Wow! An Icon Beachfront Condo


A beautiful spacious one king bedroom with Black-out blinds. Designer kitchen appliances: fridge, freezer with ice maker, full size microwave, stove top, and oven. In-suite full size washer and dryer and Smart TV. The condo has nine foot plus ceilings and is a corner unit with wrap around balconies and floor to ceiling opening windows. Lovely cross ventilation, plus great air conditioning, freshly painted and modern comfortable furniture. WiFi, cable TV, including a wide variety of English movie and news channels. Enjoy the very safe beach where you can swim, walk or jog. There is a private beach bar with drink and food service and drink service at the pool. The pool area is huge, 500 feet of infinity pools, plenty of chaise lounges and shade umbrellas for everyone. Lovely gardens and lounging areas in addition. There is also a breakfast restaurant where you can get a good very reasonably priced meal. The ICON is a wonderful complex with a fully equipped gym, pool table, Foosball, extensive spa and even a private movie theater. You are a 5 minute walk to large grocery store. The Peninsula Plaza with banks, restaurants and Starbucks is 5 minutes south. A ten minute walk takes you to La Isla shopping center with more restaurant choices. Across the street is La Dolce Vita Italian and La Vaca Argentina Steakhouse. Only a short taxi or bus ride to the Malecon. There is a very friendly concierge team and great cleaning staff help with all your needs. Gated community, security 24/7 and underground parking.

We absolutely loved staying at Christina’s condo at the Icon! The location was perfect, the check-in was seamless, and the experience was top-notch. We will most definitely be back.

Another lovely stay at The ICON! Easy communication, unit was clean, and well equipped! The grounds, atmosphere, and amenities are top notch! We have stayed multiple times in this unit. Hope to stay again in the future.

Everything was great. King bed, updated bathroom. Fridge had some waters in it upon our arrival. Even had a makeup mirror attached to the wall. Would definitely go there again.

Loved our stay in your condo. Just one problem but not really yours. There is no way to get into the pool for older adults with physical limitations. Also wished I could have used a floating mattress. As a condo I understand the restaurant restrictions but it would have been nice to have a restaurant open for dinner. Thanks for everything.

Food service at our condo ends at 5:00 but you can make an order to take back to your room which many guests do. I am very glad you enjoyed your stay and please consider booking again. Amazing condo, views and amenities! Chris and the team at ICON were great hosts! We want to give a shout out to the bar staff Fernando and Luis. The concierge Leticia who was always so helpful with all of our questions and requests. Hilda was another staff member at Icon who greeted us and welcomed us to our condo. Only recommendation is that it would’ve been nice to have a TV in the bedroom, we love watching a movie at night in bed. But aside from this, you have everything you need here. This is the first time as guests that we didn’t need to buy anything except groceries. Chris leaves plenty of things for you to use to make your stay as comfy as you can. We loved feeling like it was our little home in paradise! Everything is near and the staff at ICON are always ready to help you with anything you need. You don’t have to worry about having a car to get anything because you can always get to any place using Uber or a Taxi and you can also get anything and everything delivered. Also there’s many reviews about ICON and the staff, but just like any other establishment there are rules at ICON as well. These rules are to not bring food or drinks in the pool, no glassware, keep music to a low volume by your area and no hanging clothes on the balconies. These rules aren’t hard to follow, it’s just their way to keep ICON clean and amazing for everyone to enjoy. We enjoyed our stay so much and we will definitely be back. Thanks again Chris!

Perfect anniversary getaway

We decided on a last minute trip to celebrate 25 years of marriage. This property was perfect. Loved the layout, floor to ceiling windows and wrap around balcony, beautiful infinity pool, central lication - the perfect home away from home.

The property was amazing; quiet, clean and views to die for. The service was impeccable; and everyone was respectful and courteous. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was because the cutlery was dull which made it almost impossible to prepare some of my favorite dishes. There was no music so if you want to hear music you will need to purchase a speaker and bluetooth it. If you want to watch a show or a movie in the daytime; the drapes are not blackout, so you will have difficulty watching the screen as it will appear very dark. I believe with a few minor adjustments or upgrades this apartment would be 5 stars as the host supplies towels, soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent and many other necessary supplies including condiments. She is a very conscientious host and was on top of everything and anything we needed and or asked for. We was on Vacation/business so the few little things that may not have been up to our liking was not that big of a deal.

I have loved coming to Puerto Vallarta with my family for many years. We love the myriad of wonderful restaurants, the friendly people, the culture, the beaches and gorgeous weather. We love the ICON's central location and the truly helpful and friendly staff. The design of the complex puts a smile on your face and the way it is designed to feature the beautiful ocean and marina views is special. We look forward to hosting you at our condo.

The grounds are unique and beautiful and there are many amenities such as: a full service spa, a private theater, an office center, private beach bar and a large very well equipped. gym. You can also hire a private chef or book the barbecue at the beach. There is an extensive concierge service and security personal around the clock. You also have secure underground parking.
