We were here for 6 weeks in March and April and never needed to use the A/C. The building to the immediate right had a party the first weekend of every month so there was loud music sometime to the wee hours of the morning. The caretaker Juan was prompt about getting us drinking water when needed and he keeps the pool and outdooor areas very clean. The pool isn’t used that often and it definitely isn’t heated - we found it quite cool. The hot tub takes a long time to get hot so we called it the not so hot tub.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The condo was really clean. We loved the pool which was cleaned daily. We had it to ourselves most of the time. We saw whales, dolphins and manta rays while sitting on the patio. Communication with the host and the property manager was excellent. We highly recommend staying at this property and will not hesitate to book it again.

Wonderful Location

Our stay was wonderful. The apartment is clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed and the view is spectacular. The washer/dryer is a great amenity since we stayed almost 2 weeks. The apartment opens directly onto the pool deck so is very convenient for swimming, sunning or hanging out and listening to the ocean. This location is literally a 6 minute drive to the Zona Romanrica and the bus comes by every 15 minutes is you choose to take the bus. Alma (and Hector) are very responsive and replied to texts almost immediately. We had a great time here!

Cute unit, convenient location

Elizabeth & Gabriel were great hosts! I would give them a 10+. The until looks just as it was presented. The unit was very cute and recently painted and updated. The pool was right outside the unit and most of the time we had it completely to ourselves. It’s close to a bus stop, so it is convenient to run downtown day or night. We enjoyed watching whales and dolphins almost every morning. We also enjoyed watching the large black lizards on the hillside. For the most part, it was very quiet and enjoyable. Our last couple of days were challenging due to the neighboring condo’s renters playing loud music. Again, that was only two nights out of the month, and I’m sure very unusual.

Wonderful time!

This delightful location on the water was just what we wanted! The view was wonderful and we enjoyed the pool deck almost always by ourselves the whole 40 day visit. Whales, dolphins, and jumping rays delighted us. We would especially like to thank the owner who was very responsive to our inquiries. We would recommend this condo!

Great location

Elizabeth's place is Amazing. The condo is quiet, beautiful and comfortable. The location is great. We did not need to rent a car. The bus stop is close by at the Costa Sur resort or you can take a short Uber ride into town. The pool is directly accessible and the view is spectacular. The pictures online are a very true representation of the place. Beds were comfy, AC works great, washer and dryer was helpful. Returning I would absolutely stay here again !!

Gret Value, beautifull view of the ocean

We had a wonderful time in Puerto Vallarta. This condo is an extraordinary value for the space and the location. The pool is directly accessible and the view is spectacular. We spent a couple of quiet days by the pool and enjoyed the amazing sunset over the bay. The location is great. We did not need to rent a car. The bus stop is close by at the Costa Sur Resort or you can take a short Uber ride into town. We enjoyed breakfast at Costa Sur and also Barra Light in town. We also took a bus to Mislamoya (10 minutes) where we hired a water taxi to take us to snorkel at Los Arcos and then to Yelapa another day. The beach at Punta Negra/Los Palmeras was our favorite which is also a short bus ride from the condo. We enjoyed our stay very much. Our questions were answered so thoroughly by Elizabeth. She made every effort to make our stay great. Alma, our host in town, was so responsive and helpful. Our family of four had a wonderful time in Puerto Vallarta and could not have been happier with this place. Thank you.

A bad experience all around

The explanation of the floor it was on was unclear I though it was the top floor. The unit above has 3 yappy dogs that bark morning noon and night very annoying Couch very uncomfortable, very large cockroaches, no sun on the deck until the end of the day about 3:45pm if you like to sun bath forget about it. The pool cleaning and patio cleaners will wake you up every morning. There is no privacy due to the location of the pool to the unit you are living in a fish bowl. The hot water on demand did not function properly the whole time it goes from very hot to ice cold. Every time you flush the toilet in the guest bathroom it make a loud noise in the kitchen very annoying. The same system makes loud clicking noises constantly. It is very far from everything and don't rent a full size car it won't fit in the protected parking area. All in all I would nerver return to this rental. The only thing it did offer was a beautiful view if you are outside on the patio very disappointing experience

We are very sorry you felt you had to leave such a vicious and inaccurate review, you never informed us of any bugs, when you commented to us about the apartment being too far from town (10 - 15 minutes as stated on the site) we offered a full refund but you did not want to leave, there are plenty of places in town you could have moved to. We were there when you called us to see about the hot water and it was always working correctly, we fumigate very often, so we don’t believe there are any bugs, we have good cleaning people and cleanliness is very important to us We believe it is very clearly stated in the listing that the unit is on the Pool level, it is the only unit on the pool level and most of our guest often comment that they felt they had the pool and terrace to themselves.

great outdoor living space

This unit is on the ground floor with immediate access to the infinity pool :) We also enjoyed the outdoor furniture and not once had to share them with other occupants of the building! This unit is fairly small but with the outdoor space is worth it! We had some issues but the manager was quick to respond and the owner also showed up to ensure satisfaction. It was great to have a delayed check out that worked well for our evening flight! We will be back :)

Nothing better than a clean, quiet, oceanfront property. The hosts were great and met all of our needs. I will definitely try to book this property again then next time I visit Puerto Vallarta.

This place is exactly as described! Quiet, beautiful, amazing views.

Amazing condo right on the ocean. Lots of storage and a well equipped kitchen washer and dryer as well. Saw turtles, spotted Rays, eels etc in the ocean down the hill. The view was stunning ! Private sunsets with an infinity pool , loungers much seating with beautiful flora and fauna! If we needed something we got an immediate response. The bus stop super close and only 8 pesos. The bus takes 10 minutes to town and the route ends in Romantically Zone. Puerto Vallarta . Food choices run the gamut. Must eat at Fredys Tucan and Panchos Takos. This location was far better than the hotel zone with a warm , quaint atmosphere with cool food and many shops on every street . The beach has much food and entertainment. Returning I would absolutely stay here again!!

This little piece of ocean front is heaven to us, we spend half our time in PV and half in the US, that is how we get to share our little cove with others.

We offer a very affordable way to stay on a Secluded and quiet area of the South side of Puerto Vallarta, the beautiful sunsets you get to see, sleeping with the sounds of the waves crashing below, coming back from a day at the beach to a cool pool with a view and a quiet place to watch the sunset with a margarita in hand its our favorite part.
Being so close to town and yet in such a peaceful and quiet setting makes this place ideal for a perfect vacation.
