We had a wonderful stay at Cin Cin. The property was very spacious and thoughtfully laid out. The outdoor spaces were stunning and ample. Having the bedrooms be detached from the main living area gave each family privacy and the bedrooms were large and comfortable. The property owner was easy to work with the property manager on island was responsive, helpful, and warm. All in all a great stay!

In all the years I have traveled and all the magnificent places I have stayed; Villa Cin Cin is the very best period. The home is truly magnificent. It is very high end. It is super elegant yet it is still warm and comfortable. Each room is a master suite of its own with world class views architecture design and decor. The owner also is amazing. She kept in touch with us from day one. She truly cared about our family’s experience here and her staff on the property pampered us and made certain all of our wishes and needs were taken care of. In addition the Island is beautiful and the people recommended to us by the owner for boat excursions, taxi services etc were top notch. The manager Crystal was also amazing. She tended to us daily. If you’re thinking about staying here do it. You will be glad you did. 5 stars is not nearly enough for this place or its people.

It was a pleasure helping your family plan your time on St. John, and hearing that you felt so well cared for is the greatest compliment we could receive. Thank you, too, for your kind words about Crystal. She truly loves taking care of our guests. I also loved the photos you shared—especially the one overlooking the infinity pool and beautiful Rendezvous Bay. It perfectly captures what we hope every guest experiences: a chance to slow down, relax, and simply enjoy the beauty of St. John. We hope to welcome you and your wonderful family back again soon!

This house was amazing for our family of six (3 adult couples), but could have easily accommodated more. The bedrooms and family living space are all completely separate so you get the perfect mix of privacy and social interaction. Kitchen was perfectly stocked for cooking meals at home which we preferred. Views are as stunning as they look in pictures. Owner was fantastic about providing helpful information and answering questions. Definitely a great place to stay at USVI.
Actual view - no filters!
Perfect start to the morning!
The pool was the best place to spend an afternoon after sight seeing.
So fun to have a yoga instructor come to Cin Cin for a private lesson (and we followed that with private massages at the house).

We’re so happy you found everything—property, accommodations, location, and hosting—to be “spectacular in every way.” It’s wonderful to know you loved Villa Cin Cin and felt it deserved a “15 on a scale of 1 to 10”! Hearing that you appreciated both our island host and me truly warms our hearts. Being in the warm, tropical Caribbean, we always send emails to our guests with helpful tips about island life, including what to pack to stay comfortable. For outdoor adventures at dusk or after dark, we recommend bringing mosquito repellent or light cotton long sleeves and pants—it’s just a little way to help make the most of the beautiful surroundings. Villa Cin Cin is absolutely stunning- the photos and videos do not do it justice. Our family and friends loved our time here. The infinity pool has amazing views of the bay, and we had a gorgeous sunset every evening. The snorkeling off the beach was awesome, and it is only a 5 minute walk from the house. The kitchen was perfect for us- we cooked every night. The layout of the house allows for privacy- each master bedroom with its own bathroom and balcony. We loved the outdoor shower! Vacation at Villa Cin Cin

Our family (a group of 11 people) had an outstanding vacation in St. John at the Villa Cin Cin. The villa is located in Ditleff Point, probably the nicest location on the island. It is a beautiful villa with all the amenities a family would need. The property owner and the manager were great. It was truly a luxury experience. I highly recommend this property.

Wonderful Covid getaway

Our group of 8 friends had a fantastic time at this property. It is a beautiful home and pictures do not do it justice. It is a mere 5 minute walk to the best snorkeling beach on the island. We saw sharks, turtles, rays, etc. all from the comfort of our own private beach. This home is truly a gem and you will not be disappointed.

Thank you, Tami for staying at our home Villa Cin Cin and for sharing your lovely thoughts on your fabulous stay with us! Our private beach DOES have the best snorkeling on St. John! We agree! During every snorkeling adventure, our guests always see turtles, rays and tons of beautiful fish. There aren't any waves at our private beach, it's beautifully calm and that is perfect for those who have never snorkeled before, or for young children. We are so happy you loved our home! Very excited to host you all in the future!
