Mark and I thank you to alerting us to the issue that happened with the refrigerator while you stayed as our guests. Glad we were able to have it repaired so quickly for you and your family. Construction is on going right now and all of our guests have been informed by numerous emails to them regarding the progress and disruptions as you were. I am glad you all enjoyed the view, the beach and your time at the condo.

Mark and I maintain an extremely well-appointed condo. I personally reached out to you after you checked out and informed me of these problems. As explained to you then, in November we had guests check in for a 3 month stay. They like a firm mattress and called me after their arrival about the bed. The king mattress in the master bedroom is firm, but they like extra firm. Together, those guests and I chose a king mattress topper from Amazon. I wanted to make sure they were comfortable for their extended stay. As I had told you, they chose an EXTRA FIRM topper. I spent over $200 for the topper and had it shipped directly to the condo for them. There is NO WAY the master bedroom mattress was soft as you have claimed and you rolled and could not sleep in it. Since the new topper back in November, we have been consistently booked with guests with no issues at all. As for the door, I explained to you that this was not our fault. Mark and I had to replace our condo door after Hurricane Nicole. It takes a while to order doors and schedule contractors since many places had damage from the storms. It was finally installed 6 weeks ago along with about a dozen more here at the Sand Dollar. It needs to still be inspected, approved and painted. The numbers for the new door will then be replaced. With only 5 doors per floor and all numbered, it did not seem something I needed to worry about for guests not to be able to know which is ours. Most guests also arrive during the day, not at night, but there are lights on each floor lighting up the individual condo doors. Our AC filters are changed each month and bleach poured in the lines to prevent mold. I am also personally there every 5 - 6 weeks deep cleaning. I am not sure what smell you are referring to as the guests that checked out that morning had no issues and the cleaning staff was there that day to prepare the condo for your arrival. I am sorry you felt the need to post this review as you and I had talked about the issues together that you said you encountered. I immediately reached out to you when you mentioned these things to me after your stay as our guests was over and I explained about the new extra firm topper on the master bedroom bed and the reason there was not numbers on our condo door as it is new and waiting inspection so we can paint and replace the door numbers. Mark and I care greatly about each and every one of our guests and make sure the condo is extremely comfortable and well maintained.

The Condo met all our expectations. Extremely well equipped, there is a lot of detail in the decoration of the condo. Easy to access, perfect underground parking, very clean with an incredible view of the sunrise and sunset. The condo faces the sun from morning to evening. The condo is literally on the beach. The whole family loved the place and we will definitely come back here. Donna's communications and responses are very fast, perfect customer service.
