Exactly the Florida charm we were looking for!

This house had everything we were looking for. Family friendly, enough space for our family (2 adults & 3 kids) to relax, well taken care of and very clean. This house is best described as a beach house with perfect Florida charm. The staff was nice and helpful. The location was close to everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again!

Audrey's House

When we arrived, check in was quick and easy. The house was exactly as described. Clean as a whistle and had everything we needed for a 2 week stay. Great oceanfront location and could use all the amenities next door. Would recommend this place for anyone looking for a nice 2 bedroom oceanfront house.

Best place we've ever rented on VRBO!

The house is AWESOME and right on the beach with use of a large heated pool. Had our privacy but still some people around. Best place we've rented on VRBO. Location was close to everything. So cute and tropical looking and beds very comfortable. Just wish they had room darkening curtains in the beachside bedroom as too bright when sun comes up in AM for us late vacation sleepers..lol Will definitely rent this house again for sure.

Linda: We are thrilled that you enjoyed your stay so much in Audrey's Beach House! It was a great pleasure having you stay with us! Thank you so much for your compliments about the comfort, privacy, and bright and cheerful decor of our Beach House. I appreciate your comments about the oceanfront, was-facing bedrooms. We just installed brand new, beautiful drapes in the master bedroom within the past month to make the Master Bedroom darker for sleeping. I will also look into placing these same room-darkening drapes in the east bedroom as well. We hope very much to welcome you back many times in the future for fun and memorable, family, beach vacations!

Completely shocked

My husband and I have been coming to Daytona for 11 years. This trip we absolutely LUCKED out in finding this last minute house. The view was perfect. The house and property exceeded our expectations on cleanliness. Few things could use updated however the owners are updated the carpet soon. We definitely will be returning.

Thank you very much for choosing to stay at Audrey's Beach House. We hope you had a great time during Biketoberfest! I am so glad that we had an opening due to a recent cancellation. We are very pleased that you enjoyed your visit! The beautiful, new carpeting we had ordered was installed in our Beach House this Tuesday, just 2 days after you left.. Please email me directly through VRBO if you have any other comments or suggestions you would like to share with us. We hope to welcome you back for many more fun and memorable vacations in Daytona Beach.

Audrey’s Beach House

We found this spot last minute after our original booking at another location notified us 2 days prior to check-in that they had accidentally double booked us. I found all of the reviews I read prior to be accurate and we really enjoyed our stay. The beach house was incredibly clean and well cared for. Our children loved it and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience for our family. The staff was very lovely and helpful prior to and during our stay. However, I haven’t had the same experience after. I somehow managed to mistakenly leave 2 very special and sentimental items that I have never been able to track down since we checked out. Even though I alerted the staff to their exact location within the house the very next day. My husband and I have both attempted to call several times but no luck in retrieving the items. Aside from this incident we really enjoyed our stay- just put a damper on the overall experience.

Meg: It was an absolute delight meeting you and having your family stay in Audrey’s Beach House. I am glad you enjoyed your visit very much. But, I am sorry about the sentimental items that were left behind. I will speak with our Front Desk and housekeeping staff immediately this morning and will try my very best to locate your items. I understand that they are very important to you. I hope very much that I will be able to find them. Aileen

A fun place to create family memories...

This was a wonderful property for our family. It was fun, clean, comfortable, and had plenty of dressers. The master bathroom was very large with ample storage! It had hot water (we have stayed in many Florida rentals where the water takes forever to get hot it stays luke warm) and great water pressure. Beds were great. Loved the housekeeping! Thr view was amazing and the pool was great to have! The reason for the four stars was the lack of kitchen supplies for cooking. There were plenty of cups and plates and some serving bowls but only one spatula and no cooking spoons or large plastic spoons. We attempted a pancake breakfast with eggs and bacon, and also a spaghetti dinner but there was only one very small frying pan. And a couple of smaller pots. And with only one spatula, it took forever. Also, there was an electric indoor grill but it had a faulty connection and wouldn’t stay heated. So I would highly suggest the owners get a large frying pan or skillet, and some baking/cooking utensils so people could cook a little more while visiting. There are no beach towels provided, so bring your own. Laundry was $3 for the washer and $3 to dry. I wish I cpuld Give 4 1/2 stars because we really loved it and would stay again!

We are so glad that you enjoyed your stay at our property! Thank you so much for all your compliments about the cleanliness of our Beach House, our pool, and our housekeeping staff! I really wish that we had known that you needed these kitchen items. They are usually stocked in our Beach House, except a griddle, which is an excellent suggestion, that we will very eagerly go out and purchase. We really appreciate all your valuable comments and will make sure that our staff is verifying more closely the inventory of kitchen items. We hope very much to welcome your family back again to our OceanFront Beach House!

Perfect Location

I felt it was best bang for my buck. We were able to rent a beach from home in a great location, close to everything for a really reasonable price. If I had any suggestions about the property it would be to replace the carpet. Too bad it doesn’t have a washer/dryer set up. Other than that we have zero complaints.

We are so happy to hear that our Oceanfront Beach House was such a great choice for your vacation! We are glad that you appreciate our Beach House’s oceanfront location, proximity to shopping and area attractions, and the excellent travel value it provides. We clean the carpet very frequently in this house, including immediately before your visit. The extra cleaning has shortened the life of the carpet. We have plans to lay new carpeting in this house after the busy summer season ends on Labor Day and will be selecting the new carpet next week. We have 2 coin laundry facilities at our adjoining property and hope that you were able to utilize them. Thank you very much again for your compliments. We hope very much that you will choose to stay with us again at Audrey’s Beach House.

Family Stay for Daytona

This ocean front rental has all of the central Florida beach charm and is located just south of busy Daytona Beach. It is walking distance to a convenience store, less than 5 minutes to two grocery stores and pharmacies, and a short drive to all the attractions. It is clean, and comfortable, and somewhat dated in its decor. However, this goes with the fun charm of the location, and it’s complimented by its travel, family style hotel located next door. The pool is so fun for the kids and has toys and views at an affordable rate. The kitchen in the house has almost everything you need. A simple run to the store will set you up though. The house would serve well to have its own grill. The grill on-site is communal, and needs updating, but is otherwise useful. Overall, this was a great, comfortable stay for the area, and when traveling as a family with kids.
