We are the Scott’s; we own and manage our 9 properties on St. John all under the brand “St John Resort Villas”, ranging from a secluded studio cottage to an ultra-luxury 7-bedroom villa high atop exclusive Peter Bay on the North Shore. With our dedicated staff, you are sure to have one of your best vacations ever!! In addition, we offer rental vehicles-you can pick the car/s of your choice on our website after you book, and they’ll be ready for you when you arrive at your vacation property, keys in the kitchen. Also, land/sea transfers from airport to villa and boating excursions can be booked on our site.

*We offer vehicle rentals, choose the one/s of your choice and it will be at the villa upon your arrival, no lines to stand in.

This is a massive villa, 6 bedrooms all with on sweets on one level that is beachfront 30’ from the water; our family absolutely loved this villa.The kitchen is huge with a dinning table that seat 12! There is also a huge real working bar in the villa that we really enjoyed most in the evening. The villa did not have a pool and we thought that would be an issue but being so close to the beach we did not miss it at all, we spent all day on the beach, and the water was very calm and crystal clear. We used the snorkel gear provided and saw lots of fish, sea turtles right in front of the villa. The kids loved using the kayaks and paddle boards that are on the beach, complimentary for the guests.

Wonderful oceanfront vacation.

Beach Oasis is beautiful. Clean, roomy and steps from the beach. To really nitpick, you need a car/taxi to go anywhere, there are no restaurants or stores that can be safely walked too. One suggestion, a couple feather pillows for people like myself who have issues sleeping with a foam pillow. You really do have to dig deep to say anything negative about Beach Oasis. Hope to be back again next year.

Amazing property in a great location

The house was perfect. We had 11 people and there was so much space and privacy that we were not in each other’s way. The house is immaculate with a beautiful view. The Consierge service was fantastic. I dealt with Will and he helped me organize groceries to be delivered upon arrival which was awesome. Everything from the car rental to a private chef was planned ahead. Check in was easy. The house was conveniently located to town and shopping. The house is fully equipped for snorkeling and kayaking. I can’t say enough about this vacation. It made our family gathering extra special.

Best Spot in the island!

First class stay in St John! This Villa is fantastic. From check in to check out Will and Ausra were there for us. This is a gorgeous property. Comfy beds. All the extras were there as advertised. They thought of everything and the attention to details was spot on.The rooms were beautiful and spacious. Fully Stocked bar! The best snorkeling right out of our backyard! Manta rays! ton of colorful fish, turtles even a nurse shark! AWESOME! We took advantage of Will boat for half a day and he picked us up at house! We will be back!

The Beach Oasis was the perfect option for a family of 12 (6 adult couples) to spend a week vacation in St John! Management thought of everything you could possibly think of to make our stay comfortable and fun, with free use of kayaks, paddleboards, snorkel gear, and lawn games. The house was huge, immaculate, and so accommodating for a large group! There was plenty of space for everyone to choose where they wanted to relax, whether it was lounging on the beach, or relaxing on the deck. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could possibly need for any kind of cooking. Although groceries were at least twice the cost, it was still cheaper cook than eat out every day. Cruz Bay was only 10mins away with plenty of restaurants and shops. Other beaches such as Trunk Bay, Watermelon Cay, and Maho Beach were all 20-30 mins away. Just be sure to get there by 8:30! If we needed anything, they were always quick to reply (we were short of 2 beach towels) and take care of the matter. St John was without power for 2 straight days and we were so happy that this house had a backup generator. Many places didn't! No one had any complaints (except for thinking the bar came fully stocked from the pictures we saw) The booze available is what the previous visitors left behind (pay it forward) and the kegs of beer there are 4 per 12oz serving, which is actually a decent price for good beer! We all agreed that this house was the perfect place to stay during our vacation in St John!

My extended family and I had an amazing stay at Beach Oasis villa. It was incredible waking up every morning to the gentle sound of small lapping waves on the beach and having coffee on the patio, I will never forget that experience. Great open space and very cool bar, never saw anything like that in a villa before. The Property Managers were so helpful from start to finish and we cannot wait to go back. I have been to St. John many times and this home was the best.

Great Time at the Beach Oasis

We loved the property. It was much bigger than we expected and the owners thought of everything. Snorkel gear, beach chairs, coolers, huge Bluetooth speaker, plenty of kayaks and paddleboards, beach toys and even a giant Jenga game. The bar was a big hit and we spent many evenings mixing cocktails. The bedrooms were also giant. The master bathrooms are as large as many bedrooms in other villas. The villa is very convenient to town (about 5 minutes over two crazy hills) and grocery stores (go for the Starfish Market which is about 1/4 mile further than Dolphin). You definitely need one vehicle for trips to town or grocery or exploring. You can take safari trucks for large group excursions, but they charge per person, so that adds up quickly. The bay is very nice with a great reef and excellent snorkeling. You will see sea turtles, stingrays and lots of fish. Overall we had a very memorable time and would recommend the Beach Oasis for any large group.

Great villa in prime location!

Beautiful Villa, directly on the beach and close to town. Kayaks, paddle boards and snorkeling gear were included. The place was spotless clean! Thanks to Marykae for all her assistance and quick responses. We all had a terrific stay!!

WOW!!! The Most Gorgeous Villa We Ever Stayed At!!

This house is amazing and is nothing short of spectacular!! Everything about this villa is beautiful and the artwork displayed throughout is absolutely stunning!! We all loved the mahogany bar with the hanging light up jelly fish and back lit glass fish against the wall-amazing!! We had plenty of space to be together and plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms for privacy. Our stay was perfect! There was always clear and responsive communication with the owner, Marykae, and supportive feedback from the included concierge service. Gathering around the expansive dining table for a chef- prepared meal was an outstanding experience!! Kayaks and paddle boards right out front and snorkeling gear for everyone on the patio. Waking up to the ocean everyday can't be beat!! The jacuzzi was great in the evening; for drinks while watching the sunset! The location is probably the best on the island; close to town and right on the beach; it can't be beat! Thank you to this very professional team for giving us one of our best family vacations ever! We will treasure our family memories from our stay here always!!

A true oasis on the beach-absolutely stellar!!

We all loved our stay at this amazing villa on the beach!! This brand new villa had everything we could possibly want!! All the amenities were outstanding; we loved using the kayaks, stand up paddle boards and snorkeling gear; the water in the bay was very calm and the temperature warm. We saw lots of turtles, fish and a spotted ray! After being in the sea it was a treat going in the jacuzzi after for drinks. The feature we all loved the best about this villa was the massive bar in the great room-WOW!! We found ourselves all hanging at the bar at night having a great time. Additionally, the kitchen is well-stocked, everything we needed. Lots of seating at the dining room table, kids loved being at the island. The key feature for us was we were all in one building, and everything was on one floor. We had some older family members with us that had limited mobility, this villa was great for them, no issues to get to the sand and sea. We're already planning our next stay here; all our boxes were checked, Thank you to Marykae and her amazing team!!

Yes, that is a lot of villas on the island; it genuinely attests to our love of St John!! We love the quiet calm and natural beauty of the island!! It's a very special place with an enchanting town, gentle green hillsides, and crystal clear, turquoise blue tropical water.

We first started coming to the island as a couple in 2011 and rented various accommodations. After many frequent trips to the island, we decided that it's time to buy our own place; somewhere we can call home and that would encompass what we loved about our frequent stays. Waterfront, directly on the water was what we both loved and that was our number one criterion when searching. We saw Lime in de Coconut Villa advertised and immediately fell in love with it and bought it right then. All our family love the island and at our family gatherings, there's always a great story or fabulous memory shared. It's everyone's favorite place to vacation!! St. John is a magical piece of this earth full of amazing blessings from God and nature. We loved the villa so much that we got married at Lime In De Coconut in 2017!

In renting our villa we found that all of our guests loved the villa and we kept hearing time and time again it was there best ever vacation. It was from this that we decided to expand this into a little business and started to look for the perfect properties on St. john. We want all our guests to Love St John and have the best vacation possible as we do. We know you will catch the feel good vibes of the island and our villas too! This is our escape from reality-haaaa!!

Come on down have some fun and relaxation and when done take away memories of a life!

A huge luxury villa directly on the beach and only steps to the sea.
Cruz Bay Town is only about a 5-minute drive and the grocery stores less than 3-minutes.
This is a brand-new masterpiece villa with a huge great room with a custom 15ft mahogany bar with kegerator and beer taps. Beautiuful artwork throughout from all over the world. Every bedroom has an en suite bathroom with double sinks, there are 2 additional powder rooms. Tv's in all bedrooms, kitchen area, living room area and bar.
